    Ronan and Niall are incredibly welcoming, knowledgable and happy to help anyone get ā€œup to speedā€ in the gym there at SixFour Fitness. Iā€™ve just finished the 28-day trial period and would recommend it to anyone looking for get back into training or get started for the first time.

    I joined SixFour Fitness just over 6 weeks ago and I have really enjoyed my training so far. My main concerns before joining were around building muscle, any fitness classes or gyms I had joined previously hadnā€™t allowed me to get to the point I wanted to reach. I am confident this gym will be different as I have made a lot of progress already since I started. The team are lovely and encouraging and really want you to achieve your goals. I would definitely recommend SixFour to anyone who is looking to join a new gym!

    Couldnā€™t recommend Six Four Fitness enough! Ronan, Holly and Niall are all excellent trainers who pay particular attention to form and giving constructive feedback while pushing you to your limit. The gym itself is in a great location, clean and fitted with all of the equipment youā€™d need (and then some!). The timetable is really handy for anyone trying to juggle a busy schedule as there are morning, lunchtime and evening classes. The structure of having 4 people training at one time means that you always get enough attention and focus from the trainers. There is always good vibes and a laugh to be had during each session. Overall, Iā€™m loving being a member and for once actually look forward to going to the gym!

    I remember once we had 7.30am session and I got up from my bed so quickly. Straight away started putting my gym clothes and getting ready, that my boyfriend was impressed with my enthusiasm, as he has never seen such a motivation for the training before. I think this explains enough about how happy we all are to keep coming to SixFour Fitness and Ronan's command. During sessions we laugh, we joke and still we do a hell of a job regarding our fitness and health. I've been trying for years to find proper plan of training for myself and only when I started working with him, I've noticed real changes. His knowledge and motivation have everything to do with finally hitting my targets. Thank you! šŸ˜Š

    Excellent coach with unparalleled knowledge and experience. The coaching is above and beyond what other gyms have to offer and the expert programming helps me achieve and surpass my fitness goals. The facilities are great, and the atmosphere in the gym is always friendly and supportive. The classes are challenging but fun and every session is enjoyable. After years of training in commercial gyms, Iā€™m fitter and stronger than ever since joining SixFour Fitness.

    Ronan, Holly and Niall are great coaches who have made me feel comfortable from the first day I started training.     I was told about sixfourfitness about a year ago. I went and spoke to Ronan and initially decided against it because of my awkward hours as a student nurse, I was really disappointed I couldnā€™t join as I had a really good feeling about the place. Ronan contacted me after that year and told me that I could try it for a month and see what I thought. I had done some weight training before, but I had fell out of love with the training and I didnā€™t enjoy busy gyms. One month on in my trial period and I could already see a difference in my strength and attitude towards strength training. Ronan, Niall and Holly have such positive attitudes and radiate that through the best quality training. The personal classes of about 3-4 ladies is great and we all push each other that bit harder, while also having a laugh about the latest shenanigans of our weekends. I am constantly telling all my friends about it and I would recommend sixfourfitness to any lady wanting to kickstart their strength training journey. You wonā€™t regret it!!

    Like anyone I was apprehensive about somewhere new but SixFour Fitness is by far the best gym experience I have had. Ronan, Niall and Holly cater for all levels of fitness and injuries which has really benefited me especially recovering from long covid. It really is worth every penny because it has made me accountable, consistent and I am now the fitness I have ever been. Ronan is always just a text away too which makes it very personable if you do have any issues as he is extremely accommodating. On top of all this itā€™s fun and the girls that I train with are great šŸ˜Š

    I can honestly say SixFour is the best gym experience Iā€™ve had to date (and the one Iā€™ve been most consistent with!). The atmosphere is so positive and encouraging and itā€™s given me such a boost to try exercises and equipment I would have avoided in a traditional gym. I genuinely look forward to training with the guys, theyā€™re the best!

    I was introduced to SixFour by a friend a couple of months ago, promising me that I could work out and actually enjoy it - having attended various gyms on and off for about 10 years, I didn't believe her šŸ˜‚ but Ronan was kind enough to offer me a few free classes to get the feel of the place and I haven't looked back since. The atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly and I genuinely look forward to every session. I've gone from dreading having to go to the gym after work to being absolutely buzzing to attend, and even kicking myself if I have to miss a session for whatever reason! My attitude towards the gym has totally flipped. I feel so much more positive about my abilities and love seeing my progress week on week and I don't think that would be possible in any other gym (having tried out quite a few). Signing up to SixFour has been the best choice I've made for myself this year.

    I joined SixFour Fitness at the beginning of 2023 at 12 weeks pregnant. They've been absolutely fantastic, tailoring exercises to my needs, and I've been able to keep up my training throughout the pregnancy, which has been so beneficial. The trainers here are brilliant. They are welcoming, know their stuff and are so organised. Classes are small, well structured and flexible so it is easy to keep up a routine and see consistent growth and improvement :) I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly environment in which to keep fit and meet new people. I'll be taking a break to have my baby soon, but really look forward to getting back into their post natal training once I am ready!

    This is an amazing space for women to feel confident and at ease to learn to train and grow. Ronan, Niall and Holly are such an inspiration and so hard working. Theyā€™ve really grown a brand to be proud ofā€¦ I would fully recommend SixFour and canā€™t wait to keep training.

    Highly recommended here! The trainers are really helpful, I can clearly see my progress. In the past I felt unmotivated to go to gyms, but now I really enjoy my trainings in SixFour. The class size and workout program are exactly what Iā€™m looking for. Iā€™m very happy with my progress so far!

    I was very unmotivated going to the commercial gym where I did not have any support and with a busy environment. I can not recommend this gym enough. Iā€™ve really enjoyed my first month with this amazing team. Ronan, Holly and Niall are extremely knowledgeable and give us all support, always motivating us. The structure of class is fantastic and the gym is very well organised. I feel motivated to go to my training day by day and strong to achieve my goals with their help. Highly recommend!

    I joined SixFourFitness back in December. Ronan, Niall & Holly are fantastic coaches- all very knowledgeable and experienced in what they do. The SixFour atmosphere is very warm, welcoming, friendly & motivating. The classes are tailored to meet each personā€™s ability level within the small group setting. Classes are challenging but enjoyable! I left each session feeling great & always wearing a smile!

    I have been a member at SixFour for 2.5 years and I cannot recommend it enough. Ronan, Niall and Holly are incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, always ready to offer guidance, and have a genuine interest in helping you reach your goals. They also create an excellent sense of community between all members. One aspect that truly sets this gym apart is its dedication to creating a positive and inclusive environment. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, everyone is made to feel welcome and supported. The class offering and structure are also another highlight, the range of classes means you never do the same workout twice in the same week and the flexibility of being able to book classes on app also means I can adjust my gym schedule to my work and/or social schedule. Once again, no hesitations in recommending SixFour to anyone!

    I was never able to find a gym/sport I truly enjoyed and was able to stick to but SixFour changed all of that! The classes are challenging but in a relaxing atmosphere and everyone makes you feel comfortable and welcome. Joining a new gym can be scary but from the first email I felt at home at SixFour! If you're on the fence give it a try - you won't regret it!

    Let me start by saying, I am a women in the midst of menopause and itā€™s not always easy. After some internet searching for local strength training classes/gyms, I came across SixFourFitness. I took a walk one day to see if I could locate the gym and bumped into Niall who was just leaving but who kindly came back, showed me around the cleanest gym Iā€™ve been in and gave me an overview of what they do in this female only gym. I am so grateful for that encounter. SixFourFitness is everything I wanted but didnā€™t realise I needed. I was apprehensive at the beginning as I am not a gym bunny but I am aware of the research showing how important strength and resistance training is for women in my age category, and from the very first class, Ronan and Hollyā€™s support and encouragement had me realise this is what I had been searching for. I am now in my third month and attending consistently four times a week and I simply love it. The excellent and varied schedule means if work or home life gets in the way of my regular classes, there are other options I can take so I donā€™t miss out. In addition to the SixFour Team, I love the women I meet and training with a small group really motivates me. Everyone has a back story but in there we are all united, have fun and are encouraging of each personā€™s fitness accomplishments. We are all at different fitness levels but that doesnā€™t matter and under the careful eye of Ronan/Holly/Niall, they monitor and help graduate you to the next level which means it never gets boring. I finish each class feeling physically and mentally stronger. Thank you.

    I have been training at SixFour Fitness for the last 3.5 years and have consistently had a positive experience here. I couldnā€™t recommend the gym more. Ronan, Niall and Holly are all so knowledgeable and do everything they can to ensure that every member of SixFour achieves their fitness goals. The semi-private setting allows for focused attention and support, which has been instrumental in helping me to achieve my goals. Overall, I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for personalised and effective training in a welcoming and supportive environment. It has been an integral part of my fitness journey for the past 3 years, and I am grateful for the results I have achieved thanks to the trainers and community at this gym.

    This gym makes me actually want to exercise, for the first time in my life! The coaches are friendly, encouraging, knowledgeable and kind, and because of their expert guidance on exercise and also nutrition I have made progress I'm really pleased with and did not think was possible. The small personal training classes, in a well-equipped and clean space, have a lovely comfortable atmosphere with the right amount of support and challenge, and are at convenient times and lengths to fit around work or study. I'm glad to have found you and highly recommend joining!

    I could not recommend SixFour Fitness enough. For any one who wants to get fit and healthy but is hesitant to join a gym, I would say SixFour Fitness is the ideal place for you. From day one I felt comfortable in the surroundings of the gym and with the trainers. Ronan and Holly are fantastic and are there to genuinely work with you and help you. I have found myself for the first time ever, looking forward to working out and it has helped me improve my confidence with regards to exercise. A great environment for women to get fit, build a routine and if needed/wanted to lose weight too.

    I have joined SixFour Fitness in September, after the summer break. I must confess I had low expectations, as I never attended any kind of gym in my life. Two months later, I am delighted to say I created a routine. I love the concept of SixFour Fitness. You have the privilege to have personal trainers looking after you and the freedom to setup your attendance. You train with a very small group of supportive women and the environment is set for success. I definitely recommend it!

    I am an active person, but I always felt intimidated by gyms (so many people, so much equipment, super loud music). I fell like Six Four Fitness was designed for me: different classes of varying duration (great for someone with a very busy life-style), classes of just 2-4 ladies (it's like being home), and a friendly Personal Trainer that introduces you to the intimidating equipment, designs a training plan that makes sense to you and is by your side during your trains, to encourage you, help correct your posture, and gently help you test your limits and unleash your full potential. And this personal touch in everything they do, just priceless! I'm having an amazing experience with Ronan and all the team. I just can't recommend it enough!

    I don't think it is possible to thank Ronan and Niall enough for my experience with them. I joined about 2 months ago having had a long break from any gym over the last 2 years due to Covid. I had tried going back to my old gym when they reopened and it no longer felt like my space. I needed a change, motivation, and a place I felt comfortable working out in again. I got this and more at Six Four, both Ronan and Niall have been a pleasure to train with. I joined with their first-month trial and knew within the first week I would be staying a lot longer. They have worked with me to regain my confidence in the gym, listened to me when I was having an issue with mobility or an injury, and adapted the exercises as required for my needs. I have had multiple personal wins over the weeks and the focus is on enjoyment and consistency. I can honestly say I look forward to my workouts again.

    I joined sixfour fitness after nearly a year out of the gym and it was the easiest and most enjoyable transition back into fitness. Ronan and Niall make every class tailored to each person which is fantastic and after recently suffering from a knee injury, they made a special programme for me so I wouldnā€™t miss out on my training! Couldnā€™t recommend sixfour anymore šŸ˜Š

    I joined SixFour Fitness as a complete beginner having essentially never properly worked out before. I was always daunted by big gyms and my lack of experience, but I am so glad I found Ronan, Niall and everyone at SixFour Fitness. The intimate class sizes and the genuine interest from the coaches is exactly what I needed. Less than six months ago, I would never have believed that I would be consistently training 3-4 times a week and actually enjoying it.     Recovering from a recurring foot and back injury and I felt, I don't know...misaligned. A friend recommended SixFour to me as Ronan is so knowledgeable and experienced in working with clients who are getting over injuries. Six months on and Iā€™m feeling better and stronger than I have in a long time. Ronan is amazing to work with ā€“ brilliant at monitoring my needs, techniques and progress and most importantly, heā€™s great craic to work with. Heā€™s always encouraging and knows exactly how to get me to do my best in a way that is right for me in the moment. I leave every session on a high and for the first time ever, I really love strength training. Iā€™m even back playing golf ā€“ am still rubbish at it but at least my drive is better... šŸ˜‚

    If you arenā€™t training here- youā€™re missing out! I have trained with Ronan at Six Four Fitness for the last year, gaining confidence in the gym but most importantly a lot more strength! The knowledge Ronan offers will guide you to understand your movements, create a plan, and challenge your abilities to keep progressing. You will focus on a 4 block movement with 3 individual exercises in each block for a couple months until you gain understanding of your progression, before moving to a full new plan. I also walked into the gym not knowing a soul, in a new city, never trained with a trainer before, and now walking away with some good friends and a leaner / happier me. I couldnā€™t recommend Six Four with Ronan and Niall enough!

    Ronan was my first and only personal trainer I have ever been to! He gave me an incredibly skillset for weightlifting, nutrition, and overall fitness. I never lifted a weight in my life before I went training with him. He made the sessions so fun and everyone attending was always in such good spirits, it was a great communal experience. I looked forward to the sessions every evening. Excellent communication, always has your goals and best interests incorporated into every programme he designs. I have confidence for life in the gym because of SixFour Fitness

    Ronan and Niall have been so welcoming since I started in SixFour fitness. The gym is so clean and there is always a really friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I have found the 28 day trial a great way to try out different classes and exercises and to get to know the programmes. Ronan and Niall are extremely knowledgable and always very motivating throughout the classes. Im really looking forward to continuing my training here!
