The food is nice but half of the actual food they make for you doesn't reach your bowl because they leave it in the kitchen somewhere on the floor or in the mixing bowl. Can be good, can be disappointing depending who is in the kitchen.

Chopped used to be way better before the pandemic. Now they have less options and are also pretty bland...

Everytime I order there is a problem with the delivery. Last time I ordered the food at 10am to make sure that was going to be delivered on time for my lunch. The food came 45 minutes late and it was not fresh and the smoothie was warm and not creamy as you would expect. While I was waiting I contacted the store to know what was going on and an unexperienced person answered the phone and did not apologise nor gave me an explanation for the delay. Her solution would be cancelling the order and refund the money which would leave me with no lunch. I told her that and she told me that I had to wait then. I asked if she could offer a compensation for the delay and she told me she could give a voucher that never came. On the next day I've sent a complaint to the store reporting what happened and asking for a refund and no one ever answered that. I will never order from this store again and I would not recommend it. Terrible service and the quality doesn't match the price you pay.

I recommend that next time you don't order food online from him because you're wasting your time.

Personally, the place for me is alright. I would have given it four stars but the problem is that, each time I get the same smoothie, it's always a different flavour from the last, sometimes it's too sweet and watery, other times it's not sweet enough and too thick. I'd really like if they could keep it similar each time instead of eyeing the ingredients they put in. But overall, it has a nice vibe to the place :)

Not a real burrito, would stick to salads.

Very disappointed. I've ordered duck wrap. First of all wrap was cold. Very messy. Too spicy and it wasn't mentioned on the menu that is spicy. No mange tout which supposed to be there, got fresh onion instead of pickled. Soaking wet. Disgusting in general. Never again.

Only reason for 3 stars is the price. €0.75 for about 3 more pieces of corn? I know everywhere is cutting back but the protein portion wad seriosuly tiny. For the prive you should have more toppings included. I got a few extras and my lunch came to €15. Not ideal for take out. Otherwise it really is a great healthy option

I used to work for this company. This was one of the first shops I started in, and it has been totally revamped from the last time I was there. They’ve since added a new ‘neat pizza’ option which could develop well as a sister company. I called in for a macha late, hadn’t had one in years. But there was no macha in stock. That was though to accept. So I write with a coffee latte. Another nice change is the addition of a garden. This area used to be staff facilities but is available to customers now on request. Brightly colored and private, good spot for a meeting. The interior design has been really considered with really unique tables and chairs. Would have been 5 stars if I had my macha. I never knew about macha lattes before my time in this company. Really nice drink. I also make a quality one. It used to be someone in the offices favorite drink so I had it on point. Menu looks to be all new too. With different new meal options. Until next time. Robbie.

So disappointing that a salad bar can't clearly indicate which of of their dishes is gluten free, diary free etc on their menu. I was handed a long booklet to read which was confusing and holding up the queue of people behind me. The staff could not tell me 1 salad bowl that was gluten free off the top of their heads and just told me to read this document. I ended up just having to leave.

Great stuff that you can choose the ingredients in your salad an make it exactly as you'd want it! Also, they have green bowls to eat in so there's no need to bin more plastic which is a great idea! Very nice spot to stop. Nothing fancy but really chill.

The Mexican Choppito is gone from the menu 😢 I've no reason to go back now. There's now a Mexicano Choppito, completely different ingredients, why did you guys do this to me 😞
