I GOT SCAMMED.The male working on Wednesday the 28th at around 12:48 at the till was rude to me and my friend.We asked for a donut and a hot chocolate each.He didn’t hear the hot chocolate part so we repeated it multiple times and he pretended not to hear again so that he could charge us an extra 2 euro each because we had to order the hot chocolate and the donut seperate and it wasn’t a deal anymore.I said to him “I don’t think you charged me for the hot chocolate” and he said “you didn’t ask for one” even though I made sure to repeat “and a hot chocolate please!!” and he nodded.Will not be returning here xx

Staff were super friendly, Donut display was scrumptious and nicely presented. Reasonable prices too.

Had takeaways multiple times. Donuts taste amazing and are a value for price. Moreover, they also offer student discounts. My fav from this outlet are the Apple crumble, unicorn and pistachio donuts.

My favourite doughnut company in Dublin. Doughnuts are delicious, not greasy and so many options. Favourites are the lemon meringue, apple crumble and the new Black forest one is amazing! A bit more expensive than the likes of Krispy Kreme, but much better quality. This branch is a nice size with a few small tables to sit at if you want to eat in. Friendly staff and doughnuts are fresh.

Even at the end of the day (~5 PM) the donuts were delicious and nice and tender. No complaints here.

Have been a regularly now to have a weekend treat of a cappuccino and a donut. Coffee and donuts are great, staff are courteous and friendly. The only negative is that all the seating is outdoors and so, a few times that I've been there, it has been unpleasant with the smoke.

I regularly go here to collect donuts for work and home, by far the best place in the city to get donuts, would highly recommend the red velvet it's amazing :)

They have charge you for frappe but give you cold milk no ice. They can't race with Mc Donald's on Frappe. Plus expensive 5.25 for 1 Frappe....

Great donuts and pretty good prices. Really kind workers. Just a notice is that some donuts with fillings can be quite heavy on the filling, like the Pistachio donut. Very delicious still but would be wary if you don’t handle a lot of sweet filling, but for the most part the donuts are delicious and fresh all the time.

Donuts are class and staff are very friendly. The staff really need coffee training though, milk was burnt on two occasions I've been there now and latte was not a latte but a flat white. I asked the server for a latte and she was like 'but that is a latte'. Please train your staff adequately.

offbeat is our go to donuts, we always buy from the store near trinity college or the one near Tara station, but had been very disappointed for the 4th time yesterday, their filled donuts barely had any filling now.

Excellent variety of donuts. The bounciness to the donut texture reminds me a bit of Mister Donut from Japan. The styles lean towards overly sweet, frosting covered donuts —even with Kinder Happy Hippos atop on variant— but you’re probably here for sweets, so it’s all good. Pairs well with an unsweetened coffee. In terms of quality I’d give this 4/5 stars, but the servers enthusiasm bumps it up a star. Well done.

The donuts are great and the coffee is fine but the staff are ok at best, the small blonde woman in particular is very rude: she was dismissive and more focused on cleaning the store than actually serving. Doesn't take much to be civil.

Awful service since they now share employees with Gino's ice cream; when approached, the employees will look for someone else to help you or claim they're closed. Donuts still great (made elsewhere), just unattended and unavailable.

My most favorite donuts in Ireland. No one can beat the offbeat donuts. My personal favorite is ferrero rocher. Also the caraml glazed. You can try any and they are all worth it. I don't usually eat donuts but I crave for them

Had a bad experience with a local cafe recently but Christ, having an Offbeat donut after it lifted the mood. My donut, an apple pie type thing, was very satisfying and had plenty of filling. My partner's, a peanut butter chocolate thing was the same. Will be back, probably with 30 donuts in tow!

In love with Dublin's recent explosion in Donuteries. Offbeat hands down winning in shear selection and fantastic donuts. Recommend the Red Velvet!

Love love love offbeat donuts. They are our favourite. And in a time when covid is hitting businesses hard with staff shortages offbeat donuts customer service is still excellent. I had an issue ordering online so contacted them via Instagram. Thanks to deedee on there I got sorted with a quick email to them and a phone call from Daragh. Which I really appreciated as we were sending donuts as a thank you to some very exceptional people. Well done offbeat

Great! Wish they had more than 3 vegan donuts. They could try to create vegan versions of the huge variety they offer at the moment.

Polite and attentive staff, with fantastic donuts made fresh throughout the day! Quite busy but the staff were doing their best to get to everyone quickly, My only complaint was that the music was way too loud and I couldn't hear the woman attending me! Turn it down!
