Absolutely amazing customer service, I went in today as I adopted a rabbit, I didn't get the guys name but he was so helpful, he gave me so much great advise and I purchased a few bits. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

Was very shocked to see so many changes made to my favourite dog shop I found it to be very sterile and cold more like a factory, many of the lovely staff who were very happy with lovely banter now seems to be very withdrawn, quiet and unhappy. Not sure if I would be happy to continue shopping here anymore. Not digging the vibe anymore. Pity :(

I went to purchase my dog food. Only two bags of it on the shelf. When I brought it to the checkout I noticed a hole in the bag and no vacuum on the bag. I notified the cashier and he put it aside and went to get me another bag. When I brought it to the car I noticed again a hole in the bag. I brought it back into the store and noticed that the prior torn bag was back on the shelf with tape over it. I noticed other bags taped on the shelf too. I asked a different member of staff why so many bags torn and she said it’s from delivery but honestly it looked like a rat or mouse had eaten through the bags. The holes did not look like a direct tear more like from an animal. It annoyed me when she expected me to take the torn bag despite it not being fresh and possibly contaminated. Spending €70 on damaged goods. No thanks! Won’t be shopping here again obviously something going on with all the food bags damaged. If it is from delivery they should be returning it to the suppliers not selling damaged goods at full price

The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. I used to shop in an different shop, but I went in one day and one of the guys there got talking to me. He helped me find a dog food that would better suit my dog (who had a grain allergy) and since then, he's been a much healthier dog. It was only a small thing, but he took the time and was more than happy to help. I always go back as a result.

These guys love all things animals and are ready to help. My dog Teddy will not pass it he has to go in even when I'm not buying the staff know but give Teddy the time and give him treats

Ive shopped here for years, it was always a welcoming enviornment but lately it has lost its personal feel, and it feels more like a cold franchise. Glad to see one or two old friendly familiar staff on the odd day though, so didn't want to give just 1 star
