I
am
writing
this
review
about
the
treatment
received
at
Therapie
Clinic
and
the
manager
at
the
clinic
located
on
8-9
Molesworth
Pl,
Dublin
2,
D02
W260.
On
November
27th,
I
went
to
my
Exilis
session
at
Therapie
Clinic.
The
therapist
with
me
was
really
unexperienced
and
you
could
notice.
Since
the
beginning
of
the
session,
I
let
her
know
I
had
two
areas
to
treat.
When
she
finished
one
area,
after
having
already
applied
the
equipment
in
a
very
hot
temperature
and
almost
having
burnt
my
leg,
and
obviously
not
knowing
what
she
was
doing,
she
said
there
was
only
one
area
to
treat.
I
insisted
that
I
paid
for
2
areas,
and
I
would
like
to
have
the
same
treatment
as
in
other
sessions.
She
had
to
leave
the
room
twice
until
she
was
convinced
she
should
do
a
second
area.
I
asked
her
if
I
could
talk
to
someone
else,
but
she
didn't
allow
me.
After
the
session,
I
started
a
complaint
at
the
counter.
How
come
is
it
possible
for
this
person
to
be
working
there?
How
are
these
professionals
trained?
One
previous
therapist
was
also
very
poor
in
terms
of
knowing
what
she
was
doing.
And
I
asked
to
be
assigned
to
a
specific
therapist,
which
was
the
best
one
I
could
have
on
this
course
of
sessions.
They
said
the
manager
would
call
me
the
next
day,
at
9.30,
to
rebook
my
sessions
and
talk
about
my
last
one.
The
next
day
nobody
called
me.
I
called
the
central
and
made
a
complaint
about
the
treatment,
and
described
everything
that
happened.
They
were
able
to
have
the
manager
call
me
after
a
couple
of
hours.
On
the
phone,
she
told
me
she
would
see
what
it
was
possible
to
do
and
would
get
back
to
me,
besides
rebooking
my
sessions.
She
never
came
back
to
me.
After
3
weeks,
and
with
my
last
session
done,
I
wanted
to
talk
to
her.
I
let
her
staff
know
since
I
arrived
at
the
clinic.
They
told
me
she
was
in
a
meeting.
One
hour
and
a
half
later,
after
my
session,
she
was
still
in
a
meeting.
She
said
she
didn't
want
to
be
interrupted
by
me
and
that
I
should
wait
6
weeks
to
evaluate
the
results
and
then
take
it
from
there.
I
didn't
agree
and
wanted
to
talk
to
her.
During
all
the
time,
the
therapist
who
attended
me
was
mediating
the
conversation
between
me
and
her,
making
faces
like
it
was
a
funny
event.
After
insisting,
the
manager
came
to
me.
She
told
me
she
didn't
have
any
reason
to
get
back
to
me,
and
I
should
wait
for
my
review
in
6
weeks.
She
said
if
I
was
not
happy,
I
should
go
for
a
treatment
somewhere
else.
She
blamed
me
for
changing
the
therapist's
position,
as
I
complained
about
her.
She
said
she
stood
by
her
staff
and
she
didn't
care
about
what
I
thought.
She
said
it
was
unfair
of
me
complaining,
even
though
she
was
not
there
in
the
room
with
me
and
the
therapist.
I
cannot
imagine,
at
my
own
work,
any
manager
talking
to
the
customer
the
way
she
did.
I
was
surprised
with
her
lack
of
compromise,
her
level
of
aggressiveness
and
carelessness
about
the
client.
She
made
me
wait,
telling
she
was
in
a
meeting
and
for
her
standards
it
was
unacceptable
to
interrupt
it
because
of
a
client.
But
for
her
standards
it
was
acceptable
to
blame
me
for
the
changes
on
her
staff
-
which
she
reinforced
when
I
told
her
not
to
put
the
lack
of
training
of
her
staff
on
my
account.
Honestly,
I
see
that
the
lack
of
professionalism
in
this
clinic
comes
from
the
leadership.
Indeed,
next
time,
I
will
follow
her
advice,
and
let
my
friends
know
about
it
and
let
a
public
review
about
her,
her
staff
and
the
clinic
-
since
I
would
not
like
to
see
more
people
receiving
that
kind
of
consideration
(or
lack
of
it).
Instead
of
a
proper
treatment,
I
got
something
else:
I
feel
stressed,
that
nobody
at
this
clinic
takes
me
seriously
and
that
I
wasted
my
time
and
money.
Regarding
waiting
for
my
results,
I
do
not
agree.
My
reason
is
very
simply
understandable:
the
results
are
influenced
by
the
kind
of
treatment
received.
If
we
get
better
treatment,
we
get
better
results.
So,
this
should
not
be
a
reason
for
not
giving
me
compensation
for
my
treatment
on
November
27th.
On
the
top
of
that,
the
manager
sent
me
an
email
of
her
peer,
so
that
I
could
complain
about
her,
like
I
was
a
fool.
