"Food served all day" and "Drinking Emporium" sounds like a double-win to me! A classic Irish pub with old-world style decor; from advertisements to toys to tools - not to mention the incandescent lighting, it immediately brings in the charm and coziness of what you'd imagine a pub should be. Music is upbeat and contemporary, as well as familiar hits from widely-known performers from across the globe. Good selection of draught beer, as well as stronger spirits, especially local, Irish brands. Menu items range from fish, burgers, pizza and a few others. The Hake was very good and hits the spot! The wait staff is friendly and makes you feel at home. Great place to visit!

The Whiskey Infused Garlic Chicken... If you could taste this picture, it would melt in your mouth. I haven't tasted pizza this good outside of NYC. Amazing Food. Friendly service.

Stopped to have a bite to eat here whilst visiting Dublin for a day. I had the nicest cottage pie I've ever had! Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Totally recommended.

The first place I saw and popped into, and I wasn't disappointed! Really lovely staff, amazing food, and the interior decor is really cool as well. I was recommended the Fish n Chips special and it held me over for a long while after!

Great pub! The seafood chowder was excellent! Service was great. The potato soup was very flavorful but it’s puréed with no chunks.

Great place to go for a Guinness while waiting for your airport transfer. We checked out of our hotel round the corner and popped into the very friendly Maddigan's for one last Guinness while waiting for the Aircoach to take us back to the airport. The Guinness was €6.30 a pint and the staff were really nice and friendly, I also liked the idea of visiting a "drinking emporium".

For real guiness, you should go there !! You can hear each other when you are talking, there is no loud music. Not crowded.

What a wonderful experience my husband and I had here. We are elderly and walk with mobility aids which take up a lot of room but it was no problem for the people at Madigan's. We went there on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and we were remembered which was lovely. The food is fantastic, especially the fish and chips! We will be back as soon as possible and with a great hotel just around the corner we had a great weekend. A big 'thank you'to all the staff who were so pleasant and friendly.x

Service was prompt and food was decent. Liked the atmosphere. We were staying at the hotel next door and this was a convenient place for us to scamper off to when we were hungry. I remember really liking the fries after having a few 😂

Lovely little place to have a casual drink or some good food. However, I do find it a bit pricey for what you get. Staff were lovely and helpful. Tried my first Guinness here and loved it!

(Translated by Google) Where we have best eaten in Dublin, we asked a bus driver where he was going to eat and Madigans advised us, he was right. All very well. We enjoyed lunch here in May 2022 It was the highlight of our Day in Dublin! The bartender was great. He introduced us to some great Irish whiskey and beer. Wish I could remember the name of the beer. It was like Harp but even better. Hope to get back one day!

Considering it's a main Street pub, this was a lot less touristy than I expected. The bar staff and other customers were very friendly, the drinks were great and the place was clean and looked good.

Great staff very kind and helpfull! The food.. well Divine might be under selling it(Had the beef stew) drinks for a reasonable price. Only thing that could be better was turning the live music down just a bit. Deffintly recommend this place

I cannot recommend this place enough!!! On my own in Dublin with my 2 kids, needed a good, friendly place and this was it! Food was amazing, huge portions and the bar maid was the loveliest person ever. So kind, loving and just warm. I would come back 100 times over. Thankyo so much for making our trip so memorable xxxxx

Great spot for drinks! The bartender was great to chat with about the area and tips on the Wiskey and beers. So we sampled many flavors.

If you only get to visit one pub in Dublin, visit this one. Wonderful selection of beers and whiskeys. And the staff will gladly help with recommendations to satisfy your taste. Try the food too, I guarantee you won't be disappointed. To the guys from Madigan's, thank you for a perfect Irish Pub experience. Will come again if I come through Dublin.

The cottage pie (beef version of shepherd pie) was super flavorful! It was so good I want to duplicate the recipe and make it myself when I leave Ireland. The prices were average approx 17 euro. The bar tenders were funny and cool. I’d definitely come back!

Centrally located. Friendly staff. The chicken wrapped in bacon was exquisite. The sauce is rich... Reminded me of a bisque. The ceasar salad was good too.

(Translated by Google) Fish and Chips excellent, crunchy and large portion (I add that I am particularly difficult for fish so settling for it is not easy), you are served a single piece of fried fish with a super crunchy crust accompanied by chips (very normal) and two types of sauces, one with yoghurt with garlic and the other with peas and basil (I think) excellent to accompany fish. Sore point the dessert, we wanted the Guinness pie but they didn't have it (let's say that for a period of low turnout due to covid you can also understand that they don't have everything), so we ordered a Bailey cheesecake accompanied by a scoop of flavored ice cream di ... Dunno nothing 😓, however the dessert was not fantastic, we hope for the next one that there is the cake we want so much! Prezzo Fish and Chips 15.95€ Dolce 5.90€

This traditional pub is a fantastic place to get out of the rain and cozy up with a pint, delicious food (the fish and chips, Irish stew with soda bread and salmon plate were all really good) and wonderful Irish hospitality. This was my favourite local pub while I was on on my trip to Dublin.

Small portion of prawns with 2 pieces of bread and house salad (only spinach leafs). Chicken wings was so hot and spicy that I stopped feeling my lips and tongue, and coughed after eating. BBQ ribs was not bad compare with previous dishes.
