Went
in
this
store
to
get
some
links
removed
from
a
newly
purchased
Seiko
Monster
watch.
The
links
were
removed
and
adjusted
correctly.
On
my
way
back
home
the
watch
strap
came
off
my
hand.
On
inspection,
one
link
wasn't
tightened
enough
while
the
other
one
had
a
missing
barrel.
Went
home
and
checked
for
barrels
in
the
spare
links
(the
ones
which
were
removed).
The
barrels
were
missing
from
them
as
well.
Called
the
store
the
next
day
and
went
back
to
get
it
fixed.
This
time
the
pin
was
simply
inserted
in
the
connectors,
again
without
the
barrel.
Asked
for
a
refund
and
was
very
rudely
handed
over
with
the
10
euros
that
this
service
cost
me.
As
mentioned
before,
the
watch
was
still
not
fixed
because
the
barrel
was
still
missing.
Had
to
go
to
a
different
shop
to
get
it
fixed.
I
was
then
informed
that
the
watch
will
have
to
be
sent
to
Seiko
as
the
barrel
is
not
available
as
a
spare
part.
Which
cost
me
80
Euros.
So
to
summarise
H.
Samuel
cost
me
80
Euros
for
doing
nothing
over
the
hassle
of
sending
away
a
new
watch
and
spending
on
transportation.
I
do
not
believe
H.
Samuel
is
ready
to
serve
premium
customers.
