They’re no smiles at all. No patience Unprofessional,my flat white was not creamy at all just pouring the milk like waterfall . I am not going have good with your butlter chocolate coffee.

Amazing chocolates and sweeties and good quality of coffee and hot drinks!!it gets extremely busy during weekends.. So limited chances of finding a table. However there's a takeaway option. Gift options also available,although a bit overpriced.

I love Butler's mochas and I have to say this one was very well done. And as usual great staff and efficient service.

Good coffee and super nice people working here. They accidently charged me for a large coffee instead of a small one, which to be fair I didn't even specify whrn ordering. So to make up for it, they gave us some delicious chocolates.oh and the coffee was also very nice 😁

Well one of my worst coffee experiences in dublin. I asked for decaf oat flat white and oat latte both extra hot for my girlfriend and my mom. It wasn’t even warm and also it wasn’t oat. My girlfriend has lactose intolerant and she was really not happy with that. Need to put some more attention to the orders. also it wasn’t oat i got charged extra

Asked for a white hot chocolate, what I got was a hot milk, no chocolate to speak of other than the one that came with the beverage. Staff were polite and friendly though.

I am a regular customer in this shop, I do love the coffee and treats with high quality that Butlers offers , unfortunately the customer service is very disappointing, the staff doesn't let you finish to place your full order and ask you to pay straight away, specifically staff Gianina.

Nice small cafe with range of chocolates. It’s one cafes from this chain. Tried muffin and flat white here. The muffin was really good and of course, so were the chocolates. Apparently you get a piece of chocolate free with a drink :). I am cutting a star here because of small sitting and no high chairs. The place misses on giving that cozy feeling of small cafes.

As always, very friendly staff and excellent Americano coffee. I enjoyed my coffee while sitting outside watching the world go by on Wicklow Street. I also had the most interesting conversation with two sisters from Belfast. I love Dublin for that reason, meeting and having a chat with total strangers. When we all departed and went our separate ways it felt as if we had known each other for years.

I’m a Butleraholic but this occasion put me off.The staff member needs to understand how much love went into making the chocolates. They need to be handled with tender love and care. Suffocating 8-9 pieces of chocolate pieces in a tiny bag is a death sentence.

The guy with a beard who served me actually raised his eyes to heaven when I said that. Only then to do it and say ok bye guys I'm off - just because he had then finished. Very rude and felt offputting

This cafe is located near the city centre. The butlers are popular for their shakes, Mochas, chocolate drinks and their toffees too. Even through they are on the tad expensive side of it but it's worth the money. Take a shot of it and they always offer a complimentary toffee too.

I got officially addicted to their hot chocolate! Their chocolates are also to die for. At €4.20 it's not that pricy either (considering a cup of coffee is around 3-3.5 in the center). Just grab a cup while you are passing through the area, you will not regret.

It was wonderful to go in for a cup of coffee and a chocolate. Butler's offers a dairy-free chocolate so that was perfect! I felt like the staff were pleased to provide service, they were all pleasant and that brought us to other Butlers where we received the exact same excellent service! We had an Americano, a mocha, and various chocolates.

They do a great Capriccio and a nice little side of Butlers. Chocolates plus a finger bowl to wipe your hands in. Sometimes it's the little things that count. Excellent and well worth a visit, very pleasant staff ta- boot.

There are 2 members of staff here that make THE BEST dark hot chocolate ever and are the reason I go out of my way to come here. It the hot chocolate drink that fantasy books make you dream about, the colour of dark aged maghogany, the taste is perfectly balanced between cacao bean, cream and sugar. Just makes me smile and hits the spot perfectly. Don't change anything ever

My favourite Cafe, delicious coffee and stunning hand made chocolates. Beautifully designed, gets exceptionally busy at times. But fantastic for a take out.

They don't have any dairy free hot chocolate option, which is a shame I just had to order a normal coffee and couldn't try their speciality. The chai latte was good. Although they did give some chocolates to try to my friends which was nice of them. The cafe from inside was a bit unclean.

I always find the staff in Butlers very friendly and accommodating. The cafés themselves are not what you'd call cosy but I love the coffee and hot chocolate not to mention the croissants! Definitely recommended!

It's a shame we can't leave zero stars. We ordered a cappuccino and we literally got hot milk. When we gently asked the waiter if he could add some coffee, the employees who were constantly talking in Brazilian/Portuguese to each other pretended not to understand us. We were told that it would be extra. Avoid this place, it's probably the worst service you'll get in Dublin.

Was recommended by the locals and staffs were friendly, our drinks were well made most importantly in correct temperature.

I thought going to Butlers in city center will be like quick spent and rude staff like most of any places I'm town for a coffee. I have been extremely surprised and shock by the level of friendliness of the cashier. He was taking the time to smile to every customer, and give a little chat while waiting. Amazing experience that level up the overall city experience.

Mocha cafee was good, they offered us one piece of chocolate for free. We served the coffees into the shop. The shop was not so clean, it was used glasses on the table. Personal was not friendly.

Only one word here CHOCOLATE!!! No you can't swim in it but! If you like the smell you will love the taste. Try and see how many different chocolates you can stuff into a box but mind the price is by the weight.. enjoy a coffee with cream and you will float home. Thankfully there are no breath tests for chocaholics yet.
