I didn't hate it, but I didn't like it. I love healthy food and salads but this is 99℅ lettuce. It just wasn't worth the money I paid, I'm not intentionally being negative, i just wouldn't go back. They need to give more than just lettuce or leaves, it was very anti-climactic.

Salads and bowls are just amazing! Its very fresh and the taste is just delicious. Can definitely recommend it to everyone! They also have burritos which are very good. The price is a bit expensive, but in my opinion worth it!

Takeaway salads are simply perfect. Absolutely exquisite. Download their app, tap tap tap, salad heaven. Picking up is simple as, skip the endless queue and grab and go. The salad angels are lovely and always friendly, smiling, and a pleasure. Solid 5/5 stars! Thank you Chopped Baggot Street!

Went to get a ceasar salad at lunch time while back at work. Took me good 25mins from walking into the shop to receiving it.. I know they currently have new staff but training shouldn't take place at lunch time when everyone's in a hurry, I only had ten mins when I was back to work to inhale salad... Salad itself was okay, all the ingredients of a ceasar salad, however salad leaves were brown in places and not as fresh as it would be expected.. I asked not to chop it, as I've seen the overly chopped salad of previous customers, I realise this place is literally called chopped but I think chopping was overdone here, to the point when it all becomes a gooey mess and all ingredients mix in a puree. I gave it a 3 stars rating as staff were nice and the end result was a salad I went for but took down two points for salad freshness and time taken to prepare.. Thanks guys

Used to be my go to spot but it's gone majorly down hill. Feel so bad for the staff they are so stressed out any time I go in there. Last week I decided to order in advance and collect. Set the time for 2pm and gave an hour and 15 mins notice. When I arrived they didn't have my order made. There was another guy waiting too who hadn't had his made either and he ended up leaving because it was taking so long. Eventually they found my order receipt on the counter. Gave me random ingredients because they had run out and no refund for the extra items I'd paid for that they had run out of by that stage. Not even an apology and it meant I was late back to work. Defeats the whole purpose.

Every time I get to taste a special flavor healthy protein collected salad 🥗..this time tried Mexican chicken with salad (sundried tomato 🍅, eggs, green leaves selection, avocado 🥑) , mayo dressing .. oops that’s the other one pineapple 🍍... it’s just tasty.. no person who doesn’t taste has missed something and that’s it.. I'm a big fan of the Chopped franchise. Love their food, but not this particular restaurant . It took 15 minutes to get my order, of a Caesar bowl, and there were only 3 people in front of me. When I finally got it, the bowl was only half full. Staff used the measuring scoops, filled them and then emptied them partially, to use less product.

The staff were lovely, pleasant, and friendly. The salad I ordered was fresh and very nice. They need to put more staff on duty at lunch time as its very busy and queues are long. And it's too expensive for what it is.

Perfect place for a healthy and tasty lunch. The two Italian employees, Nico and Laura, were super nice and professional! I strongly recommend it

I don’t usually leave negative reviews of restaurants but I had to make an exception here. Ordered one wrap and one salad bowl for lunch. Salad bowl which came with a majorly inflated price increase was half filled. The wrap which has clear instructions as to what was supposed to go on it came with all the wrong fillings, again this had majorly increased in price since last week. No one answering the phone in the store either. A place I will avoid like the plague going forward.

I come here regularly as I work close by. The staff are always nice however when I have went recently they don't know the allergens in the sauces despite there being a sign that says to ask about them. I gave the benefit of the doubt the first time as the menu recently changed but it's unacceptable now. The food is expensive and I've been unable to get what I want due to this. This needs to be clearly communicated to all staff as well as signage indicating allergies up in the store. I won't be back until this is rectified.
