The first two nights, we stayed at the basement room with no window. It might sound terrible, but even though it was dark and a little run down, it was clean and mostly (except for a horrible dripping noise at 4 in the morning that we were told must come from the neighbors and thus was not fixable) quiet. The shower was mysterios though, either you needed a silver tounge skill or sacrifice something, I wouldn't know since I wasn't able to persuade it to stay at an endurable (not even nice, just endurable, not scorching or freezing) temperature. The second room was faaar up, but newer and nicer with a somewhat good view. Even though we got upgraded I wasn't too satisfied with the service though, there was just too much that didn't quite work right and it seemed not much effort was put into changing something. Oh, and don't be fooled by "B&B", there is no breakfast.

Very nice location to visit Dublin even on foot. Very comfortable room, clean. We where on the third floor and loved the view, just be aware no elevator and narrow staircase.

Basic accomodation. Cheap and cheerful. Perfect central base for city visit.

Good sized room with shower, but shared toilet. Clean and well presented, tea/coffee making equipment available. Old sash windows do nothing to keep out street noise. Additional charge for secure parking but well worth it. Very good inclusive breakfast. Staff great, especially the young Polish guy the we saw at reception. Ask for a room at the rear if possible πŸ‘

Would not recommend. It is a budget place, so our expectations were low, but it was still a disappointment. We had a room in the basement without windows (we knew this), but the room was dirty, and the bathroom even dirtier. In the evening no warm water in the shower (some weird device there). No breakfast, because of Covid... In June22... With no measurements in place anymore. It was nice an employee waited for us, to let us in late at night.

Excellent place to stay in central Dublin. Beautiful, clean and spacious room. Warm and welcoming. €56, incredible value for money. Lots of appliances including a smart tv and and an abundance towels if you need. Would definitely recommend.

Mark was excellent, the service was great. The room was very clean and comfortable, everything we needed was on the doorstep. Excellent location.

Not only the personal is super kind, and open to help, but the bedrooms are clean and the place is close to almost everything. We'll return without doubt.

Very friendly service. The folks let us drop off our luggage before our room was ready so we could walk around town. The rooms were very small, just enough room for a queen size bed. Maybe 300 square feet total, but I guess that's the norm in Europe. The shower in our room was laughably bad. Horrible pressure and strange controls. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was nice though. I guess it's just enough for a short trip.

Excellent location 3 minutes walk from O'Connell Street. Friendly and helpful service and the rooms are clean if a little cramped. Tea/coffee making provided and some rooms have a shower but only one shared toilet on each floor. The room rate was very reasonable. I'll stay again.

Budget place but overall underwhelming. If you are a friend of car freshener smell it’s your place as the room smelled like that. Room was damp and loud. Bad Windows. Staff very friendly hence the two points. Otherwise would have given 1 star tbh. Overpriced @ 100 euros.

Two stars for staff and location. Turned off by basement room crawling with ants. Broken toilet flusher. No toilet roll left. People slamming doors like kids in a play house. Small TV over door. No breakfast. Twoo hundred for that was robbery. Never again. Dublin is overrated and filthy. Counted four vomits on the street on way to train. Dublin is a kip.

Tiny basement room for two with no windows cost us 187. A rip off. You have to share the 2 bathrooms that are tiny. Doors were slamming all morning. A minor ant infestation. You had to get your own water for the kettle, annoying. Small and dirty. Again a rip off.

Perfect stay in a very good location, walking distance to the main areas and attractions. Bus stop to the airport right across the street (from the airport, 4 min. walk). Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Peter, who was there for check out and throughout the day, answered all of our questions, stored our luggage, and helped us with a last-minute situation we had. He was very polite and professional, and is definitely a 10 out of 10. Thank you, Peter, for going above and beyond! The young man who checked us in when we arrived very late, was very nice too. We had an excellent experience and we would stay again, no doubt.
