If your thinking of ordering from here just don’t! I wish I read the reviews before hand. Delivery was half hour late food called and sauce spilled all over my bento box. Got about 3 pieces of chicken in bento box. Very annoying after such a long wait. First and last time ordering

Extremely slow delivery. Wrong time is put out when you place the order. Easily add another 30-45 minutes even though you are in 5km radium of this restaurant. On top of that pathetic customer service when you call the restaurant to complain Rude and extremely arrogant person on the call says literally the same thing which is it’s on the way, wondering what way that’d be. The food is a hit and miss. Sometimes it has been good and sometimes really bad quality. Honestly avoiding this restaurant is better than wasting money.

Delivery driver was shockingly rude. Claimed that he had been waiting outside for 15 minutes when he had only rang the bell once and I had seen him pull up outside moments before. Really appalling demeanour that would put you off your food, which leads me to say, that while the sushi it quite nice, the other dishes are not worth ordering. Pad thai and ramen were dissatisfactory. If I order again, I would only the sushi and I will 100% be collecting.

Was once a fan but the bento box has changed and feels they are now cutting costs, ribs were dey and came with a tub of sauce, so not really BBQ ribs, shame they let standards slip.

Well seeing maximum number of review I guess should have read them as well. Cost wise probably similar to other good restaurants but the quality and taste isn't upto it. Their cost with quality doesn't go hand in hand. Definitely not worth it.

Called to ask about the food I got, as I was confused if it is with beef or not, very helpful and polite staff. I think it's the 10th time I ordered food and always everything is nice and fresh. Today I had the best seafood noodles. Thank you for the great job.💐

I've had sushi delivered from here 3 times now and each time the fish has been very poor. The last time it was inedible.. the tuna on the nigiri was dark and curling at the sides, it was made a long time before it was served.

Lovely food and great staff. Will definitely order from here again, so glad to hear they deliver too.

I didn't get sushi this time, just a simple crispy chicken box w/ fried rice and no joke it was the best I've had and the same price as all others. I've had the sushi and it's really good but even the simple things like rice and chicken are amazing. Can't wait till I'm in the mood again

This place has gone downhill big time. I ordered a while back and the tuna wasn't fresh. It was really bad and I had to throw it all in the bin. I contacted the restaurant to make them aware and they never responded to my last email. I gave it a break for a good while but then decided to go back in and place another order. What I got was beyond a joke. The tuna this time was shredded instead of cut into pieces.....no idea why they would do this. Very fishy smell and taste so wasn't very fresh but definitely not as bad as the last time. What I couldn't wrap my head around was the fact that all of the rice throughout all of the sushi that I ordered was undercooked. It wasn't sticky either. It was like eating bullets, one slight dip in soya sauce and it fell apart. HOW can you send sushi out like this?!? In all the years, all the takeaways / restaurants and all the parts of the world that I have eaten sushi; I have never, EVER received undercooked sushi rice!!! If you can't get that right - there's a serious issue. The food is in no way cheap and, with my last two experiences; it's not edible either.

The best sushi around. The tempura California rolls are 10/10. I’d also reccommend the tempura vegetables, the ebi masaga, the seaweed avocado tofu salad (I’m not vegetarian and don’t love tofu but whatever they do to the tofu is soooo good) the soft shell crab sushi and the bento boxes (specially chicken Katsu curry)

Ordered delivery, which was real fast, food is great and fresh. Only one thing that there's no chopsticks 🤷‍♀️ But I enjoyed anyway

Very fresh and tasty - had ramen and katsu curry. Generous portions. Picked up the order (so maybe avoided the delivery issues other mention in the reviews)

Terrible Terrible Terrible!!! I Pre-ordered today because I'm pregnant and was craving for Sushi. I was aware they have a 60 minute delivery time so I1ve been waiting and waiting. After about 25 mins past the delivery I called them. Gave them my address and he said ooops the delivery was cancelled did I not receive an Email? I received a Confirmation email earlier on and the money was taken off. He said he will give me a voucher to refund me but was offered a lesser value to what I paid. If I won't receive a full refund I will turn to the authorities. This place is ridiculous. Extremely unprofessional.

I am getting spam about this place on Google maps with weekly updates, this is annoying as i don't follow this business, it's not among Saved places. I have never been there and definitely I'm not going to visit them. There is no unsubscribe option available. BTW, how bad is this targeting if I live 2000 km from this restaurant, c'mon!
