Staff are excellent and professional doing the blood tests. Everyone is put at ease whilst getting test done . Everyone is treated with high level of efficiency and courtesy from Reception desk to testing rooms .

The staff in the hospital are so lovely, friendly & helpful. Always greeted with a smile. They all help in creating a homely feel to the hospital. I especially thank Caroline at reception (& other roles) who went over & above in helping me with a phone query . She was so giving of her time & ensured my questions I had for a procedure were answered. 😊

Had a procedure done on my face yesterday. The staff were extremely nice. Gave me time to ask questions. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed in the theatre.. Cracking jokes and explained everything that was happening. I was really impressed. Thank you to all who looked after me.

I had a procedure carried out today on the second floor and it was such a pleasant experience to attend St Josephs. All staff from clerical to clinical were so pleasant to deal with. Staff went for lunch during appointment time. After 1hr drive up, waited over an hour after the appt time for them to return from lunch for a 15 minute procedure. Seemed competent during procedure. Easy to get to, parking seemed just enough.

Had a minor procedure there today and from the front desk, to admin, to the nurses and the doctor performing the procedure, they couldn't of been nicer and more helpful. so easy to talk too and so efficiently run. Really a big thank you to the nurses and doctor in the procedure room (apologies I cant remember the names) but you all were just so lovely and kind and I really want to thank you.

I gave it five stars as I have had a number of procedures carried out here as Beaumont is often too full, the medical staff were very informative and above reproach professionally. I was made feel at ease and the orderlies were warm and had a kind smile on there faces which helps when you are poorly. Thanks to all the staff that have looked after me.

My mother Winifred and I were here for an appointment and I can not recommend the quality of the staff highly enough. Very welcoming, staff in the pantry area made me tea and biscuits while waiting, chatted and lifted the spirits of the place right up. The physiotherapist was so friendly and accommodating to my mothers needs all the while making her experience an enjoyable one. Even the decor is bright, clean and open. Excellent hospital. Excellent staff, excellent service.

Today I spoke with Catriona in the Social Work Department. To say that she was rude, dismissive, exasperated and unhelpful would be an understatement. Quite upsetting when you're trying to ask for urgent help and information for your ill mother who is a patient. Professor Donegan, however, is caring and proactive in addressing any concerns that I have raised. His secretary Sinead is wonderful and helpful at all times, very compassionate and genuinely interested in assisting with any queries.

This is an annex of Beaumont Hospital. I was seen in Beaumont first and a procedure was arranged for St Joseph's. From reception to discharge was as they informed me pre op in order to arrange transport. Very efficient and friendly throughout.

Blood testing service for Beaumont hospital is simpler and more streamlined than before.

Arrived for a blood test for 1.25 and actually my test should have been in Beaumont. Staff realised I made the wrong booking but very kindly did the blood test. Lovely reception staff and person who took bloods so gentle didn’t feel a thing. Thank you for accommodating me today

Wonderful nurses but the admin staff are shockingly unprofessional. Left waiting for hours with no help from anyone. The desk staff in the bloods section are so unhelpful is unreal. Avoid if at all possible.

Had surgery today didnt see a doctor afterwards which is not acceptable told to ring tomorrow

had a procedure done there but one very nasty comment from a nurse has always stuck with me.

My 93 year old mother is currently being cared for there. It is a fabulous facility with very caring nurses.

Had an appointment for my 88 year old Mother,on Tuesday left us waiting 2 hours, no one came and told us why we were waiting that long, i when and asked the staff anther 10 min they told me, half an hour later, I left with my Mother without her seeing a Doctor, never again

Old, run down hospital. Most medical staff nice, admin staff a bit curd. You never visit a hospital for fun of course, but Mater Private is much better.

Dad has been cared for past few months in St Joseph's & it's been such a caring experience for him & us as a family from beginning to end. I wish all elderly patients could experience such care & kindness, Thank You to all involved.

I'd like to say Thank you to all the staff in St Joseph Hospital...yesterday I was in for the Day to get my ingrown toenail & toenail bed & ridge removed (I had surgery) All the nurses & theatre doctors & theatre nurses where so kind to me...I would recommend St Joseph's Hospital to get any procedure done the care that you gave to your day patients are brilliant & it's brilliant that there's free car parking compared to Beaumont Hospital Thank you to all the staff in St Joseph Hospital.

Nurse and receptionist were wonderful.

Horrendous. Constantly short staffed. Can go days or hours trying to get through. Mother in there at present in rehab. Not staff's fault who are doing what they can, but there is a systemic breakdown here that needs to be addressed at the highest levels.
