This is truly a gem in Dublin. Not only is the staff incredibly kind, but the food is out of this world, this is the best Shawarma I've had in Ireland, if not ever, and you can't go wrong with their original hummus, it's so soft and creamy! Service is on the slower end especially for this type of food, but the food taste and staffs friendliness prevents it from deducting a point, just be sure to not be in a rush when you come here

Nice restaurant looking small from outside but Quite big inside.God drink , Vegan and delicious desserts options. In veg Gobi items we liked most . Chicken items I personally didn't like, might be Indian people will not like the chicken items as it is not spicy.Price was reasonable. Drink options are very good.If you find it useful please like it or dislike it.

My sincerely compliments!!! Hi all Shouk Staff, I just have to say, thank you so much for the reception, amazing service and brilliant food apresentation last night. Specially Veronica waters, she is naturally, honest, respectful and talent customer service. I have worked for 4 years in customer service, it's difficult to find natural and professional sometimes like her. Congratulations all, The Brazilian Manager is such good as well! Well done owner and time! I recommend that service 👌 Kind regards, Fabio Marcelo

One of my favourite restaurants in Dublin! Usually I order from them but this time I went there. The ladies who attended us were great, the place itself is cosy and welcoming and the food as usual wonderful.

Very cozy outdoor atmosphere, nicely decorated inside. Also the staff is very nice and of course the food is great. This time we chose everything from vegetables, although I prefer dishes with meat, but we were definitely not disappointed with this choice. Next time I will try dishes with meat. By the way, here you can get freshly squeezed juice.

Shouk was highly anticipated by my boyfriend and I, but unfortunately the experience fell flat. We ordered a hummus, the sweet potato and the cabbage, a beer and a carrot juice. 5 minutes after ordering, two separate people came over to the table, one to tell me they were out of carrots, and the other to tell me they were out of the cabbage. I chose the aubergine as a replacement, which just lead to further disappointment because it was bland and watery. The sweet potato, however, was very good. The main redeeming factor was the dessert, which was the coconut thing. Probably wouldn’t go again but I do believe in second chances.

amazing atmosphere and setting. very busy so book in advance! the food is melt in your mouth and comes quickly, but there's a high table turnover due to demand. highly recommend!

Lovely food, amazing mezze/kebabs and nice fresh drinks. Seemed to be lots of staff (our waitress was lovely)but we had to call them over a few times and order was slightly wrong. Highly recommended

Superb food, humus is yummy such as everything else. We got a small platter plus a portion of chicken separately and it was enough for two. Super tasty and we will be back, no doubt! They have a nice outside area with tables, on a good weather it's a gem!! Great service and prices too, absolutely worth a visit.

Hidden gem in Dublin north, absolutely outstanding. Not an overwhelming choice on the menu and they deliver on every single option. Absolutely incredible. Highly recommend the sharing platter with pitas and hummus and various dips. Lovely and curated environment, just really good vibes. I guess the only downside is that you really have to book!

I had the pleasure of dining Shouk, and it was simply divine! The mezze platter was a delightful mix of flavors, the pita was warm and perfectly fluffy, and the baklava was the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. I was blown away by the authenticity of the dishes and the richness of the flavors. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious culinary experience

Modern Mediterranean food in a chic atmosphere. We enjoyed all the items given in the small mezze. The hummus was smooth and well seasoned. For our mains, we ordered the sweet potato and chargrilled eggplant. The sweet potato was loaded with toppings and was delicious. Unfortunately, the only dish we did not like was the eggplant was undercooked and hard in the middle. I do recommend getting the baklava to share, as it was so good and not too sweet! Overall, great place with friendly servers. I wouldn't mind coming back here again

Flavorful food in an eclectic outdoor setting. We shared the small mezze platter and the chicken skewers and it was perfect for two! Make sure to get the lemonade and finish up with a Turkish coffee! Super fun atmosphere in a more quiet part of the city, a true gem! I will definetly return when I’m back in Dublin!

I have been waiting for months to finally get there -, and I wasn't disappointed at all. Food was delicious and very tasty, portions good sized, and staff lovely. Will definitely try to be back soon and would recommend this place to everyone that likes middle eastern food. We had the bavata with beef & lamb mince, the mezze platter, the chicken pita as well as Arayes. Everyone has been very satisfied with their order. Though one recommendation @shouk_dublin, get some proper salt & pepper mills. Paper based ones are a bit odd for a restaurant, might do for take away, but not when you sit in.

Absolutely beautiful food, serving sizes were on point. Unfortunately couldn't try the cocktails myself but was told it was lovely & lemon juice was probably the best I've had in a long time. The baklawa was unreal as a dessert option and such a welcomed surprise! Safe to say Shouk had me shook with how great it was and we will be back 🌟

Excellent option for Middle Eastern food. Mostly crowded on evening - happened to visit for lunch on a weekday and found plenty of space. The food was amazing! - mezze platter - good combination of salads, hummous, bana ghanoush, tahini among other things - falafel was nice, pits were soft - baked aubergine - creamy and well cooked. Pomegranate went well with the dish - chicken shawarma - good, the chicken stuffing was generous - eggs shashouka- the only underwhelming dish - have had better in Dublin itself - baklava - was amazing - not too sweet, flaky and good pistachio stuffing. Got 7-8 pieces in a single portion. Overall, good value for money! Staff was friendly and courteous

Warm & cozy and the food is awesome - excellent selection of Mediterranean cuisine. Also lots of space in an outside seating area, for those who don't want to get involved in the COVID pass document control :)

Nice place to dinner. Any uniform for the staff. Really tasty and colourful food. Good food recommendations. Pitas were really good and humus was delicious. Short but well selected wines menu. (Our wine was brought open to our table). Poor beers menu but you can bring your own drinks. To repeat and deserves a second chance.

Busy place. They have a nice booking system to avoid long queues outside. Quick service. Tried the shakshouka for the first time. Really unique taste. Tip: Order for a couple of extra pita breads. PS: the toilet is a bit far off.

Delicious food, great atmosphere, friendly staff. We had an amazing time at Shouk! It’s a cozy place, decor is cool and vibrant. The toilets are not great, as they are quite old and there is poor lighting where the cubicles are, other than that everything was very good! Would definitely go back again and try their desserts next time!

An oriental Israeli restaurant, excellent food, it's a shame that there is no soft drink except natural juice, but that's fine...

The food was absolutely amazing. However, we were eating in a rush because our friends arrived 45 minutes late. And one of the waitresses told us we have to leave at 7 pm. So, we ordered and then another lady went to our table to tell us again that we had to leave at 7. We were there from 5 pm. we still have time but were worried about the time and felt the pressure. But, I don't mind the service because the food was delicious.

A very tasty Middle Eastern food..lots of authentic spices and flavours. 2 remarks 1. Size can be bigger, when you order a Hummus plate you expect more than that 2. When you ask for dessert and espresso in the end of the meal, usually you want them to arrive together (coffee arrived really quick and it took a while for the dessert to come). By the way, both Knafeh and Baklava are excellent. Highly recommended

  • 5/5 Jonatan Verea P. 7 months ago on Google
Could be the best Hummus in Ireland. A lot of different dishes, and really easy for vegetarians or vegans, woth normal prices. The place is great and chill, clean and good feelings. The service also great, friendly and fast. Really recommendable to anyone! The Knafeh was extremely good and the portion wasn't shy😍

Visited Shouk and couldn't be more happier to discover this gem. Absolutely delicious, vibrant energy, and staff is friendly. I got shawarma pita and ❤️🤩 Totally recommend this place.

One of the best places here in Dublin if you are looking for Mediterranean food. They have a variety of options in their menu. Food quantity is good and taste was nice, ambiance is also captivating. From the front the resto looks small but if you go inside they have good space. A nice place to hangout and enjoy good food and drinks with friends. I highly recommend in place in spring and summer. Overall a good experience.

This was lovely, the food was delicious. We went as a couple but I would prefer to go as a group in order to get more dishes to share for variety! In terms of vegan options, we got hummus and flat bread, and filled pittas. They serve alcohol or you can pay for corkage and BYOB.

  • 5/5 Rodrigo R. 1 year ago on Google
Went there with two friends and we were lucky, they got us a table despite having a reservation. The food was very good, mushroom hummus was delicious, their falafel is very well made and full of flavor. Also ordered the cabbage and it was very good. Service was also 5 stars. Will definitely go back, but will book in advance.

Great place to go with friends. Generous portions and there are a lot of choices, even for a vegan or a vegetarian. We ordered two sharing platters and a few other bites to eat, and it was enough to feed 6 of us. Mezze are delicious

Had an amazing experience at Shouk! Best falafel in Dublin! Portions are norm, service is fast , staff are accommodating and the interior is nicely decorated. Highly recommend the sharing platter with pitas and hummus and various dips. Not overpriced. I definitely recommend the restaurant!

Unique restaurant with great Middle Eastern food. Beautiful decorations in the indoors part. It also has a nice big garden as an outdoors part. Polite staff but always ask for the change as one of them didn't get back to us with it (though it was already planned as a tip but she wasn't aware of it). Lots of nearby paid street car parkings.

  • 5/5 Piotr P. 1 year ago on Google
Great place. Friendly staff and amazing food. Portions are just right, you don't have to wait long for your order and the interior is nicely decorated. I will definitely be back in the future. One minor disadvantage is that the toilet is in another building, but staff is helpful and will give you directions. Keep doing great job!

Excellent place, such a good environment, all the waitresses are so friendly! A huge thank you for the chefs that make such a great food! I highly recommend Shouk

Know the owners good people, good food, good friendly service, average cooking time dishes don't take too long or too quick to come, clean, great decoration of the place, they have to go boxes if you don't finish. Overall recommend to anyone with an interest in middle eastern-Mediterranean food because this place makes the best. But a word of advice go there hungry!

  • 5/5 Miguel N. 2 years ago on Google
I went there not expecting much, and was proven wrong. Incredibly tasting food. The vegetarian options are to die for (we had the cauliflower and the aubergine, and could not decide which one we enjoyed most). Really friendly staff as well. And to top it off, the seat's along the wall are above the radiators, lovely on a cold January day. Really cool alternative vibe off the customers. I will be back often.

Truly love Shouk a lot. The food is gorgeous- the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. The atmosphere is very relaxing and nice. Can’t wait to go back when they will be re-opening. As well, their website and the marketing on it is spot on.

Absolutely delicious! A sharing feast enjoyed by all. Layers of flavour with the sweet potato dish my personal highlight.

Great quality and reasonable price! It's one of the most tasteful Libanese restaurants in Dublin! The Libanese red wine was also very good. I'd recommend it!

Well presented and varied Middle Eastern food in a cosy space in North Dublin. Service was excellent and all the food we tried was good. I would shy away from calling it authentic but I don’t think Shouk claims to be that at all. It’s a slightly modern take on various Middle Eastern dishes-some of which were on point but in others I found the flavours to be either too shy or too bold. For example, I found the baba ghanoush a bit mayonnaise-y and there was pure tahini as one of the little dips in the mezze. The falafels and pita on the other hand were excellent and on point! We tried the small mezze and schnitzel pita. Overall, a good experience. Food very reasonably priced.
