Not only did they misalign the chapter ring on my watch when 8 dropped it in for repair, but they also managed to do it a second time, after I had sent it back in to be fixed. This ordeal took roughly 2 months to unfold and my watch is still all over the place, whatever you do, don’t come here

Engagement ring has stones falling out of it yearly... 9years later and David Cullen refuses to replace it saying it is "normal wear and tear"! Very upsetting please avoid

Really bad quality jewellery, so far I've bought earrings for my mam that the pearl fell out twice after repair, a watch for my Dad that the numbers fell off twice, this happened the first time under guarantee and when repaired by David cullen it happened again and they tried to charge for repair. My niece's earrings and Locket also broke and the diamonds fell out of two rings i purchased for myself too. The quality of the jewellery is so bad and it was so embarrassing been handed back broken family presents. AVOID

Excellent service, stock and staff!!

Visited yesterday because my wife's watch bracelet was jammed and wouldn't open.The service we got in David Cullen Jewellers was excellent. They managed to get the bracelet off ( I had tried myself for ages without success) and then they recommended we get it serviced in case it seized up again. Highly recommended!

My daughter and I went into the clarehall branch to look for some earrings for her. Gorgeous selection of earrings and impossible to choose from. We ended up getting two pairs and were served by Niamh. She was super helpful and nice. Thank you from one happy little lady.
