Never again! Ordered €30 worth of food from this local chipper and it was portioned for 5 year olds my daughter got a chicken wrap that was so small I was shocked at how stingy they are with there portions… and the prices do not reflect what they are serving!! The chips ( TINY PORTION) were rotten reheats with no salt and vinegar even after leaving a note in comments! I won’t be ordering again such a shame the food used to be really nice.. but I definitely will not order from here again

Disappointed with today's order. I ordered 2 loaded doner kebabs and fries taste and look like they were coocked not fried. Fries were white looking.

Absolute joke. That's supposed to a "large chips" there's about ten chips in the bag. Plus had it delivered so payed extra for that to be given barely a meal for €15. I'll be buying from somewhere else in future. Robbing people.

Terrible chicken kebabs, they just put a breaded chicken fillet into a pita and call it a kebab? No, I don't want a chicken fillet wrap. Also was waiting a while on my burger, so staff said they would bring it out so I didn't have to stand. Never brought it out, had to go back after 20 mins and get it myself, also you gotta ask them to open the toilet door for you.

Expected a bit bigger, but the veggie and the sauces were nice :) Tried the lamb wrap with cheese. The click & collect feature is a very convenient option.

2nd week in a row. Garlic sauce is in a non heat resistant tub so plastic has completely melted and sauce is all over the food in bag. No salt or vinegar on anything even tho asked twice. Rang to complain and was put on hold and then got ehhh ahhhh who...... no response 50 euro for food. Disgraful.

Bought a southern fried chicken kebab, not worth the 8 euros.. Quantity was less and not worth the price. Less chicken, lots of cabbage and lettuce. Packaging weighed more than the food inside. Dissapointing.

All male staff diligently working, great chips juicy chicken 10 out of 10. 2nd attempt bought dinner box, female staff member diligently looking around,Dried out chicken skabby amount of chips. 0 out of 10.

Normally enjoy the food from Romayos but have to say that the onion ring portion is very stingy. Ordered a portion this evening and got two onion rings for €2.60. I can get a bag of onions for 49 cent in the supermarket. Belmayne branch apologised and says its head office policy so, I put it to you head office.. its not the first time. Come on Romayos !!!

Gone down hill big time. I have been ordering here for years and am not one for leaving bad reviews, but my last 3 orders have been unsatisfactory. The first one the onion rings were black and completely inedible, the second order the onion rings never arrived, and the third order the onion rings were cremated again. I really don't understand how the staff can cook something until it's black and still have the cheek to put it in a bag and give it to a customer. Anyway, I'm done with this chipper, 3 strikes and you're out.

The last 3 times I’ve ordered from them something hasn’t arrived. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt as the other half loves the taco chips but won’t be ordering from them anymore. Call them about it and they say we’ll send it up to you now. They wouldn’t even put anything extra in like a bottle of coke to sorry. Shocking service , stay away.

Absolute kip stay away, staff are seriously unprofessional and literally hung the phone up when I asked to speak to a manager, Chicken was not cooked which is really dangerous! their was a big black hair in my children's chips and they were freezing. Save your money and go else where they are also quite expensive. NOT WORTH IT BAD ATTITUDE

The food is not cooked out off this shop it’s raw I was sick for 4 days after it I was in bad way

Delivery is fine the usual 30 mins But the chips are getting worse Half hard the rest burnt just awful

Limited vegetarian options but serving in a good quality. Milkshakes and curry chips are must try! Good and friendly staff, always keeps the place clean and tidy. Has got good space for dine in as well.

The food was OK at best. Several of the chips were freezing in the middle suggesting no cooked properly. Not everyone finished their food as it wasn't acceptable quality. I wouldn't return

Definitely recommend. Visited here the other day. Food was really good and the young tall man behind the counter who took my order was very friendly and chatty.

Absolutely amazing! The place is great and staff are super friendly , I was served by a very polite young man called Dennis. The food is delicious. I love that you get a lot of food for the price aswell. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area.

Unbelievably rude staff - made a phone call to discuss an issue regarding a discount code and was told to contact flipdish. Contacted Flipdish and they were unable to resolve issue said i was to contact the restaurant. When I rang I wasn’t even able to explain myself passed around by different staff members nobody was listening male staff member literally said on the phone “I don’t know” and hung up the phone. Tried to call back and call was declined. Asked to speak to a manager and was passed onto a delivery driver? Normally order from here but will never again

The 4th time got my order wrong same order. Paying extra for a breast if chicken ti be sent thighs. Then ring to complains to be told mistakes happen. Sorry not 4 times they don't. And then to be told we will send it down now. 40 mins later no sign of it. Meal is ruined AGAIN

Went here today and it was a pleasent experience. Person who served me was called Tushar and he helped in assisting me with all my queries. Food was really nice and I have 0 complaints.

Was in romayos today for the first time I got served by a lovely lady called laura who gave me a bit of history on the tradition of the hand cut chips that has recently being approved by bord bia great deals I had a big beef Saturday special with a side of 4 nuggets was recommended a milk shake as I was told I wouldn't taste one like it she was right it was fast friendly service food was fresh and hot would highly recommend

Gone down hill. Order here today for collection, 45 minutes waiting on food. 4 young fellas working at serving and not a clue between them. Walking around in circles with empty bags. Food was cold as half order was sitting on counter for 10 minutes waiting on the other half to be put in bag.Last couple of times same issue. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Have ordered from this Ramayo’s since it opened and the last few takeaways have been very poor. The fresh cod have got so small and the batter is extra thick. The curry sauce as a dip is like WATER, it’s very disappointing as it was very good before.

Best fish n chips in the area. Staff can be littlebit distracted sometimes,but friendly.

Delivery orders are not great. Out of the 6 times I've ordered for delivery, 3 times the order was wrong. Dissappointing.

Can't pay buy card over the phone and having to wait over an hour to maybe warm chips. Service is really really slow and "drivers on the way" everytime 20 minutes later

Pretty average experience to be honest. Staff were friendly and food was fast and hot. Portion size was small, heavy taste and smell of stale oil or cooking fats. Only sells Pepsi. Overall I wish them well but I regret to say I will not be dining there again.

I usually go to this chipper to order. Today I ordered for delivery and to say I am disappointed is an understatement. Both boxes that food were in were crushed and open in bag, garlic sauce open and half of it spilled in the bag, food freezing. I ordered a fresh cod well done and I have never heard of a soggy batter but that is what I received. We fed the dog the chicken and fish. Definitely would not recommend for delivery, this is third time we ordered for delivery and this was the worst with the others not being great either. Go somewhere else if you want good food delivered and I’m only 1.5 km away! Don’t take the orders if you cannot deliver the food at the expected standard. And lastly delivery guy not friendly no thank you for tip! Appalling customer service. Won’t be getting one again as we won’t be ordering again. Definitely deteriorated in last 2 years.

I do rate this its even the best of the 2 in the area I go by the clongriffin one to go here , was a bit disappointed on last visit but , ordered ahead when got there wasn't ready which wasn't a problem didn't mind waiting, but people came in to order and got food b4 myself and some other girl we wait 20 mins and we went back up to ask and said sorry it is here , was in the heater waiting

Gone down hill in the last year or 2. The food isn't as fresh, smaller portions and alot more expensive. Nearly every order has been wrong and they never care. We were regular customers but unfortunately not anymore. Don't waste your money until management sorts out the major issues they have here

Got the deluxe chicken kebab meal, with garlic and chilli sauce, when I started eating it, there was NO flavour, not even with the onion, lettuce was very soft like it was not fresh, tiny amount of sauce and one side of the pitta bread looked like it was dipped in water.

Good halal foods not bad, good sitting area.

The food its fresh whops and so tasty u won't be disappointed

Had a very good experience when I came in yesterday. Two young lads, one very tall and the other small and red haired were very cool and friendly. Very easy to communicate with them and had a good laugh. They adviced me to get the deluxe kebab and what an excellent choice it was. They also offered potato cakes which I couldn’t turn down. I appreciate it Romayos. Made my night!

The service was beyond any other chipper has ever provided to me. The food came rapid fast and was delicious. I got a chick mix box that was excellent not only for the quality of the food but for the price as well. The man who took my order was a tall well-mannered gentleman and treated me with respect. Overall a fantastic experience and I highly recommend.
