Pretty poor experience. Maybe it was the time of day as I entered the store or the way I was dressed but the lack of interest in engaging with me was very surprising. I walked in to discuss the potential of them sourcing a birth year, a 1988 Rolex GMT Master and was met with complete negativity. I asked could I try on an older model in the window and was told no, I could just look at it in the box. Instead I went to another local dealer and tried one on. I have been a watch collector for many years and was never treated like this.

I called asking had they an Omega in stock from 1991. They said they did and sent on some photos. I was delighted. Loved the watch. As I have never bought a designer watch before or indeed spent that amount of money on anything I enquired about what paperwork it should come with or what documentation it required. I was met with hostility. Accused of being rude. I thought maybe a text was misunderstood so I rang to explain and was called rude again and informed they would NOT sell the watch to me. I was never spoken to like that before. Couldn't believe it! The customer service was appalling. I would highly recommend Charlie from Cullen and Co. The customer service I received was outstanding and he has a great selection of watches and knowledge to match. Give these cowboys a miss.

I have been a watch collector for 35 years. Tibor has repaired my watches for 15 years. I have acquired many wonderful pieces from this master craftsman. I collect high end pocket watches and have the pleasure of buying Rolex, omega, Longens and many pocket watches from Kish. This couple, who run a fabulous business are both my friends. A couple of years ago I came in with my grandfathers pocket watch for him to look at. He wound the watch without checking the hands. One of the hands was slight bent under the other and broke off. He claimed he didn't break, saying it was broke when I brought it in. It 100% was not. He got a bit aggressive and I knew arguing with him was useless. Always meant to leave a review. I just looked at the watch today and I made me very angry that he would just lie into my face like that. When he knew he busted it.

I can honestly and sincerely state that if you have any financial or sentimental reason for having a watch repaired, this is the last place on earth to bring it. When I left a watch for a second hand to be refit ( The watch was working when I left it with them ) I was told on collection that the watch was not working when I left it in. Basically I was called a liar. To cut a long story short , the watch was working when they received it , and they knew it , so whatever he did when refitting the second hand he stopped the watch completely. The watch is now back in working order , as it was when they received it. A final word of caution , if you do leave a watch or any item in for repair , make sure you have a witness as to the condition when you hand it over. Better again , take it somewhere else. Called to make an enquiry regarding the possible value of a vintage time piece. The man Tibor, could not have been more rude or more disinterested. Said I'd have to pay 120 euro for him to look at it. He was behind a glass screen but still couldn't have cared less to even look at the piece. Very very ignorant. No thank you.

I took my cherished watch I have owned for over 20 years into Tibor as it had received a shock when dropped and stopped working. Tibor diagnosed the fault quickly and tried to source the part directly from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, after many months of waiting, due to a general worldwide shortage of parts during the pandemic we had to give up on the particular part being manufactured. However, Tibor didn't give up and suggested a different approach, i.e. sourcing a replacement mechanism from the manufacturer quickly and Tibor fitted it without delay. It was more expensive, but I was thrilled he managed to get my beloved watch back on the road again, especially as I had only recently had it serviced by him in the previous year, which again I was very pleased with. This was just down to his tenacity, he really did want to help me out and see it working again. I loved the friendly service I received, we had very interesting chats. Overall, he is an excellent watchmaker, a true craftsman and can be trusted with your most cherished watch. Wishing you both well with your adventures and thank you!

Both members of staff were friendly & courteous & I was impressed when I was given precedence over a telephone query that came in while I was being served. Good manners matters. Had a lovely experience buying a diamond ring 5 years ago. I had a significant birthday this year so was looking for antique earrings to mark the occasion. I went back to Kish. I was pleasantly surprised that the lady recognised me and remembered the ring I had bought even though I wasn't wearing it at the time. On this visit I got a beautiful pair of antique French earrings. It's a popular watch repair shop as there was a queue waiting while we were in the shop. My go-to place for watches and jewellery in Dublin. Tibor sourced me a 16710 GMT Master in perfect condition back in 2013 and I've been going to him ever since. He even commissioned an engagement ring to exactly replicate an antique one that my wife had seen. He's repaired a 1969 Seamaster for me, sourced me a beautiful 5500 Explorer I, resized rings for my wife and sourced my own wedding band. He's also extremely fair on price compared to other pre-owned watch places in Dublin which tend to be priced way above US or European market rates.

I had my wedding ring custom made by Kish Jewellers and they did an amazing job matching it to my engagement ring. The ring looks beautiful and is just perfect. Service was also very nice and attentive, with text updates when the ring was ready for collection. Will definitely come back!

Really brilliant service, I had an old watch from my grandfather that I wanted to get fixed - went to a few places and no one could do the job for me. Thankfully Christina was able to get it fixed for a very good price considering the work involved. I highly recommend them if you need a watch repaired.
