    I have been training with Darragh for a few months and he has really helped me become more aware of my body and how to lift properly. I came in with some experience in a bikini body program previously and regularly exercised on my own. While I considered myself to be strong, I definitely wasn't executing lifts properly and was engaging the wrong muscles to compensate for poor form. We went back to the basics, stripped back the weights, and worked from the ground up. We didn't make comparisons to others and just focussed on my progress and what was best for me. I feel like my mind-to-muscle connection is improving a lot and I am no longer holding onto as much tension. If it weren't for moving far away, I would definitely continue to train with Darragh. Highly recommended.

    Having let career get in the way of keeping strong and healthy for some time, I wanted to find a trainer in Dublin that would hold me accountable and help me build strength. Having little experience in lifting weights, I spent some time looking for a trainer that I was confident would teach me proper techniques. After the consultation with Darragh, I knew CMB's holistic approach to training was perfect for me. I really enjoyed training with James and Darragh for 3 months. Their knowledge, guidance and positive encouragement helped me build a stronger body and build habits that I will continue to use to maintain a healthier life.

    Where to begin? My results have been terrific. Darragh has worked with me every week to build out a customized strategy that takes all of my unique needs into account. Moreover, Darragh has completely shifted how I think about fitness. His unique method of training has helped me to create a sustainable approach to my overall health, in and out of the gym. For example, I used to think I would never get into shape, and going to the gym was overwhelming. However, Darragh has taken the time to not just train me, but to educate me and help dispel these misperceptions. In short, he’s helped me see how achievable my goals are and given me the skills to meet them now and exceed them in the future. The CMB gym is fully equipped and incredibly well designed. From the branding to the equipment, you know you’re walking into a first class facility when you step foot in the door. As for results, I’m better rested and stronger than ever, and I have (for the first time in my life) control over my day-to-day nutrition. Overall, I cannot recommend Darragh and the CMB Gym enough. It’s literally game changing. Thank you Darragh!

    Truly and honestly the greatest gym in Dublin, if not Ireland. I struggled with my weight for so long and had been to so many other PT’s and gyms over the years and then I came across CMB. I knew from looking at previous clients that this gym was different and I took the leap and reached out to inquire about personal training. That was 6 weeks ago now and honestly it’s the greatest decision I have ever made. Darragh does something that nobody else can do. He gives you the tools and expert knowledge to change your body and build yourself into the person you want to be, but he also changes everything about the way you think, live & be - emotionally, physically and mentally. This gym is not just to go in pump some iron and go home - it’s to change your entire life and the way you see it going forward. I’ve never seen results like I’ve gotten with Darragh (and I’ve done multiple PT’s over the years). I’m 6 weeks in to a 12 week stint and between the compliments of looking great from people I know and fitting into looser clothing (went from a Large down to a Medium) I’m amazed at the results and I know it’s down to Darragh and the guys expert guidance and training. If you’re that person who’s stuck in a rut, sick of how they look and don’t know what to do about it cause you feel like everything else you’ve tried to this point has failed - join this gym. You will never look back and I can confidently say you will never get results anywhere else like you will with Darragh and CMB 💪

    Highly recommend CMB Gym. I booked a consultation and I decided to sign up. I started with no previous experience of being in a gym or doing workout routines. In 3 months I’ve lost weight and I’m feeling better than I have in a long time. What’s amazing is that within a few sessions I could already get a sense of changes beginning to happen both physically and emotionally. What Darragh and his colleagues James and Ronan have to offer, you won’t find it anywhere else. They’re all lovely guys, really approachable, friendly and invested in what they do. It’s a really positive environment and experience they’ve created. It’s what all gyms should be like!

    I joined CMB in February and I was quite nervous as I had never lifted a weight before. The difference it has made to me both physically and mentally is incredible. With my job and consequent travel, I need someone to hold me accountable, which is exactly what Darragh does. I feel stronger and can see my body changing. I have noticed a huge improvement in my mood along with managing my stress levels and sleep. Poor sleep is something I have struggled with for years. I enjoy going into the gym and there is a great motivational, warm atmosphere in there. Ronan really pushes me during training, progressing up in weights and adapting workouts when needed. After the past few months he knows my capabilities better than I do! I have really enjoyed my journey with CMB gym so far and look forward to continuing it. Well done to Darragh, Ronan and James on a running a great operation. Highly recommend and really appreciate all they have done for me thus far.

    I spent 6 months training at CMB gym and it was one of my best decisions. It’s not just personal training, but a complete holistic lifestyle change. Everything is individualised and there is incredible support from everyone in the gym. CMB is an investment in yourself and one I am very grateful I made. I completely changed my habits and mentality with the help of Darragh and really enjoyed training with James. The results speak for themselves. The facilities are fantastic and overall I had a ball training with the guys and getting to meet so many amazing people. 10/10

    Excellent gym and trainer! Training with Darragh has been a game changer, training is challenging with great results and guidance on using the right muscle groups. Aside from working hard and progressing while training in the gym there’s as much focus and support on getting balanced outside training if with diet, sleep, and mindfulness.

    I'm a couple of months into my programme with the CMB Gym, and it's been a fantastic journey. I started as someone with zero gym knowledge, wanting to train, but I feared taking the first step. So before taking that step, I took a lot of time to explore the gym/training options available in Dublin, and when I met Darragh for a consultation, I knew that CMB would be the gym for me to get proper results. Already, I am sleeping better, eating healthy, getting fitter and stronger, and feeling great, and it's been fun doing so, seeing and feeling the progress. I’ve also lost 15kg in weight in less than two months thanks to the guidance of Darragh.I always look forward to going to the CMB gym. It's well-equipped and a place with great people on a similar journey. Darragh and James have been fantastic in guiding me, and thanks to them, I've made much progress in such a short time. I'm so excited to continue the programme and couldn't recommend the CMB Gym enough. I’m very grateful!

    Darragh is a fantastic trainer. His technical knowledge is second to none and his expertise is unbelievable..but that is pretty obvious when you look at the awards he has won and the length of time CMB Gym has been in business. For me, the Darragh and CMB Gym’s strongest point is the personal touch. They treat their clients like freinds or family, get to know them and their fitness requirement and implement that at a pace that works for everyone. I would recommend highly.

    Signing up to train with Darragh is one of the best decisions I have made and I can't recommend him enough. I have gotten really strong and fit in such a short space of time, and the training program he has put together is genuinely very enjoyable too. Darragh is very patient and empathetic, but also very strategic in his approach, and will get you whatever results you want to achieve in the way that works best for you. I'm so happy with the improvements I'm making and couldn't ask for a better trainer. I'd recommend CMB Gym to anyone.

    Recommended. Both Danielle and Darragh are great trainers and good people. They'll definitely take care of you as a person and as a client and you will get results. Bonus point for also having a space for people to heal. They'll take care of you in body and soul

    I have trained in CMB Gym for over 4 months with Darragh. As someone who had stopped keeping up with a fitness regime I didn't know where to begin but adapting to the programme was made as easy as possible by Darragh. I put on a substantial amount of muscle mass in a relatively short amount of time and could feel my strength improving with each session. Darragh's guidance with forming mind-body connections, sleep, movements and nutrition have been extremely valuable. The knowledge and guidance shared extended far beyond by expectations and will stay with me in my everyday life. There was a great deal of care put into ensuring I achieved my goals and the atmosphere in the gym is extremely welcoming and motivational. I felt significantly more at ease with myself and confident after seeing the results from training here. Would highly recommend CMB Gym.

    An unrivalled training space in the heart of Dublin City Centre. This facility is all about results! On a physical and emotional level the results are phenomenal & the knowledge passed down is again unrivalled. If you want to achieve what others don’t this is where you need to be! You are guided every step of the way in an extremely caring and nurturing environment. No stone is left unturned and you will be pushed to excel! The coaches care about your well being and educate you to become independent of yourself. They show you how to create your own pathway to physical and emotional success! The energy in the gym is amazing and it’s such a fun place to be and to train. I just love it and I would give it more stars if I could.

    Exceptional Trainer. Darragh takes a holistic approach to training - encompassing diet, well-being and sustainable exercise. He will help you to push yourself to achieve results and impart a lot of knowledge along the way! Even over a period of weeks I have seen significant improvement in my physique and have learned a great deal on the transformational benefits of proper form, breathing technique and mind-muscle connection. I have seen progress in areas that had eluded me even after years of working out in a regular gym. The support and attention to detail provided at CMB is second to none. The CMB gym itself is a top-notch city centre space replete with high-end equipment and provides a friendly and motivational atmosphere for you to achieve your goals. Highly recommended!

    Darragh has helped me make huge improvements in my training, diet, and consistency in the 5 months I've been training with him. He regularly checks in on your diet and sleep to ensure you're supporting your training with the right base, and continually adapts your programme to ensure you're always pushing yourself. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a PT.

    I trained at CMB a few years ago, under Darragh and another trainer he supervised. I was only relatively new to working out and got lots from my time there — including results. A couple years later, when my SO was looking to cut weight — I recommended she check out Darragh. She joined, has taken a lot from the sessions thus far and is quite happy. I, by way of referral fee (joke joke), was kindly offered to join one of her session’s and immediately stepped back to my training all those years ago. Darragh is an excellent trainer, and I was delighted to see how the gym and his methods have continued to grow and improve.

    If you want results - sign up. Darragh has the ability to transform your lifestyle and work with you to hit goals. I had tried many gyms and trainers and never stuck with it - always found an excuse. At CMB gym you are taken step by step into a programme that is built around you. It isn’t overwhelming but it’s certainly life changing. If you are considering a new gym or exercise routine and nutrition plan - this is one that will give you results. As someone who has tried and failed over the last 8 year’s CMB produced results that changed my relationship with exercise and food.

    When I signed up in the CMB Gym with Darragh I really did not know what to expect. From day one I found my experience to be one of extreme professionalism and expert knowledge. I had previous experiences in other gyms with personal trainers but not one could come close to training with Darragh in the CMB Gym. I initially just wanted to drop some bodyfat and feel a bit better in myself but we took that to a whole new level. Darragh constructed a whole new lifestyle for me, effectively he transformed my life, inside and outside of the gym. With some clever tweaks to my routines, he helped me change the amount of sleep I was getting but more importantly the quality of sleep I was getting which in turn meant my energy levels increased and I was getting more out of myself in our training sessions in CMB. We also worked on changing my eating habits and managing my stress levels by adding breathing techniques and meditation to my daily routine. I am truly delighted with my experience and results with Darragh in the CMB Gym and will continue to train alongside his expert knowledge for the forseeable future!
