I came in for a session with a coach. However they never mentioned in advance I needed to be a member of Flyefit. Not only could I not do the session: - I was expressively blamed for wasting their time - The staff were rude, no decent apology - No temporary solution/alternative was offered - The coach made me feel bad for not knowing the info by myself Mistakes happen, but rudeness is another level of sub-par customer service.

Worse gym and management ever. The few equipments that they have were poorly chosen, so if you plan on doing a good leg workout, pick another gym. Most of the equipment is and has been broken for ages, and no one knows when (and if) they’re going to be fixed. The classes are terribly planned as they use half of the stretch/abs workout section, and whoever wants to use light gym plates have to wait until the class is done to continue our workout (I swear I didn’t make this up, it’s as stupid as it is). Last thing I’d like to mention is the one time I did a spinning class on a Sunday here, the instructor diminishing that I didn’t dare to come back.

The worst gym I've ever been in. Not just a flyefit. The changing room is almost the size of a Starbucks toilet so it's an extremely uncomfortable experience. Then you go out to the gym floor and I kid you not, like 95% of the machines, benches or anywhere to stand was being used. I literally spend 15 minutes there from entering to leaving. I simply could not do my workout.. I had no option of by bench, machine or even a standing area. All that was available during my 10 minute walk back and forth through the gym was a leg press machine. Yet another horrible flyefit experience but this was the worst as I didn't even get to avail of anything.

Sitting leg extension machine has been BROKEN for more than 3 MONTHS now. Only one in the gym! Can't properly train legs. Flyefit does not seem to care -- we are paying for a membership but owner does not get broken machines repaired, so you can't work out properly.

The best gym in the city center! 1. The cleanest changing room I have ever seen (see pics) 2. Temperature of water in the shower is cold as I like, sometimes become warmer that makes me upset. 3. It seems no one cares to clean it up during a day as in the real gym!

Not very suitable for gym rats who like lifting weights. Range of dumbbells is incomplete, need more light weights for instance, no gear for calves, press for legs ok but overall the quality of equipment is not high. I usually work out in the morning and it was already a bit crowded. They don't double the equipment so I had to do something else

Definitely one of my best gym experiences in Ireland since I came here, I love how they design the gym and how they adjust the light, it just attracts me a lot that I keep having motivation to go there! I met my personal trainer, Jake, here when I joined the membership, and he is absolutely amazing! He is not just a good trainer but also a good friend to talk to, Jake made work-out plan for me and introduced me different diets to reach my goals, although it’s only been 2 months, I’ve seen an obvious change, I feel I am getting more and more confident and motivated everyday!

The instructors are great but there is not enough room or equipment. Can be very intimidating for new comers. I think you guys should expand gym or provide more equipment. It can be very intimidating training on top of someone. Can also be dangerous

Great local gym… been attending class here for the past year. Friendly trainers, enthusiastic and well organised. Nice variety of exercises in Sweat class, these and Spin have hugely improved my health and fitness since starting.

Machines broken for MONTHS and now this! They increased the monthly payment, and instead of improving, they are just going backwards. I don’t know how the score is 4.1 to be honest.

This without doubt the worst gym I have ever been to. I have the open membership for flyefit and normally go to Jervis street, which can also be packed but at least there are 'some' machines and more floor space. This place is like working out in a series of tiny dark dungeons, and particularly intimidating when trying to find the one machine you need for your routine. I did a spin class, tried to do my workout and couldn't because there was literally no space and hardly any freeweights. So I left and went to the macken street flyefit which was also crazy packed (it was 6pm so... Ok...) But at least there was air, light, dumbells and a tiny bit of floor space. Will be avoiding this place in the future for sure.

I would like to complain about the worst place that I have been working out in my entire life. The gym is too crowded, I can’t use the machines and benches because there are always 2 or 3 people using them at the same time. Sometimes they take weeks to fix broken machines. The space is misused and has less machines than it should have. The location is great, but due to these issues I’m thinking about cancel my membership.

Convenient setting, clean and really sound staff. Left after being a member for a couple of years because I was sick of the constantly broken cable machines. They remain broken for weeks to months on end.

Well equiped, machines are always working and in good condition. It has three different rooms that provide for good variety depending on the exercise you are doing (Bike, treadmill or general lifting). You can make a lot out of their guided sessions, which have no additional cost at all and can be very easily booked online. Pricewise, they are the cheapest gym in Dublin. However, they've cut the opening hours (used to be open 24 hours) and it's very packed on evenings Special shout-out to Jake and his awesome spinning sessions!

good gym with decent equipment, some machines have been repaired since my last visit. there was no hot water today in the showers which was unfortunate in the middle of november, hoping it’s a one time incident though and its sorted soon.

Really nice and quite gym. The way they have the areas separated up is very clever and means that there isn't just one weights area. This is helpful for those who are just starting out and might feel a bit intimidated in a regular gym setting. The staff are really helpful and nice. They say hi to everyone and always have a smile on their face. Disinfectant is supplied as well as a paper roll to disinfect materials after use. Water filling stations are also available. This facility alao has a lift for those with limited mobility.

I don't have a monthly gym membership but I went to the gym few times, duty manager by the name of ro Anderson came up when I pressed the bell, I informed him that he has seen me few times in this gym and that I lost my running shoes , and that they are in the gym . I told him that I don't want to enter but he would not help me and become disresctful keep away from this dude I don't understand how he became a personal trainer

This is my favourite flyefit gym. The set up in the vaults is really cool and creates a nice atmosphere. This definitely makes the gym stand out compared to other city centre gyms. It's always clean and tidy with a great selection of equipment. The fitness classes are great and all the trainers are friendly and professional. Taylon's spin class is the best spin I've been to

Cardio equipment is good. Overall the gym is uncomfortable, bars, Dumbbells, and machines are sub par. Even the benches are awful. Definitely the worst gym I've trained at in Dublin.

Overall the gym is decent but the ventilation is terrible, there are times when it feels as if the heating is on. There doesn't seem to be any air conditioning on or windows open, its especially noticable in the cardio room on the ground floor.

1 year member : - Good location - Too much people (I hope it is the January effect) - Recently they stopped the AC and the gym smells bad + it's hot. - The showers and changing room are dirty and wet due to the lack of AC. The water from the showers is too hot. Quality decreased

I like this FF. It can be cold. Hygienic and spacious Astros. Locker room a little tight and the doors are heavy. Love the dark coolness.

Excellent location, staff very helpful but not a whole let of strength machines compared to cardio ones

I love going to this gym, been a member of FLYEfit CHQ from the beginning. Great classes to choose from & plenty of equipment to work with. Now I'm working with personal trainer, Jake Callaghan to get leaner & build more muscle and I can tell its a game changer already.

Flyefit CHQ is my favourite gym in Dublin. Great location, fantastic equipment. Been training here with a trainer by the name of Jake Callaghan. He has brought me so far along in my fitness journey, his knowledge and know how of all things training, nutrition, mindset and lifestyle are top drawer. Can't recommend him enough.

Great recently renovated gym. The look and feel of the place is really cool. Can get very busy and too crowded at times.

  • 5/5 Amanda L. 1 year ago on Google
I love the spin classes with Jake Callaghan. He is just amazing and I always feel like I have had a fantastic workout after. The gym itself is great, lots of free weights and equipment and always room to do your own exercises.

Great....not overly busy. Equipment not the most up to date...could do with a few more machines that are not there at the moment.

Plenty of space and good equipment in this gym. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Good environment overall. Definitely my favourite flyefit location (out of 3) that I have visited.

  • 4/5 Li N. 4 months ago on Google
It's a great gym, always clean. Just showers could be better, water is either too hot or too cold.

  • 3/5 Liz S. 8 months ago on Google
The classes are excellent and so are the coaches. But unfortunately if you’re facing issues with your bike’s lock they wouldn’t try to be helpful and let you leave your bike inside for just that one time. You should also arrive with lots of time in advance as there are long queues in the entrance due to their card entrance system which doesn’t work properly.

  • 1/5 Gustavo M. 8 months ago on Google
The gym is not too big, but classes not respecting their time frames make it even smaller, making it harder to have access to the equipments. A lot of the equipments are out of order or have a big line to be used. Even though there are signs on the equipments that advise you to ask for help with the staff, it's impossible for you to find them, as they are always inside their room. I could list so many more problems, but by the reviews that they already got it's not worth it, there won't be a solution any time soon

Flyfit at CHQ seems so new, posh and fancy suiting perfectly with the business area around. However it’s a small gym that could be easily packed. The internet connection is kind of weak and the place is very warm.

Super friendly and experienced trainers, great selection of classes, all housed in a very cool building for a gym setting. 100% recommend

Love this gym. It’s my second home now. I started in January and needed some help. I asked Roanderson to help me with form and to this day, he is still my coach. All the coaches are super friendly here and the place is just cozy :) 10/10

It was too cold and I was not prepared with warmer training clothes as I was only in Dublin for a week. There was no jumping ropes neither barbell pad which mad hip thrusts a bit tricky.

Super recommended! I love the classes, the teachers are all super knowledgeable! It would be nice if there were more classes in the morning !!! Undoubtedly my gym!

I was visiting Dublin from the USA and wanted to work out in a fully- equipped gym. It was very easy to figure out how to buy a day-pass on their website. The gym has everything I needed including free weights and barbell bench press equipment. It was very clean and not too crowded.

  • 4/5 Piotr F. 1 year ago on Google
Equipment is great a lot of stuff that can help build your muscle mass or tne down (cardio) but there is not enough space especially at the evening. Therefore 4 stars other than that great place.
