My experience at the office of Dr. Khan was above and beyond my expectations. Dr. Khan is always available to speak to me when I called and indeed very patient with me. I was able to obtain my travel document with ease and comfort on a timely manner. Excellent customer service!!!

I went here for a simple blood test to prove I had the chickenpox to go to college in the US. The doctor had little English and kept mixing up my blood test for a rubella vaccine which had me extremely stressed. she then proceeded to call someone in front of me and speak about me over the phone asking what to do, then attempted to ring the hospital as she clearly didn't know what to do. when It came to taking my bloods, she took two samples instead of one as she didn't know what container to use so she just used both so one of those samples was pointless, and she did not wear gloves. I have since gained a large bruise all the way down my forearm from these blood tests. I then got a call to say there was an error with my blood test and that it was to be repeated and was told it could have been down to the wrong container used which is incredibly frustrating. After my complaint I was told I would get a refund, that they would ring back that day to refund me. two days later I got refunded ten Euro and I have not heard back about the rest of my refund.

Fantastic service and quick results! I had been anxious to go to a medical facility as I’m high risk, but everyone at the clinic made it a safe atmosphere. I waited outside until time for my appointment, as they only allow one person in at a time. When I was asked to come inside, social distancing was observed the entire time, and hand sanitizer was provided at the door. When the doctor came in he was wearing full PPE. Everyone was so nice and thoughtful. I am prone to passing out with procedures like this and I did black out for a moment during the test. When I came to, the doctor was patient with me and didn’t make me feel bad or weak for my reaction, and made sure I was okay. They allowed me to stay seated until I felt that I could walk, and was kind to offer water as well. I received my results in 18 hours. Would highly recommend!!

I waited 45 minutes passed my appointment and the physician wasn’t even in the clinic. I am paying for the service and his time but my time wasn’t cared for. Wasted 45 minutes of my time. When an appointment is given the the expectation is that I will be seen during that time.

I had a great experience here. I got my PCR test results in a little over 24 hours, which was sufficient for my travel needs. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I have to agree with all the good reviews. Within a very short time an appointment was made via the website, which is very well organised. The team is very nice and courteous! In the practice itself there was no waiting time and it is very clean and modern. The doctor is very competent and was able to help me with my concerns quickly. If I need a doctor again, I will definitely come back.

Walked over 25 mins just to come here from my hotel. I’m not local and needed to see a doctor asap. After trying the doorbell outside multiple times and trying to call we couldn’t even get inside. I’m guessing they closed early but there was no sign or warning. We went early around 3pm. Would not recommend going here.

Terrible experience the medication provided made me feel more sick rang up and was told I have to pay yet more money to get seen by the dr €100 down and still sick Horrible inside looks like a stop and shop doctors avoid at all costs

24 Doc were very helpful and kind. They were able to give me an appointment within hours of making contact and were both efficient and professional. It was also great to be able to make contact with them late in the evening and they were prompt to respond to emails no matter the hour. Would recommend to anyone looking for their services. I am on holiday in Dublin.This Week I needed two consultations because of a nasty UTI. Dr Sajed und her collaborator provided immediate and competent service in a most professional and friendly manner. The final prescription was even coordinated with my urologist at home. I am grateful and I do recommend this clinic and this doctor in particular to tourists who fall ill and have no experience with the Irish health service system!

Very helpful and efficient booking system over the phone. Good consultation with the doctor who was very pleasant. All relevant paperwork was sent through within 30min-60mins of the consultation.

An absolute SHAME!!! I booked an appointment at 17.30, but when I arrived there, on time, the receptionist told me that the doctor was leaving at 18 (although the clinic closed at 20.00) and I was not accepted. Had I known it before I would have booked my appointment somewhere else and not wasted my time .

Great service and friendly staff

Amazing experience, booked the test for Friday and received the result and the certificate the same day via email just a few hours after the test. The nurse who took the swab sample did so very professionally and there was not much discomfort at all. The whole procedure took about five minutes and the staff where extremely friendly too. I would highly recommend 24DOC to anyone who requires a covid test.

Surely the best gp clinic in city centre. What a gosh service. I booked covid test for travel for 3pm showed up a little early and team accommodated me so well that instead I reach home by 3pm. Staff are friendly and clinic is nicely laid out. Will be my regular gp from Now on

I literally only attend this clinic! Third time and the service is still as amazing as ever! From the kind and pleasant receptionist to the doctors who are very skilled, professional and empathetic. They listen to all your complaints, do a thorough examination and deal with your symptoms accordingly. Also the perfect clinic if you study or work in the city centre. Could not recommend enough! No long waits and on time follow-ups too!

There are two entrances doors, you may need to call if no answer at the doorbell, but the doctors and staff are very friendly and efficient. Helpful for emergency as needed! Recommended.
