    the most terrible service in the history of mankind, and this is no joke, I am so disappointed with the service that I cannot put it into words. A friend of mine wanted to buy a ring in Ireland on your website to propose to his girlfriend, it turned out that the ring was out of stock, and we called in England to order it, we were told that the ring would be delivered within 10 days, so that you understand 10 days was the deadline for how long we had to leave for 12 days in Greece, 5 days before they called and said that they did not know that delivery was not provided in Ireland, we called them every single day in the last week and every time they said that everything is fine and the ring will be delivered, and at the end we have such a surprise, a friend spent a lot of money, paid in Greece to organize everything there, bought a ticket, tickets, and then the ring did not come, they justified this by the fact that England left the European Union, and they forgot how it is possible at all?

    Got gorgeous Tiffany's bracelet as a present but lost it !!!twice!! both times found and returned but the fastening is very loose, keeps opening so am not getting much wear of the bracelet I love :(

    I went in to ask a question and they were extremely rude. There’s are so many people looking for work I can’t understand why the employee such rude people with such poor costumer service skills

    22/8/22 we headed into Tiffany's in grafton Street to buy my wedding band. A dream for me, my fiance and young daughter accompanied me. A female sales assistant i delt with, I didnt find her overly helpful but she got the job done. Thankfully I done my own research and knew what type of ring, style, metal, price I was working with. If I had not of done so, we may have struggled alot more than we did. The best part for me was when she asked her colleague ( a male ) if they had hand cream to help with the process of trying on the rings. He replied with a look is all I can it was, yes use the handsanitiser. Friendly, pleasantness goes a long way. Esp in this line of work. Im leaving this review in the hope they work on this behaviour and make more of an effort with future customers who arrive in with the hope of having a fabulous experience in Tiffany's as it should be! Ps... bring back Peter!

    I've visited the Tiffany&Co store two years ago and still think about their absolutely outstanding customer service. I fell in love with a "return to Tiffany"-necklace and went to the store to buy it in person; unfortunately I haven't made good experiences with the employees in other luxury department stores since they tend to look down on you or suspect you from stealing something if you don't look a certain type of clientele (even if you have the money but don't look the part); hence I was a bit nervous about the experience. I got greeted in such a kind and welcoming way that all my worries disappeared, the lady showing me the products was absolutely lovely and let me try on different products until I found my favourite. it was very crowded at the time and she could've attended other customers but met me with such respect that I still think about her kindness today. I felt very special with all the attention even though I was only there to buy one of their cheapest products. Thank you for making me feel at home with you!

    Get your act together bought a bracelet for my wife online no problem delivered in 3 days I difnt fit my fault rang the service numbed no problem send it back we will lengthen as it was too short got an email 2 weeks later to say they received it although I sent registered mail and checked they had it in 3 days got an email on the 16 of May to say I'd have it back by the 6th of June great no problem still haven't received it infact they haven't even sent it yet and have no idea when it will be sent numerous calls and emails and still no better of absolutely disgusted with tiffanys

    I bought a very expensive T bracelet, even though we asked many times to provide tax free, the assistant forgot to do so… so disappointed, my husband has to come back to drive to the store to pick it up. Very unprofessional.

    This is a high end store for jewelry. I bought my wife's engagement ring with Tiffany & Co but in Barcelona. This store is very nice and the staff are very helpful. What is great about this company is that when you buy a ring it has complimentary cleaning and setting readjust every year. Although we purchased her ring in Barcelona you can take your ring here for after care. I would highly highly recommend you get your ring especially diamonds the setting tightened every year. It takes approximately 3-4 weeks for the ring to be serviced. We bought a .22 Cart in Barcelona. Although Tiffany & Co in Dublin don't stock them in stores you can buy .22 Cart in Dublin but would have to be ordered. I would highly recommend this store for engagement rings or even wedding rings. Although it comes with a high price the after care is worth it.

    I went into Tiffany & Co to see if my necklace could be fixed as it was damaged from tan/perfume. Omar was very helpful and within a week my necklace was fixed and ready to be collected. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to collect it so rang, emailed a few times enquiring about having it shipped to my home address and I was told that was no problem and that they’d send me a payment link to pay for shipping which I never received so I had to ask again and it was very difficult to get ahold of the store… I rang and emailed a few times about needing a link to pay for shipping. It took a couple of weeks to finally have the necklace paid for, shipped due to not receiving any link. When it finally was shipped, it took quite an awhile to arrive (over a week). When it did arrive, it was packaged beautifully and the necklace looked brand new. Overall I’m happy with my experience and delighted with how my necklace turned out.

    I Had the most wonderful experience at Tiffany and co Brown Thomas I was served by a lovely young lady her name was Caoilinn I was choosing a necklace for my daughter and she was very helpful showing me lots of options and even wearing them to demonstrate for me Nothing was too much bother for her The item was packaged up beautifully. I Then decided to treat myself to a Tiffany band ring as Caoilinn Was such a great SA she was very informative about the product and measured my finger very accurately Hence I choose my ring again packaged up beautifully and off I went very happy.

    Friendly staff and fast and efficient service. Bought a beautiful necklace for my girlfriend which I had engraved at a later date as a gift. The pendant was polished before it was engraved and turned out perfectly. I've never needed to be in store for a long period of time but I noticed staff around serving other customers were very friendly, attentive and polite. I'm confident knowing I will be well looked after when I buy jewellery in the future.

    We visited Tiffany’s for starting our shopping journey for finding the perfect engagement ring and experience couldn’t have been better. We were welcomes professionally, celebrated with a glass of champagne and were explained the differences in diamonds and rings. At no point did we feel the pressure to call out the budget or to make a decision which felt so incredibly “light” and happy. The rings and selection was great. This experience was hard to beat in Dublin.
