The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. It turned me off wanting to buy anything and I won't be going back.

Useless omni staff, went in to change a pair of childrens shoes and was ignored, then told to try a bigger shop claiming they wouldn't have the size, as they couldn't be arsed looking. 3 girls in the shop standing around chatting tried to get attention to get info about a product and was totally ignored. 16/07/17

Went back to this place today 20/06/23 & had a great experience compared to yesterday. They had exactly what I wanted and the lady on the floor & the lady cashier were both great to deal with. Staff were different people than I dealt with yesterday 19/06 where the lady on the floor was not only rude but obviously too lazy to look for my shoe size which was in stock. It definitely would be an advantage if customers could check stock online before trekking to the shop only to find out what you want is not in stock.

Which one?

No staff, don’t seem like they want to help, left waiting ages for shoes to come out and then was giving two odd shoes, the girl checking the shoes at checkout was too busy gossiping with her friend to realise they were odd when this could have been easily avoided good thing I checked them when I left the shop

This is a review for their on line shopping and it's a shambles. Second time to order on line BOTH times jd cancelled the order with no explanation as to why ... . On Twitter they replied oh lines must have been out of stock.... so if that's the case why are they showing still in stock now, I asked . They couldn't answer that question....BRUTAL On line service .

Was excited to visit the new jd sports in omni santry, living in Beaumont it’s close by and convienient. I shopped with my two teenagers Christmas week. The security guard with the mousey brown/blonde hair made it blatantly obvious he was following us around the the shop. Also he had no consideration for our health and safety as a customer with wearing no mask at all. He made us feel so uncomfortable to the point we left and did not purchase anything. I won’t be back. If he’s security he should stay on the door and stop intimidating customers. Also he needs to consider customers in regards to health and safety issues.

All stack is not new no new brand runners. I wouldn't recommend if your looking for anything in fashion. Okay for popping in and buying on a spur the moment

Appalling customer service. Dude time wasting automated voice recording. My order was wrong asked for an exchange to be given through shop. Still waiting 10days later. No email correspondences given to me. When I want to ring through directly to shop I'm forwarded straight to automated machine.:((

The blonde woman on the cash register was so unfriendly was more interested talking to her colleagues then the customer's. Just plain rude. Elverys are a couple shops down and they value your custom.
