As I wanted a specific center diamond, Robbie and the team were able to obtain it and send high quality videos of the diamond. During the appointment, they showed us a number of rings, and took the time to explain the specifics of purchasing a diamond, as we were unfamiliar with many of the terms. In the end, we had a ring made to our specifications. They kept in touch throughout the process, and were very open when it came to things like payment methods. We're so happy with how the ring turned out!

Nothing but positive things to say about this shop. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Before my first appointment I sent them a number of engagement rings I liked and they were all ready when I arrived, but also one I hadn't mentioned which they judged I would like based on my other selections. They were right as I ultimately went with this ring. What I really loved is the flexibility, you could amend each ring style buy diamond size and band colour. I was inerested in a salt and pepper (grey) diamond and I could look at a selection until I found the exact stone I wanted. I could ramble on, but ultimately a great service and I highly recommend it.

Our appointment went so well with great advice and selection available. We were not rushed or made to choose anyone particular style or stone. Our style choice and budget were always taken into consideration when presented with a different ring to choose from. Added to the enjoyment of this experience was the possiblity to have our ring resized and collected the next day. Looking forward to our return visit to collect our wedding bands.
