Didnt see Jack there.Jone was not there neither.But and they were nice and even listen to my silly story seemed interested which was good.

Yesterday I went to shop for my boyfriend's birthday. The male staff, I don't know his name, was super helpful and nice. Helping me with the sizes and style. Totally recommend everyone to shop here.

Years ago they made very good quality jeans,these days their jeans are lightweight,flimsy and no weight in them at all,avoid this place

Got a pair of jeans form here a while ago didn't fit when i got home brought the back the next day and to my surprise the girl smelt a certain area of the jeans use your imagination for what i don't know maybe to make sure i hadn't worn them for a long period.

I have purchased over the past 12 months 5 pairs of jeans from several J&J stores...4 out of the 5 pairs have degraded in or around the underneath and the back pocket area, I asked for them to be replaced by a staff member but upon reviewing 3 photos he took of them management decided NO was a fitting enough response because I had no receipt. This matter is no over...not by a long shot..

Walked in there twice, but no-one offers to help you. So I walked away. Very bad service

Probably the only cloths shop manager ask your to try winter jacket in dressing room. Good quality cloths but just.. and also asked to show my old jack and jones jacket receipt because I’m trying new jacket in store. 😅

I must say they’re very welcoming, the man serving me (Alan I believe) was friendly and knew his products, the young girl that was serving others was the same. I got a lovely jacket from them under their recommendation and it’s gotten me plenty of compliments already!
