Unfortunately
our
stay
in
this
hotel
was
rather
unpleasant.
We
had
requested
a
quiet
room
pre-arrival
and
when
we
arrived,
we
were
given
the
key
to
room
25
on
the
3rd
floor.
The
hotel
is
a
bit
of
a
maze
so
it
was
tricky
to
find
the
room.
When
we
found
it,
it
was
at
the
end
of
a
corridor,
outside
the
main
room
areas
and
right
next
to
a
very
noisy
alarm
system
which
could
be
heard
quite
clearly
from
the
room.
Additionally
there
was
visible
dirt
in
the
room.
We
called
the
reception
to
request
a
room
change
and
the
lone
receptionist
offered
to
investigate
the
issue.
She
came
to
the
room
to
listen
to
noise
and
stated
they
never
had
a
complaint
before
and
said
she
would
try
to
find
another
room.
She
came
back
later
saying
no
other
suitable
room
was
available,
and
she
could
organise
something
for
the
next
day.
That
same
night
as
we
were
dreading
going
to
sleep,
we
saw
busloads
of
Google
employees
arriving
for
an
office
party.
That
party
went
on
until
after
midnight
adding
to
our
noise
trouble.
The
next
morning
after
discussing
the
room
change
with
another
employee,
we
left
the
premises
for
5
hours.
Upon
our
return
we
were
given
keys
to
a
new
room
on
a
higher
floor
for
us
to
transfer
ourselves
into.
Upon
arrival
into
the
new
room
we
were
surprised
to
notice
it
had
not
been
cleaned
and
smelled
horribly.
We
returned
to
the
reception
only
to
be
told
that
we
had
been
given
the
room
keys
only
for
us
to
move
our
luggage
so
our
first
room
could
be
freed
and
cleaned.
We
inquired
about
where
we
should
stay
given
that
the
second
room
was
dirty
and
we
were
told
to
take
a
little
walk.
We
did
not
think
this
was
fair
(to
be
paying
for
a
room
and
not
be
able
to
occupy
any)
so
we
complained
and
were
told
we
could
stay
in
the
first
room
until
the
second
one
was
ready.
When
we
asked
when
that
might
be
the
receptionist
did
not
know.
She
could
not
prioritise
cleaning
our
new
room.
It
took
3
hours.
Finally,
this
hotel
turns
out
is
also
a
full
blown
club
at
the
weekend.
With
unacceptable
noise
levels
for
anyone
wanting
to
rest
(not
even
talking
about
sleeping).
Really
unless
you
are
there
to
party
until
4
am
do
yourself
a
favor
and
do
not
go
there.
It's
clear
that
this
place
focuses
way
more
on
it's
party
business
and
has
no
interest
in
providing
respite
to
travellers.
They
have
no
understanding
of
customer
service
and
making
guests
happy
does
not
seem
to
be
their
concern.
Avoid
when
in
Dublin.
