We’ve been going here for years and years - the recent price increases are extortionate relative to the quality of food. 3 fruit slices up until the end of summer cost €4…now they are 4 for €10 / €2.50 each. Absolutely ridiculous. Customers will choose better quality options at better prices - we’ve switched over to Donnelly’s on Philipsburgh Avenue.

The one star relates specifically to the owners / managers who on occasion when their company failed to provide a quality product and it’s attempted to be returned… they expect the client to go away with the product and return with it again at the convenience of the management, who have already inconvenienced the paying client several kilometres of petrol, an hour of their time and the general hassle…. Kudos to the front line staff, professional, polite, informative and respectful but jeeeez… to not allow your front line staff to issue refunds for bad quality products and instead further disappoint, inconvenience and discommode paying customers ? Jokeshop managers… avoid.

I ordered a strawberry drip cake with a custom message on Friday evening for a birthday on Monday. I requested delivery as late as possible (they deliver up to 2pm) which was honoured. Very light sponge, not too sweet, strong strawberry flavour, beautifully decorated and well packaged. Delicious. Thank you! The only feedback I have is that the head office is closed on the weekend, so it’s not clear if your online order has been received by a human. However I called the Dundrum bakery and was helped by a very polite young man.

In covid times when there are large queues outside every establishment , speedy service is a must.. Way to slow. Good food though.

I spent €8 for a rap with 80% of it was the rap bread all I could taste was the bread not happy at all the bakery stuff looked great and tasty

I could live in this shop their cream cakes and buns are to die for, they do A proper chocolate eclair, the staff are very helpful and friendly, this place is a must visit
