This was a fantastic Asian food restaurant!! I highly recommend giving this place a stop! The edamame is very good along with the sushi platter! The pad Thai was GREAT! The ramen bowls were all good, the chicken and pork flavor was very noticeable! Our waitress was very attentive and polite! The sake was a lot of fun and everybody enjoyed the time spent there! There is quite a bit of room to sit, the restaurant goes back pretty far.

Excellent food ! And the service as well. The only thing was how they bring the soft drink. I asked for a Coke Zero and they bring me the glass already served instead the can or bottle. I just prefer it in can or bottle to be secure about what I’m Drinking. Despite that it was amazing. The food is incredible.

Located in a popular tourist spot, nearby to a lot of attractions. Venue itself is quite cosy, with about a dozen or so tables. Staff were very friendly and helpful with orders. The menu is quite large so there's a lot of choice. I had a special, their sabo noodles with basically all the meats and some plum wine. It was my first sabo experience and it was okay, I wasn't blown away nor was I disappointed. The place was very reasonably priced for the area. Giving it four stars because of the options, staff, location and price. Hard to really judge the food but what I ate definitely wasn't bad.

The food was superbly delicious, approved by both Chinese and Spanish. πŸ˜‚ Staff is friendly, service is swift too, the food came fast enough to feed the hungry souls. Best one we've had so far in Dublin!

I get frightened when a restaurant "has it all." Yes! We can do sushi, ramen, fried rice and curry! It is always better to focus and be great at a couple of things, than being avg on several. Surprisingly, however, the unagi on rice here was decent - perhaps just over sauced- and the sushi was also passable, with firm rice and rightly vinegarised, although the squid piece was slimy and inedible. Be cautious of what you order; but Eatokyo is ok if you're not too fussy, or don't know any better.

I ate here yesterday and it was really beautiful. I got the Bento box which had some prawn, sushi, katsu chicken and rice. I was also served a starter soup as part of the lunch deal. I was lucky at the time as it was quiet so my food came out in 5-10 mins! The lady who greeted and served me was such a lovely person and kept an eye on me the whole time to ensure I had enough water or anything else I needed. Will 100% be going back.

My partner and I went here for dinner. He order a Eatokyo Ramen. He thought it was a great portion size with really tasty ingredients. He enjoyed the soup and the noodles in this dish. I ordered Chicken Katsu Curry. The portion for this dish was large! I enjoyed the curry sauce and the chicken was cooked very nicely! Overall, I definitely recommend eating out here. The service was a bit slow but the food was delicious and made up for any slower service!

Used to do nice and fresh sushi but not anymore, especially the big ones in the photo were disgusting, and I asked for fried sushi. So not a big selection of hot rolls however the wakame seaweed is good.

I loved my meal here!! My husband and I popped in on a whim and it was a great decision. Good size menu, quality food, cozy atmosphere, nice staff, and the food was absolutely DELICIOUS! We tried the chicken gyoza, sweet chili basil chicken, and the sesame chicken. Highly recommend.

Still my favourite sushi chain in Dublin. Always consistent and delicious. Polite staff. Have brought multiple non sushi eating friends here and they have thoroughly enjoyed the food and were never stuck for options. Overall great place.

My husband and I were able to book on the day itself for a Valentines Day meal. The food was spectacular and extremely good value for the portion size- something I've found to be uncommon at some Japanese eateries. The ebi tempura in particular was divine and so well made. All of the staff were extremely polite and sweet, though I think they were rushed a little off their feet. This led to a few delays in getting service, though we didn't mind. Another thing to consider is that the tables can be quite close together, so do keep that in mind if you're wanting privacy or if you have additional needs regarding accessibility. Overall, Eatokyo was an intimate and delightful place to eat while in Dublin and we'll definitely be returning. Even better, we found the menu to be really reasonable, especially considering the portion sizes and quality of food. Thanks to the staff for capping off a perfect day with a perfect meal!

I just want to complimemt this restaurant and staff on great food and a truly amazing service. We called here earlier this evening and requested the food to go due to catching a train. Well, they prepared the three dishes with lightning speed and it was as delicious as it always is. And we made the train with 3 minutes to spare and we very much enjoyed our food after finally sitting down after the fastest sprint of our lives. A huge thank you to the staff for a very positive experience. We always eat in this restaurant when we're in the city, can't recommend it enough, a real gem to be found in Talbot street.

Nice staff and a cute, cozy interior. The food was just okay, the sushi was really good and so was the miso but the chicken teriyaki bento box was slightly underwhelming. The chicken was bland and the salad was soggy. But the kimchi ramen was great and had a spicy kick to it.

Visited Dublin twice and always came to Eatokyo for the Seafood Ramen. Super delicious, the broth is very rich and the seafood topping is A LOT! Besides the ramen, we also ordered the sushi lunch menu and yaki udon. The sushi menu consist of some hosomaki and nigiri - all tastes fresh and nice. A bit surprised with the yaki udon; we thought the udon will be stir fried with soy based sauce, but this one tasted like a curry, which we didn't expect it to be.

Excellent sushi, yasai tempura and ramen. Decent value and helpful staff. Not sure about the fried egg instead of a boiled one on the Ramen though haha.
