Previous employee worked there for four years the managers talked to the staff horribly the store manager wouldn’t let me go college but let everyone else go I asked could you transfer me to another dunnes she said no where would want me to be spiteful the other managers are just as bad there’s all bullys who need to get a life wouldn’t recommend working here your just a number to them they don’t care about staff wellbeing

Such lovely helpful staff in this shop. I wanted slippers for my husband but they didn't have his size. The assistant advised going to the Donaghmeade Dunnes stores which has a huge clothes shop and would usually stock the slippers, but I didn't have time. However, this shop had tons of good foodstuff, a lovely deli and meat counter and baked goods section. It is more a grocery store than clothes shop, it just had a few items for Father's day. But the staff were phenomenal!

Dunnes stores is gone crazy. Every time I go in the aisles are always blocked with pallets of stock. I don't blame the staff I blame management. This surely is a health and safety risk. Stocking such vast amounts of stock should be done when the store is closed or later in the day when the store is not as busy. It was even like this during COVID when we were supposed to be socially distancing.

Superb shop,all under one roof.plenty of parking space available.MacD is just situated nearby.

Worst Dunnes I've ever shopped in. Layout needs attention especially around self service checkout as it causes jams. Queuing for manned tills is the WORST que experience without a doubt.

Great food supermarket and retail store. Always come away with mire than I intended to buy, lovely classy halloween decorations when I only went in for bath towels.

Dunnes has upped its game when it comes to providing quality food ingredients at fair prices. Even the Italian wine was lovely and good value.

It's a good shop to have close by but it's not as good as other Dunnes stores shops. Kind of needs a revamp. The checkout area doesn't have a good layout if you are waiting with a trolley full but the self service check out moves quick.

Too many sugary foods at the entrance. Incorrect labelling. General lay out of fresh fruit and vegetables is good.

Great staff always have all the deals front and centre but can someone tell me why are there long queues on a Thursday from 1pm. It’s a worry when you are shopping with a elderly parent. And it’s ongoing the queues are getting longer. No one seems to have an answer. Dunnes are you going to do something before it becomes a health and safety issue.

I'll always give you a 5 star if you've enough stock all the time. I always have to come back empty handed

Well Dunnes Stores ...needs improvements....were do we start ?....the selection needs to be widened prices need to drop...& let the adult public buy Beer on the Vouchers like they used too Do....

Always well stocked and competitive pricing. Can be insanely busy at lunch time however with trollies dominating the walkway with most people oblivious they even have a trolly and forget the deli between 12 and 2

It's Dunnes always got what you need,10euro off when you spend 50 brilliant. Aldi and Lidl are not cheaper that's a fact

Dunnes stores Northside. Shelves were not stacked properly prices were all over the place, especially in the fresh meat section could not find a trolly and had to use a Supervalu trolly only for the money off vouchers I would have just left

Love dunnes they always have something when I arrive. There clothing range is amazing and prices are good.

Paid for my things, had to go back to replace a dropped yoghurt, leaving my bag at the self service. The butter was missing when I got home. Charming place.

Great choices, fresh bread and lots of options. The queuing for the tills is ridiculous though. 1 long queue that runs right through the middle of the store directed by staff at the top.

Very bad customer service towards a colleague. I went there to buy a pack of beer and the lady at the till told the customer in front of me that she will help her to put her groceries in bags just so that she can get off the chair. I asked her to serve me and I told her that I am in a hurry, but she just refused me saying that she is helping a customer.

Dunnes has all u need..but northside so big u need gold trolly to drive around..staff nice .food amazn and value great...

A few new management in this store has really improved it to top class, the only part is the que to finish and pay for the shopping, but definitely it's a good experience, nice caring staff, !!!

Vouchers are great really helps with the weekly shop but really not a great choice of products freezers never seem to well stocked up anymore and just seems to be the same stuff every week in them

Well maintained and organized, good selection, great prices and gorgeous pastries, specially the donuts balls.

This is usually a great grocery store. Today was the first time there was no staff to assist with queues to the checkout. It's like there's no management on shift. Might find another store for the future.

Vile. Waited 12 mins to get served for a toasted sambo only 1 person in front of me , when I took back to eat it was warm bread and falling apart and not even cut.. Donaghmede branch was lovely and well presented 5 star 🌟 for Donaghmede 2 star 🌟 for NS

A nice shop you can buy most of the things you need for home, food, chemicals, household items. Sometimes a problem with the correctness of the prices placed on the shelves and a surprise at the checkout ...

Yeah the staff were very friendly and helpful in both the food & clothing department, so yes I have no problem with awarding the staff five Stars for their helping hand with a smile 🤩😍😍👍👍, Thanks a million people, always Adelaide xx.
