Shocking.
The
bar
is
lovely.
The
staff
are
nice,
but
uninterested.
We
had
had
to
ask
for
drinks
3
times
and
when
the
waiter
came
to
the
table
they
didn't
have
the
drinks
and
said
our
drinks
where
on
the
way
and
told
us
our
order
which
was
completely
wrong.
When
the
drinks
did
arrive
we
had
to
ask
for
water
again
even
though
we
told
them
4
times
at
this
point
what
our
order
was.
When
we
order
another
round
the
bartender
wasnt
even
aware
of
the
drinks
on
the
menu
and
questioned
my
partner
as
to
whether
they
actually
had
that
particular
drink
on
the
menu
even
though
we
order
its
15mins
before
hand.
When
we
were
going
to
leave
no
staff
were
around
so
we
were
going
to
go
to
the
bar
to
pay,
as
soon
as
we
put
on
our
jackets
a
bartender
practically
jumped
over
the
bar
to
say
we
needed
to
pay
the
bill
even
though
we
were
going
to
go
up
to
the
bar
to
pay.
Once
they
brought
the
bill
it
was
wrong
they
were
charing
us
for
drinks
we
didn't
even
get
and
then
when
we
questioned
other
drinks
on
the
bill
we
were
told
they
didnt
have
that
particular
drink
on
the
system,
so
had
to
put
it
down
as
another
drink.
Once
sorted,
we
paid
and
started
to
make
our
way
to
the
exit
which
a
bartender
then
ran
after
us
and
said
the
payment
didn't
go
through
due
to
a
connection
error
with
their
card
machine.
Shocking
service
and
not
what
you
would
expect
from
a
supposed
5
star
hotel.
Would
avoid
at
all
costs.
