I would like to show my disagreement with the organisation of the tours of Gray Line. We booked and bought the tickets for three day trip tours: Wicklow, Cliffs of Moher and the Giant Causeway. The first tour (Wicklow...) was fine. There were no problems. However, the trip to the Cliffs of Moher was plenty of inconvenients. For example, the bus was broken after having visited the Burren and had to wait for some time while the bus was being repaired. Consequently, we could not stop in the castle in which it was supposed we were going to to take a photo. We must highlight that the coach had the air conditioning very high during all the journey. Even if we and many other passengers asked both the tourist guide and the driver to low it, they did not do it until nearly the end of the tour. We found this very unconsidered as many people, one of my children included, were completed wet. Our child got a cold and we decided to cancel de next trip (Giant Causeway) as that was quite a long day trip for a sick boy. We contacted the company by telephone to do it and somebody said that we could switch it for another trip but that we wouldn't have any refund. Therefore, we think that the information given on the Gray Line web is misleading as it is said that a trip can be cancelled without any charge if it is done 24 in advance. After this conversation, we went to a Gray Line information point where there was a lady who told us to go to another information point because she did not know how to make the changes we had suggested. Once we had arrived at that other information point, we were said that we could change the Giant Causeway trip with another one but the truth is that there were only vacancies to go to Malahide castle. We were not completely agree with that because it was obviously much cheaper than the Giant Causeway trip. We suggested to book another trip, apart from the Malahide one, (to Newgrange...) for two friends who live in Dublin for another day but the person in charge said that this was not possible. We consider that this has not been fair at all because we lost quite a lot of money. Another solution should have been given: a refund or something else really equivalent. We would not recommend Gray Line...

My sister and I travelled to Dublin back in April 2019. Although I am writing this review almost 2 years later, it had an everlasting impression on our overall experience of Ireland. We truly had such a lovely time on this tour. The tour started early morning in the city centre area. Our tour guide/bus driver, Richard O'Brien was very entertaining and knowledgeable. We learned so much about Ireland's history that we previously never knew, which is very important to us. We made a few stops along the way to the Cliffs of Moher. We have a great memory at our lunch spot, within a small town. When we arrived at the Cliffs of Moher, it was a very cold and windy day, just out of a Harry Potter movie. I would highly recommend this tour and particularly with our tour guide, Richard. It was a once in a lifetime experience and something we will never forget. Thank you!

A great experience and a fun and educational way to spend a day in Ireland. Our bus driver was fun but did make a bit too many jokes for my liking. Another thing is that the weather will probably not be cooperational if youre looking for the perfect photograph. Still would recommend.

Easy to book, reasonable priced, convenient location. We had an amazing driver cum tour guide, very experienced driver and a good entertainer on board. Smooth ride throughout. Clean new coach, comfortable seats. We were on track and on schedule.

No bathroom on the bus. Incredibly beat. Definitely consider diapers. Did meet some cute boys though.

Travelled too cliffs of moher and Galway yesterday with Noel! Such a friendly man and definitely taught me alot about Irish history as he talks throughout the tour! Coach was fairly comfortable and had free wifi and charging port! Would 100% recommend booking a trip with them!!!

I did the tour to Malahide castle and the small village on the way back. I had a great time with Eoin, the most funniest driver / guide I ever met. He provided us with all the information that one expects and in addition with tons of jokes. The castle itself is very interesting and definitely a good spot to visit. The small village is also a nice place for a little rest.

It was a really beautiful tour, and we were quite lucky with the sunny weather. Our tourguide was Richie. A really great guide. He knew a lot about the places we drove through, and when me and my sister weren't sure what to do, he helped us with a few tips on were to go. Even though we normally don't feel comfortable on small mountain roads, the way he drove showed that he had a lit of experiance, and it made that we were able to relax during the drives. 10/10

We took the tour to the cliffs of moher and we can really recommend it. From the beginning to the end it was a beautiful tour with the best bus driver you can have (Richard). Also we had luck with the weather.

I was too lazy to organize the trip by myself and i was very happy to choose this company. The guide from spain resigned himself that it was only his second day of work, but i didn't notice he was a beginner. He was so friendly and his English was clear despite of his Spanish accent. I recommend!

Our travel agent booked this tour so we were sure what to expect. Really it's just a giant bus that takes you to the Cliffs of Moher but our driver and guide Padrick O'Connell was really great. He provided fun facts and jokes along the way and even showed ET on the way back to make a long drive seem much shorter. We appreciated his humor and would highly recommend him. Great job! Side note: bring snacks and water bottles and go to the bathroom at every stop (Padrick advises as much but I dont think everyone listened).
