The service is lax, very slow. In the areas for customers, there is a mess everywhere you look (floor, tables, seats). This establishment is a disgrace to KFC. For one, I would close the mess and clean it up properly. I do not recommend the visit!!!!!!

Where do I even start. The driver was on the live gps speeding like a lunatic. The bag literally burst open and gravy went all over everything. Mistakes with the order along with it being cold. Phoned 3 times and no answer. Going to request a refund and will never order again.

Today I brought family share bucket.I asking for 10 pices I get 8 pices , I asking for large fries I get small fries,I asking for small chicken popcorn I don't get any.The chicken is under cooked,box damaged and very grisly can see red blood inside the chicken... I try to call but nobody answer,Never go again on KFC coolock

Drive through has delivery drivers walking through. Was first in line to order and was left waiting 5 mins. Nobody in site. Ordered food and waited 15 mins for a simple burger meal plus a milkshake. Food finally came out and had to wait a further 5 minutes for a milkshake. Drink that came with meal had no straw. Food was terrible, service was worse. Won’t be back any time soon

Very bad experience today evening. Ordered party bucket for 39.50euro. The till person told we have to pay 40.40as we requested pepsi which was supposed to be free . While collecting the order they gave us 10 piece bargain bucket. Appologised and gave us new bag . When we rechecked again there was no wings or pop corn wasn't there. Went back and a manager called lady came and she brought back the order and told me verbally what all things kept in the bag. This time I believed her and did not recheck it. At home again noticed that pop corn chicken was not there. While trying to call them not answering the phone. Worst experience and never go there. No one cares in that store.

Worst ever experience I had today in north side KFC I ordered a family feast 10 piece deal received with no hot chicken no plates and no wet tissues no ice cubes no cool cups no forks and all dinning area were not clean Disgusting toilet high risk of infection I do not recommend to enjoy a happy day or meal here awful place

Ordered from the drive through, and they just left off half of the order. When I called them about it they refused to refund until I went back to do it in person. Had the same experience a few weeks late, with a delivery. Just left 3 corn on the cob off the order. Never again

The staffs ability to mess up an order, without fail is actually impressive. Staff are consistently rude and incompetent. It doesn't matter if you go morning, noon or night, busy or slow they will still forget parts of your order!

It's conveniently placed. Easy access, pleasant atmosphere. We went for a drive through. there were long delays, despite having only 3 cars. The same person who took the order seemed to serve as well. Food was cold too. No explanation given for delays.

Not one to complain but don't waste your money eating here!!! Many times I have been to this KFC. Each time I say I will never return and stupidly do. All our food was stone cold and rubbery. No sauce, even the extra ones ordered. I literally got five chips in my large meal. I would also not recommend the boneless banquet box as would just about feed a toddler.

Interesting that there is a vegan burger that they sell that is not fried, only microwaved. Very slow service. Cold yet expensive fries.

Terrible service, never going again. We walked in to get a nice meal and it was too hot the employees looked overworked and it was too hot. We bought a family feast with 4 packs of chips, chicken bucket,2 sides and coca cola. Was very disappointed when we looked into the bag and everything was a mess. The chips were all over the place in the bag and not in their original bags. We got gravy even though we asked for mash. The bucket the chicken came in was deteriorated. They forgot the coca cola and when we asked for it they gave us pepsi and when we asked for our mash they didn't give it to us. Very impatient staff!! Not happy and will not be returning.

Googled for the nearest KFC and had to drive 10 + 10kms (to and fro) and ordered 10 piece fried chicken as take away. After reaching home only I discovered that they kept only 6 instead of 10 piece . Called their number 018474119 several times to raise this query and no one picked up my call. I don't think this number is valid and if you check the bill there is no number also. Never ever im going to this store and never recommending this store to anyone. Waste of time , money and fuel.

Food is always nice. Real chips and very nice chicken but tables are dirty and my seat had 3 legs. Not well maintained unfortunately.

I am absolutely embarrassed for them. I ordered online I spent €27.60 including delivery I love 5 minutes walk from kfc northside let alone drive. The food portion was ridiculous I would be so embarrassed to hand this to someone.

Went through the drive through and the cashier was a lovely guy really nice but staff giving out the order was rude. Got no napkins, no straws, no sauce that we ordered and a burger was left out of a bag. I wouldn't go back to the drive through but I'd go in.

Was waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes before I got my food, ordered medium fries and it looked like they gave me half a small. Also ordered 3 chicken wings and they gave me 1. I can just tell they don’t take hygiene seriously at all, I saw the person preparing my food and they had no gloves or hairnet. I would not recommend, do not go here.

My friend was queuing for an half an hour only to see the KFC drive in was closed and no notice was left in the window. I rang the KFC and nobody answered the phone. Disgraceful.

Food was tasty but restaurant appeared understaffed and I had trouble finding a clean table. Floor was sticky from spilt drinks. Staff were trying to clean and serve customers at the same time. I felt sorry for them, probably on min wage. Hire another body ye cheapskates.

19/06/2023 16.15 I ordered 15 chicken wings, but I guess the person heard 15 pieces of chicken. After collecting, I went back to inform the staffs about the misunderstanding. The person was so rude, that I gave her back the chicken and ordered again and paid for the new order. Always having issues with this particular KFC. Btw, I wouldn’t want to forget mentioning that those windows needs cleaning since at least the last 2 years.

Stacker burger was tasty but boneless bites served in a tub were cold and the buffalo sauce was served cold

Fast food? Waited 10 minutes to place the order and 25 minutes to receive it. Absolute joke. The chicken is far better in Supermacs anyway. Never again.

Waiting at the till for over 15 minutes to just order, wasn’t asked if it was for takeaway or dine in. When the food finally came out it was on a tray and I asked for takeaway, it was thrown into a bag and the staff member complained to me about the job being too much… food was good at least but the service is the worst I have seen in any KFC.

Tasty vegan burger. Staff were accommodating with my special request of extra lettuce and sauce, which in my view makes the burger nicer. I would really like it if fries & beans were vegan. When I visited at lunchtime, the place was spotless. When I visited in the evening, it was messy with an entire portion of fries on the floor under a table. Well... The place is as clean as the customers leave it, surely.

Slow to acknowledge me or take my order, The woman who served me either had fake tan in her nails or DIRT... I chose to believe it was fake tan. Food was warm in temperature, and hot wings tasted powdery.

Food was really nice in this KFC but the place itself wasn't very clean, we had to ask for the table to be cleaned and the floor was very sticky also the doors wore swinging open which was a bit annoying,maybe I'd go true the drive thru the next time.

Food was what u would expect, staff was nice and there was plenty of parking. I was there at 2pm on a Monday and the place was very untidy as the bins were full inside and the tables were not cleaned off, shame as everything else was very good.

Went to the drive through at around 1:20pm on New Years Day after my flight, the young female server with the Irish accent was very good! Food great as always. Only thing though, wish they put salt into the bag but no biggie
