I went tonight to look for some earrings I walked into the store and there were, I think, six hired ladies. I saw a pair of earrings and wanted to buy it I arrived at the cash register and all the ladies started laughing all the time when a lady had to collect the money, she hadn't stopped. I felt terrible, humiliated and I do not recommend this store to anyone. If you buy some 10 euro earrings, they are waiting for you to laugh at you. I don't have a very good English, I admit, but that's not an answer to my humiliation. We are all human above all. A total lack of professionalism. I was speechless and left the store. Shame... In the next few minutes I went to the newsbridge jewelry store where they treated me very respectfully and that's why I bought from them. The employed ladies hope to see this message and put themselves in my place and not to repeat with anyone because it is not beautiful... I didn't even hear an EXCUSE when they saw me leave the store or stop me to discuss the issue, the misunderstanding....

Really good service here. Knew exactly what he was talking about and talked me through if I damaged it where I could go to fix it or replace it as I would be travelling back to my home in the UK. Good value, great prices and very friendly staff.

Went in this store to get some links removed from a newly purchased Seiko Monster watch. The links were removed and adjusted correctly. On my way back home the watch strap came off my hand. On inspection, one link wasn't tightened enough while the other one had a missing barrel. Went home and checked for barrels in the spare links (the ones which were removed). The barrels were missing from them as well. Called the store the next day and went back to get it fixed. This time the pin was simply inserted in the connectors, again without the barrel. Asked for a refund and was very rudely handed over with the 10 euros that this service cost me. As mentioned before, the watch was still not fixed because the barrel was still missing. Had to go to a different shop to get it fixed. I was then informed that the watch will have to be sent to Seiko as the barrel is not available as a spare part. Which cost me 80 Euros. So to summarise H. Samuel cost me 80 Euros for doing nothing over the hassle of sending away a new watch and spending on transportation. I do not believe H. Went in here today with my fiance to buy wedding rings. Queued and went in and told to look at rings in window outside. Returned 2 mins later and told to rejoin queue. Upshot we left with our money in pocket. Bought engagement ring at H Samuel Waterford in Dec where we were treated by royalty. May return to Waterford store but sadly will go elsewhere. No large sec guard puts his hands across my wife to stop us going in.

I went into to the shop looking for a ring the other day. The staff were at the ready to help me look for the right ring, and allowed me to take my time trying on the rings to check their fit. They also were really helpful in refining the selection I was shown to fit the style I was looking for. The watch selection there looked pretty cool aswell! Would recommend if youre not 100% on what exactly you are looking for!

Had an amazing experience. The staff is wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable. Prices are affordable. Cara was the one attending to us, she kept a smile on the whole time and was very patient with us.

I went to the watch shop to buy a Casio watch that I had been looking for for days here in Dublin. Hi I went into H Samuel and bought my partner a beautiful citizen watch as a gift and the girl was very helpful& I was happy with my purchase. When I gave the gift he was happy with it but the watch was to small for his wrist, I had bought himself a watch there before so didn’t think it would no fit his wrist. So I contacted the shop and they ordered a link for the watch from England and they rang me when it arrived and the manager in H Samual was very helpful and put the link on for me. So overall I was very impressed with the service I received.

I have left an 800 euro Bulova watch to fix something mechanical. And after waiting for three long months. I received a message to pick up my watch. And what a surprise I got when I saw that my watch is all scratched. I didn't accept my watch like that and they sent it again. For me it has been very bad

Avoid this place if you need battery replacement for your watch. I was told it will take 10 minutes, left my Seiko watch for battery replacement with them. 10 minutes later they said they couldn’t open the back, I got my watch scratched all over the back. Useless!

Best place for jewellery ans gifts, an amazing lady helped me out in their and also gave me a cracking deal i think her name was betty, beaty or beety im not sure hahah but she was amazing at customer service ill definetly be going back for future buys !!! 10/10

We were just in here to buy rings and the service was just absolutely fantastic. We got beautiful rings to great prices, best jewel store we have been into in our half year hunt for rings. Kevin Smith was a great help and we could not wish for better help and service.

If I could give no stars I would. Got links taken off a new watch and the old man who removed them was very rude and basically rushing us out the door. Didn’t give proper attention. I felt the watch was still loose and he said nothing can be done. He immediately asked for the payment not even checking to see if it fit properly. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service. A reputable brand should have better customer service. Don’t go here.

Couldn’t return ear rings, I was told that if I wanted to return them, I needed to return the earrings within a supplied bag, but they wouldn’t accept them because the bag was opened.

Went to the store to buy watch and when I entered the store there is not a single salesperson who would tend to ask or help the customer.Again as I already read many comments, there were 2-3 ladies who instantly told to go outside of the shop to see watches,I mean I was there to buy a hefty price watch and first thing that I should do was stare from outside the shop and then comeback inside to tell them which watch I would like to see. Very pathetic service and attitude of the shopkeepers were very awkward, instead went to Arnotts then.Nonetheless they lost the customer and also a review.
