Amazing coffee, fantastic sandwiches & wraps, and superb pastries - this is an *essential* visit for any one (vegans and non-vegans alike) in Dublin. We'll absolutely be back, and I'm already excited about it!

If you are in Dublin and feeling hungry come to this vegan cafe because the portion sizes are huge! I got the seitan pesto wrap and I couldn't finish it and was full for the day! Though I did leave room for dessert, a giant maple cinnamon roll. 😋 I took some points away because this place really is tiny and had only 4 stools it really is a take away.

Genuinely the best Vegan spot in Dublin. I visit once weekly. Its a shame so many vegan places have shut down, so I'm glad I still have It's a Trap. Their food is incredible and they have the best vegan cinnamon rolls you'll ever have. The owners and staff are so friendly and welcoming and it's such a nice spot to have a coffee and chat.

Just had a wrap and a flat white at “It’s a trap” and I cannot believe that what I just ate was vegan!! This is a perfect name for the shop as it really is a trap when vegan food tastes as good, if not better than a meat alternative. Super friendly service, high quality coffee. I’m still in shock that the wrap was so bursting with flavour - not to mention the wonderful textures as you bite into this perfectly cooked wrap.

I absolutely love this place! Prices are affordable, food is well prepared and well done, and above all the staff is really nice and kind! It's a vegan place with a vast range of options for savory ( I recommend the all day breakfast, my favourite) and for sweets ( which I recommend the cinnamon roll, always). Go there if you have a chance or get a delivery, it's worthy!

It’s a Trap is the best cafe in the city. They serve upside coffee for a starter, one of the best specialty roasters in the country. They do amazing wraps that are incredibly satisfying. Really non apologetic and tasty ! I’ve been coming here consistently and always felt welcomed. It’s a great thing when the high standard of food/coffee is matched with the service. Oh, and also they make the freshest cookies and Cinnamon buns daily. 5+ Stars.

This is our fave cafe in Dublin! The nicest, most kind people in the world and their coffee, vegan cookies and vegan wraps are unreal!! The tofu scramble wrap is perfection and the chocolate chip cookie is just the best in the world, hands down. Great decaff coffee. They are dog friendly and super awesome.

Good coffee, great place to rest for a bit after a sightseeing. Try the dirty chai latte with almond really good and tasty, truly recommend!

What a gem— great vegan selection and delicious coffee!! We tried the Seitan and pesto wrap which was crispy on the outside and filled with flavor on the inside! The owner of the place was there and he was so friendly! Good coffee selection and great flat white.

Wow! I am a coffee lover but I never ever get ice coffees because I find that they are usually poorly made… I ordered an iced coffee here on a hot day and it’s probably one of the best iced coffees I’ve ever had! Not sure why my coffee had lumps in it though so 4 stars instead of 5. Good stuff!

Amazing vegan cafe. My favourite is the tofu scramble wrap. The cinnamon swirls are to die for too. Also very kind and helpful staff!

The food is so good! I was trying to find a vegan place for lunch for my sister and I and this cafe is entirely vegan. The food is delicious- the menu is limited but the options they are are sooo good! We got the cinnamon bun, the pesto and mushroom sandwich and the scrambled tofu wraps.

Dirty chai was outstanding. Have had it twice. It's delicious. Cinnamon roll was soft and flavourful. Have had standard and the apple and salted caramel cinnamon roll. Both delicious.

Went here to have a quick lunch with a friend and got the only wrap left (the others went all sold out) and it was sooo good! They had a lot variety of the biggest and most good looking pastries and cookies, too ☺️ the staff is really friendly and the place is cool, only cons is that they have not too many seats

Not a trap! Delicious coffee (I had cold brew) and even more delicious baked goods. Had the marshmallow cookie and absolutely fell in love. This might be my favourite coffee shop in Dublin. The roast was a bit bright for my personal liking but it was very well done and I'd be happy to see what else is on the horizon here.

Dublin is full of places doing all kinds of coffee, so you look for something extra and it is here in the form of the quirky decor, the lovely staff and the cinnamon buns. The coffee and chat were excellent.

The trap is its vegan! Good coffee and pastries, and the vegan kebab meat wrap was tasty, but very very expensive. No toilets for customers is unforgivable.

The coffee is absolutely delicious. It’s a tiny bit too nutty for my likings, but regardless, I definitely recommend this place for a properly brewed cup of coffee with a perfectly frothed milk.

Amazing little place. Coffee is fantastic, we had a mushroom and pesto sandwich and it was huge and so melt in your mouth delicious! The service was great, ask about the store name!

We had some oat milk Cappuccino which was really good and a vegan white chocolate raspberry cinnamon roll which was super moist and delicious. We‘d definetely come here again.

Really friendly staff that offer help and support when deciding on what to order! Great tasting, high quality coffee. Cakes are delicious and such impressive texture considering they’re vegan. Missing out on the last star simply for coffee sizes being quite small for price, and one type of cake not as fresh as the others. Other than that a really lovely vegan cafe that will definitely be recommending!

I had the yummiest breakfast wrap, which was suggested to me by the lovely friendly staff. I am not a vegan or vegetarian but this was divine. It was a breakfast burrito with scrambled tofu, spinach in a wrap with a bit of spice. I will definitely order it again.

Delicious vegan wraps and cakes. We tried the biscoff cake, pineapple cake and lemon cake and they were all amazing - lemon cake in particular. Best place in town for a quick takeaway lunch. 👌🏻 💚
