We had the pleasure of dealing with Martin when choosing wedding rings and an engagement ring. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a fantastic selection of rings. Martin was very honest as well which was great. I had picked out a ring that I had liked and he informed me that he had an identical ring of pretty much equal quality for a cheaper price. It would have been easy for him to have just sold me the more expensive ring as I know next to nothing about the whole thing but he made sure I got the best bargain for my money.

My Fiancé and I made an appointment with Bespoke in August 2020 to pick my engagement ring after my sister had highly recommended them and we thankfully had a similar fantastic experience. We had been to several jewellers before going to Bespoke, but nowhere did we receive the patience and attention to detail that we received from Martin. I had a vague idea of what I was looking for, but Martin took the time to explain to me the difference between the colour and clarity of diamonds and took parts of my favourite bands and settings and put them together to create my own unique engagement ring. They helped to design and then made exactly what I had in my mind. Completly love the ring. Their prices were really great too. Bespoke Diamonds was the first place I went looking for the perfect ring. Once myself and my brother arrived to our appointment I felt at ease. Caoimhe went through all the options and styles. We didn't feel rushed or pressured. We placed an order because of the help and patience we received. Caoimhe helped me organise the ring to be ready for a holiday I had planned. The ring had to be ever so slightly adjusted on my fiancée. We booked in for this and were told it was a free of charge service ! Once arrived Caoimhe was excited to hear how everything went. I recently received my upgraded engagement ring and repaired wedding bands from Martin and his team. During pregnancy all my rings had to be cut off and I decided to get in touch with jewellers to see if I could add diamonds to my engagement ring. I contacted several jewellers and was told that the type of diamonds I was looking to add to my ring would be difficult to source, expensive to cut etc.etc. It really turned me off the whole process. I contacted Bespoke diamonds after reading reviews on Google in one last ditch attempt before getting the original repaired and I am very glad I did. Although the type of diamonds I was looking to have added to my ring are an unusual shape Martin felt he could source something for me. Everything was very easy, the process was very laid back and very transparent. It can be difficult to pair an easy going experience with one that is professional but Martin does just that. All communications were efficient and timely. His advice is excellent - he knows what he is talking about. Having sourced my diamond and designed my ring abroad due to lack of available cuts and designs in Dublin at the time- I am glad that won't be necessary again. If you are looking for an engagement ring, you need to go to Bespoke Diamonds. We went to several high street stores after we got engaged, but couldn't find what exactly what we wanted, and were told in all jewellers that we wouldn't be able to. When we went into Bespoke Diamonds, we met Caoimhe who made the experience so fun and enjoyable. She was beyond helpful and bent over backwards to find us the perfect diamond. Once we had picked a diamond, Martin got us really involved in the design process and helped us to design our perfect ring. No request was a problem. It's clear their one aim is to make the customer happy. They are absolute experts at what they do. The whole process was quite quick, even with Covid delays. When we collected the ring, they again went out of their way to make it a special experience for us. The end product is a truly unique Fancy Yellow diamond bespoke ring which is very personal to us.
