Racist staff and unprofessional customer service, this shop doesn't match up to its name AT ALL. The shop manager's unfriendly attitude and poor problem-solving skill definitely mark the worst shopping experience in my entire life. I didn't expect to be served so badly just because I am Asian. Even after my patient explanation, the manager still pulled his face towards me and finally threatened me out of the shop.

I had an issue when asking for tax refund and when the attendant (cashier) asked for the manager the person that came to speak to me was very rude, kept laughing at my face because I got anxious when explaining myself and my english didn't come out perfect (since it's not my native language) and when I told her she wasn't being helpful she was very cinic and xenofobous. Very disappointed it was my first time at Topshop and I don't ever want to come back

Rating should be a 5 for Customer Service which was Exceptional! However, for the quality and selection available, I am able to buy much higher quality and greater variety when visiting Canada for a mere fraction of the amount being charged. Why would one pay €300 for an item that can be purchased in a much better designer brand; the overall quality of structure, fabric, sewing and details are superior; most importantly, the cost is only $50 Canadian or less than €30. Ridiculous!
