Disgraceful place. They trick you to keep the amount that you pay for the eye test in case you can't show up. But the thing is they never tell you that. When you're paying for it, they don't give any proof informing this clearly either. I just lost €30 because they asked for the payment in advance too. I don't recommend them ever.

I would highly recommend Northside Eyecare .The customer service and care is exceptional! All staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and professional, they greet you so well and really put you at ease . I am a very nervous patient and they have always looked after me so well and the after care is just amazing!! Well done to all the staff !

Northside Eyecare were recommended by a friend and I have been delighted with the service provided, from this long established family business. From the eye test through to choosing frames and also with aftercare, everything has been well explained, efficient, good value and customer friendly.

First time visit today and honestly I felt like a VIP customer. I received a warm welcome and staff are super friendly & professional. Tim who did my exam explained everything as we journeyed through the exam and was happy to answer questions. Kiera assisted me in selecting my new glasses which I’m always grateful to have advice with. My only regret is not going to Northside Eyecare previously. I just got my glasses now I love the glasses I got glasses front is clear and the sides are purple-ish now she the girl picked ones for me and told me to pick one And I pick these now I tried the glasses I have now and I got my eyes tested the girl was very nice . Now I'm 10 and needed glasses because my other ones were too small and sides needed be taped . And I love the glasses got them only I think it was 3 days I got them but I love them thank u!

On arrival to the opticians I was met by two staff members Bronwyn & Ciara, they were so friendly and I found them very accommodating I would highly advise going to this optician as they are so helpful and go above and beyond for you.

Extremely friendly staff! The whole process was extremely easy especially under the certain circumstances with covid-19. Would definitely recommend.

Best eye test I have ever experienced. Tim was so thorough and informative, I came home wishing every doctor I had was so interactive. The girls were just amazing too, full of smiles when I walked in, so helpful when I was picking a style and they made me feel so comfortable. As a previous reviewer said you get VIP treatment and I would highly recommend to everyone.

I have been a customer of Northside Eyecare for longer than I remember, and over the many years I have enjoyed the excellent service they offer. This is Dublin, if not Irelands best opticians !!! More like a friendly family group of professionals, you will not be disappointed when you go. I recently damaged my lenses two days before travelling. I rang to see if they could sort me a pair, and no suprise they jumped to and organised an urgent replacement pair. While other companies are cutting back on customer service, Northside Eyecare continue to provide excellent customer service !!! Thanks guys, Jamie
