This place is very chaotic and understaffed. By chaotic; I mean that the staff that are on are lovely people and will try to help you, but some have to do multiple things at once and it means that they can't really give everyone the attention it time that they need. I went in to sign up for membership a few days ago and the lady at the reception was really nice– just very run off her feet. She had to attend to about 6 or 7 people at the desk, all whilst telling a coworker that she had to take a class, but couldn't move away. The swimming pool area is always packed with kids and families, so if you're looking for a nice, quiet swim... either go as soon as it opens or hit a different pool.

Facility and staff are great. Swimming pool is lovely for small kids. My only criticism is, that if you pay to go swimming with small kids and then swimming lessons start while you're there, you get kicked out of the small pool for the lessons which isn't ideal as this isn't mentioned at the reception.

Reasonably priced. Opening hours are okay. Never too busy. Never have to q for machines. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Good atmosphere. Would live there if i could

Great facility and budget friendly leisure centre. I would and have recommended to friends for swimming lessons for their kids. Problem is the rules/opening hours are forever changing without notice. One week the pool is open to lessons and public at same time, the next it's lessons only. One week there is no water and you're not notified until you arrive at the door. One week, your kids are allowed to get in and swim 5 mins before lessons and the next they're told to stand to side and wait. One week you have to pay for the car park, the next you don't. One week the car park gates don't open and you get a shrug of the shoulders. As I said I'd recommend if your willing to put up with the hassle of the constant uncertainty.

Excellent. I brought my toddler swimming this morning and he loved it. Spotlessly clean facilities, 2 lovely pools and every staff member was so friendly, helpful and kind. Thank you.

There is great place to swim This place has four 25-meter swimming lanes, a steam room, and a sauna.

Really helpful and friendly staff, huge family locker rooms with loads of space and clean! Only annoying thing was you can’t go into the bigger kids side of the pool when there is a class on which is understandable but after 12pm was no school groups and we had loads of room to do what we wanted. Really good value for money and it’s great that you don’t have to be a member! Will return again for sure 😊

Strange brown marks in the kids shallow pool , also steam room had one local customer spitting up phlegm and snot on to the ground between his feet , rotten experience but staff where nice and helpful when notified , won’t be going back tho .

Nice setup of pools for smaller kids and also for adults separately. Staff were excellent and very helpful with my little boy.

Huge pool compared to other DCC pools, shabby enough facility, unisex changing cubicles but no male/female facilities for after swim. Trying to change while wet in 4x4 cube is tough, can't have a decent shower after as there are again unisex and open, sauna handle replaced with a bit of string hasn't got a patch on Finglas

Great staff...happy to help..polite ..friendly and good humoured. Lots of pool monitoring so no messing tolerated. Good rates for car parking. Unfortunately shower facilities not hygenically great..Lots of loose hair and build up around drainage. Haven't tried gym facilities yet....

I have great memories of this building both swimming pool and gym when I first started in a day centre they used to always bring me and other colleges there twice a week one day to use the gym and the other day to use the pool and I was there today and I had a ball all the staff were really friendly and had a great work out in the gym and had loads of fun in the swimming pool the atmosphere was amazing I can assure you guys I will be back

First visit there today, it is a great facility, atmosphere brilliant, staff very friendly and helpful.

When there with kids was nice,just one staff member wasnt nice and polite , I think she shouldn't work whit kids rest was fine

Bit on the grubby side, but water was clean and kids had good time. Swimming lessons are available.

Beautiful big pool with different depths for small children to experienced swimmers, very clean and individual changing rooms, warm showers and plenty of lifeguards

Pretty big gym, usual machines, big free weights area, two punch-bags, 2 swimming pools, steamroom, sauna, classes. They run special monthly offers or PAYG. Feels a little worn, some machines out of action. Its not very busy so never a problem. Staff are nice.

Visited on sunday morning last. Good facilities. Thought a lot of people not wearing swimming hats.

Lovely pool had been a few years since I'd been so forgot there was lockers right at pool used 1 outside. Pool was really warm lovely steamroom enjoyable never got to use sauna as it was off & slide in pool was broken too & water pressure was very low that might just have been because it was closing time. Other than n that I'd recommend.
