I went to George Joyce to fill in a prescription. First time with him. A very accommodating and friendly man. No waiting time in the clinic, I saw him exactly at the time appointment was booked for.

I had the pleasure of making Dr Joyce's acquaintance today, as I discovered that my regular GP had taken a leave of absence. As it is a walk in clinic, I had expectations of long waiting times, but the whole experience was painless. The waiting time was minimal and the Doctor himself was warm, friendly, incredibly polite and very patient centered. He had a lovely bedside manner and was very efficient.

My partner went there on Friday the 4th of December just to get a form signed, she is a regular at the clinic. The bad manners over the intercom was appalling. Because she did not make an appointment, the door would not even be open to her. The usual arrogance and self entitlement attitude of the medical profession. If you just need to get a form signed, spend one minute and sign it instead of finding excuses to turn people away and screw money out of people. What a dump. They should remember that manners costs nothing.

Have been here before but never coming back again. Had severe back pain for days, told that to doctor he didnt even look at my back, didnt do anything besides giving me "something stronger to take", now my skin is all irritated probably from all the meds... Went to physiotherapist today that was extremelly more professional and actually helped me out. Never seen a medical practice this pathetic

Fantastic Doctor warm empathetic and brilliant diagnostician. Especially good with mental health issues. My family and I have been going to him for years

I have been visiting Dr George joyce clinic for many years. I find him to be a great doctor understanding professional and thorough. He has a nice manner and puts you at ease straight away. I wouldn't attend any other doctor.

Excellent Clinic. Both Doctors kind & professional. I went to the Baggot St Clinic for years before it closed down. Even though I am now in Sutton I have still travelled to Rathmines to see them. Good doctors are difficult to find!

If I could give zero stars I would. This practice is partnered with a walk in clinic in Terenure and Baggot St. I have seen Dr. Joyce primarily, but both Doctors have said to me they spend as much time driving around the practices as they do sitting in their practice. Dr. Joyce is overly friendly - helping with your coat when you're a new patient, pretending to remember your name, but getting you to disclose it on repeat appointments. Its a case of "In and Out" Very short appointments. The prescription pad is beside him and you can suggest a trial of a med or he will, you will leave with a prescription and 60 Euro less. There's a tiny room for checks on physical health etc., but very rare did I go in there, even though my conditions were Mental Health and Physical Health. I was a long term patient, but he was adding too many drugs, so I had to leave. Beware!

A good doctor and a lovely manner. However, I was misdiagnosed. I went for what I thought was oral thrush. I was given antibiotics for Oral Candida but it wasn't what I had.Two months on with no improvement, I decided to visit another doctor who has now told me what I actually have is Geographic Tongue.

Dr Joyce is a wonderful and pleasant doctor. Could not recommend him enough to anyone new looking for a doctor in Rathmines!

Dr Joyce is an excellent doctor. Professional, kind, patient and an absolute gentleman. I have been going to him for close to 20 years. I would highly recommend him.

Firstly I would like took take the time too thank Dr George for seen me. This man makes you feel relaxed from the minute you meet him. A complete and utter gentleman. Never have I been made feel this way. This man wanted to make sure you were ok and wanted to learn things about you. It most was not he wanted your money. Some doctors want your money and you’re in and out. Not with Dr George it’s different he wants to get you better. He is pure old school. I knew what was happening my body and he listened and asked me if it was ok if he could give his opinion too which I went with. Unfortunately I was just so taken aback by Dr George’s good manners I forgot something to ask him. If he had an email address I could ask him.
