Wonderful shop full of beautiful accessories for girls of all ages. They have amazing offers as well. The staff are very cooperative, helpful and friendly.

Can't always find what I am looking for but one thing for sure is that I walked into this particular Claires and found the clip earrings I wanted as I cannot wear real earrings, can't even get my ears pierced. But they had lovely hoop clip ones. 😍 Some of the staff are friendly. Only thing is they need to be careful as I have seen people take the rubber off the earrings, and taking one earring off as clearly they lost one earring and are looking for the same one to replace it so instead of buying another set, people are 5 finger discounting to take one off. Stealing is wrong. They should have security there. Terrible people to steal out there. Otherwise some staff were good. One particular staff member I didn't like, because I didn't understand the purchase properly, she said ahhh in annoyance and said in annoyance "I don't wanna do a refund". I thought that was quite rude when I didn't ask her for a refund, I simply wanted to understand the price purchase from the items. She was around 5ft, with dark hair, kind of big build. Don't know if she's supervisor or manager but she was a down right rude bb and didn't want to listen to her anymore. That particular staff member needs to be more aware that she can bump into anyone and anyone like me to write a review for this place like Claire's accessories that I liked and now I wouldn't walk into that one in ilac centre again over one particular staff member. Not happy at all.

5 stars for their ear piercing service . They were patient clearly explained the whole process, spent lots of time assuring my daughter and showing the after care process etc

I brought my little girl here for having her Ears Pierced. Lovely girls that did, they did each ear simultaneously, hardly a yelp or a grimace from the child. No infections. Nice earrings. Cost a bit much, but I think its worth doing right to avoid infections and drama.
