I actually live in England but was meeting a friend in Dublin a few years ago, when I found Carol's shop. That day I bought a beautiful Art Deco Emerald ring that was in the window. We got chatting and I realised she was the jeweller for me, and soon after I flew back to give her an old ring with 3 nice diamonds that I never wear and asked if she could make me something a bit different with them. Covid came and we had delays in the process. We got back on track. Today I received my ring, safely via fedex, and its so much better than the drawings, and photos and I am just thrilled at how amazing it looks. Quite honestly the old ring was in a box for over 20 years and I never thought I would find someone I trusted enough, to make it in to something I love and want to wear. What a great experience!!! Carol helped us patiently to choose our 20th wedding anniversary rings. We wanted a new pair to mark the occasion and something different. We chose white and pink gold rings with our names written in "ogham", an ancient Irish language. Carol shipped them to the USA in a timely manner. The whole process was great, she kept us up to date and communicated with us if she had any doubts. The store is located in Royal Hibernian Way on Dawson Street, Dublin City center. I just received my exquisite trinity knot earrings, which were custom made for me by Irish Jewel, and they are so beautiful and so perfect. Carol worked with me to design them, and her goldsmith brought our idea to life. The earrings are made of white, yellow, and rose gold with a posted dangle. I can't recommend Irish Jewel highly enough, and would like to give them a "10" if I could.

The prices were very fair for what you’re receiving and Carol is very informative and super helpful. I ordered it to the US and it came very quickly, the box inside the package got damaged in the shipping process but the ring was perfectly fine. The service was awesome and Carol kept communication. I had to get a smaller ring and they were one of the few places I could find that would customize the size and it ended up fitting perfectly! I had a wonderful experience with Carol & Co finding and purchasing a ring to remember my travels in Ireland. I selected a newer design, so new they didn't even have a mould for my size. This led to a delay in shipping, but Carol was very proactive keeping me updated on the process. Further, when FedEx neglected to update their tracking info, she reached out to make sure I had got the ring. I've gotten several very nice compliments on the ring, and I've barely been wearing it 2 weeks. Carol & Co clearly care about their customers, and they have a good selection of quality jewelry.

Bought a White Gold Irish Knot ring for my husband. Carol was very helpful and kept me informed about each step of the process including the crafting and delivery of the ring. Only could complain about FedEx which hasn't been great at sending deliveries to my location, but all of the details that Carol provided helped me ensure I could track as best as possible the delivery to the US. I went to Carol to have some items of jewellery remodelled. She gave me fantastic advice and offered me a number of options & suggestions. Her expertise was invaluable. The ring Carol designed & made for me is more than I could have imagined. I love it.

I recently brought my engagement ring to Carol looking to get it repaired. It was antique, well loved, and after losing a couple of small diamonds. It soon became clear (due to the metal being very worn) that fixing it was not an option. Carol suggested remaking the ring again using a CAD design in order to get it as close to the original as possible, this time using a stronger metal - platinum versus the original white gold. My own stones from the original ring were used. There were a few steps in the process from the original CAD drawings to seeing a ‘mock-up’ of the ring to the finished article and Carol kept me updated on each step, letting me know what was happening and checking all details with me to make sure I was happy with everything before proceeding to the next step. I also asked Carol when the ring was ready if she could solder it to my wedding and eternity rings to stop the three moving around on my finger. I picked the rings up yesterday and to say I am blown away is an understatement. I have ‘my’ ring back, and this time it is a much stronger version. It is absolutely stunning. The detail in the ring is spot on and all the original stones have been cleaned and given a new lease of life. My two other rings were cleaned too and re-plated by Carol and look as good as new beside it. I could not be happier with everything and will be back to Carol again.

I ordered a Celtic Cross online to be shipped to the USA. Carol kept me updated on the entire process as it was being handcrafted, sent to the government and Irish Assay Office to be hallmarked, and then shipped overseas. I had a FedEx tracking number and was able to track the cross until it was signed for at my local FedEx On-site. Irish Jewel has outstanding communication, professionalism and quality. The cross we received is an absolutely stunning custom piece. My husband says he will never take it off!
