One of the best place for beer and steak. It's located in a nice area, baggot street. Staffs were nice, food was amazing. I had dry aged steak with a pint. Lovely food.

Dropped in (briefly) w/e of 11th July, not a face mask or effort at socially distancing in sight among staff or the (crowds of) customers, the smoking area was like a busy Saturday night 2019.. Found it pretty cheeky really when most pubs are not allowed open at all (partly because some pubs are being reckless).

Excellent value for money. We had lunch there and all our dishes were fantastic. The bread pudding was delicious. Would definitely consider going there again

We went there for lunch on one of the days that the Boss was playing. They were very busy but looked after everyone really well. The order was placed and, considering they were so busy, came out very quickly. I had the burger with rashers and fries. My friend had the roast of the day. My better half had a toasted sandwich again with fries. All of it was delicious and nothing left on the plates! Always a good sign…. Thought the prices were a bit high but probably not for Dublin. Ambience and service was excellent. Will certainly be back.

One of the best burgers I ever eat!!! Don't miss this place if you arrive in Dublin! The bread was fresh and crunchy, the meat was excellent, the fries were great! I was so close to have another one, but it was more than enough! Till next time!! 😁🍔🍔

Had the fish and chips which was good. Surprised to see the price of the dish higher than advertised on the menu. When I asked the waitress what that's about she notified me that "the prices go up in the system after 15:00". If that's the case, I strongly advise you to update your menus accordingly/hand out dinner menus if prices are about to change in the system.

Great pub. Busy but huge, if it's full when you arrive something will open up. Had the steak, it was delicious. Good portion.

On a Thursday evening, Seasons is fully packed. I went to Seasons for an office party and the vibe was very nice and chill. The snack board was nice as well. For main course, I absolutely love their Roast chicken. It is very fulfilling!

Didn't manage to eat in Searsons, but saw some amazing looking food go out to customers. The bar itself is spotlessly clean, tastefully traditional in style, and full of friendly and attentive staff, and colourful, entertaining locals. There is an incredible range of wines, beers, and especially whiskeys available. Good news for me!!! Highly, highly recommended!

Legendary Searsons, had many an excellent Friday night here. Great craic altogether. I used to like it better some years ago when it was a little darker, but it's still a wonderful pub. Very popular and often packed to the brim. The shepherds pie and fish and chips are top notch.

Had an absolutely wonderful breakfast! The squash and eggs were fabulous. I should have added ham for a bit of meat, but they were so good! The service was great, coffee strong. Would have loved a refill on the coffee - very American of me!

We just came here for drinks and they were really good but a bit expensive that’s why it’s not 5 stars. The service was really good especially for Dublin, our waitress asked if we needed anything multiple times even though we weren’t there very long and our drinks came fast. There is penalty of seating both indoor and outdoor and they allow smoking outside at the tables which is pretty nice.

Good good and good amount of the mussels too! We only ordered the small protein (€12) but it came out unexpectedly big pot of it. Also we enjoyed the seafood chowder as we heard it’s one of the signature Irish dish 🥰

Simply the best . As a whiskey apprentice this is heaven. No doubt. Everything I hoped for and more. I had to come back and try the espresso martinis. They make them a little different here with baileys, no complaints from me . Excellent presentation, better taste. So nice I had to order twice. The whiskey collection is breathtaking, sweet Jesus. If Irish whiskey is your thing this is the place for you.

Searsons is an upscale Irish gastropub with a good chef driven menu. The mussels were fantastic! The fish & chips were a solid choice with minted mushy peas. The fish should have been more properly seasoned before being battered and fried. The shephards pie is made with ground lamb. A big portion fit for a cold night. The seafood chowder was excellent. Well seasoned with perfectly cooked seafood. Good-sized chunks that were not too big. The service was good. Not as attentive as needed, but still a step up from what we have been receiving from other restaurants in Ireland and England. This is a spacious restaurant that is great for groups or larger parties. No kids menu, but the portions were generous enough that a plate can be shared. Prices reflect the quality, so a little higher than other pubs. However, the quality and creativity of the menu match the pricing. Some salad choices and mushroom pasta were the vegetarian options. Overall, it was a great neighborhood choice. If we lived in the area, we could see ourselves visiting on a regular basis. Nearby neighborhood street parking. No handicap parking that we can see. But you can drive up to the rear of the restaurant in the alley and offload there if needed and then park in the neighborhood.

Great food, and a lovely place. Shepard's pie was awesome and the half Irish chicken was spectacular, cookies and ice cream is a great dessert to finish it off. We also had live Jazz on a Sunday night.

Went for Dublin racing festival stayed nearby. What a fantastic bar the place was spotless breakfast was brilliant the staff couldn't do enough for you always on the go never stood still. Would recommend trying it ,the only negatives I had with Dublin as a whole is its very dear and the taxis are a law to themselves with there prices.

What a great find this place was. The food was perfect. For any steak lover this is a spot to head to. A little spicy more than usual but we like it.price was good €35 for 32 DAY DRY AGED FARM 120Z STRIPLOI STEAK🥩 and mashed potatoes with onion ring, as you see on pictures it was enough. Staff were great. The location was quirky, and well done. I look forward to going back next time I'm down.

Incredibly friendly staff who made me feel welcome from start to finish. A nice cappuccino and two non alcoholic beers to watch some sport in a well spaced and brilliantly decorated interior. Also best napkins in a bar I've seen in a long time.

Fantastic cocktails and even better bar staff! It was our first time back in Dublin after 4 years and the staff here made it such a lovely experience! Lots of different cocktails, something for any taste. Relaxing atmosphere and good music.

Nice pub with really good food! I tried the broccoli and feta salad with salmon as well as the truffle ravioli and both was great. It's one of the few pubs with a diverse menu including healthy options.

The place is very nicely decorated up class Irish pub. Foods and drinks are A class the only problem is chronic Ireland service problem. They are always understaff or unorganized. We waited 10 minutes for order waited another 15 minutes just to ask bill and another 15 minutes for hecking credit card machine...

Came here for a work Christmas party, very nice atmosphere and had a nice time butttttt €14 for a block of ice with a dash of cocktail? Don’t think so. Even when asked for without ice, was still only just over half filled.

Great gluten free breakfast and well priced! The staff are friendly, it's a nice and cosy atmosphere and gives you a great feel of Ireland. They even have gluten free beer on tap! We loved it so much, we went there twice 😊

Thr food is great, place is quite big and cosy. I had to go back for their amazing pasta, spinach, sundried tomato and burrata dish. I'm personally not a fan of sundried tomatoes because of its overpoweing taste, but it works really well with the other ingredients. This dish is just heavenly.

Searsons was only a couple blocks from our hotel and we had read good things about the Sheppards pie so off we went. Large group of locals in the bar after work. You traverse the bar to get to the dining room. A bit noisy but not terrible. Wait staff was attentive and helpful. We got their hamburger and Sheppards pie and neither disappointed. The Sheppards pie was sort of deconstructed, with the corn, carrots ans extra gravy on the side...nice presentation and very tasty. The hamburger was huge and very good. Guinness was ice cold and other cocktails was great.

My friend arrived first and nobody came to her to help. After 10 minutes waiting for the menu, the waitress came to say that we should have gone inside to register our name and mobile and we should know that. I thought It was quite rude.

My five starts to The staff, it is friendly, diligent and funny, our service was on time, the environment was really cosy but the place is quite big, enough space for everyone, essentially in this days of social distance!

  • 5/5 Arik Y. 4 years ago on Google
Nice bar/restaurant. Its a large place, part is classic pub, part become seatted restaurant. It get quite full at evening Our waitress was nice girl with a sense of humor The food and drinks selection is good for pub, but not surprising as its partly restaurant... We had nice couple of hours here

Cozy but large pub with outdoor seating. Food is generally really good although I've noticed recently they've cut down their menu a lot and I can't say I'm ecstatic about the choices they've made in regards to what to keep and what to get rid of. Beer selection is decidedly "meh".
