Worked in retail the past 6 years & never in my life have I given a bad review before. The security is disgustingly rude. Went in to buy a shirt for my mother, while I was on the phone to her describing it for me to find. Barely made it 10ft in before I noticed security following me then almost jumping down my throat that 'I said no drink in store!', while my mother was on the other end of the phone, & multiple customers stopped & looked. Security then basically followed me out. I hade a cup, with a lid. Not that it matters but jesus christ, they need to watch how they talk to people who have done nothing wrong! Absolutely disgusted

I went in o Sunday and I had a bad experience with the staff. I try suggesting them to fight for opening the fitting room instead of customer going in the toilets and trying the clothes on, then bringing them back to store(I was told by staff to go and try the clothes in the toilet)....is a higher risk of getting anything from in there....and the staff was very rude.

My favorite shop… online. Going in the physical store is just a not a great experience. I was very impressed last Saturday when I actually met a nice sales assistant ( surprise for Stradivarius!). They all seem overworked and busy but at the same time it doesn’t make it a nice experience for the customers. Nice clothes though.

I’m a lil bit disappointed with the customer service. Some of the staff doesn’t understand English and are pretty rude if you ask them for any help at all.

Nice clothes, however, staff there are incredibly rude for no reason and the store itself is a huge mess.

Quite a busy store, could be quite cramped to move around. Limited collections but good varieties to choose from.

I love Stradivarius and their denim. I decided instead of shopping online to go and visit jervis centre and go in the store. I tried two different denims. I wanted a different size and I decided to ask one of the staff. She checked her tablet and her answer was yes we do have one size somewhere around the shop. She didn't even bother to look for it. I had to go and find it. Then I asked another girl and I got the same answer. Both Spanish . I have worked in retail in Zara and Primark and bershka 14 years in total. I have never ever assisted a customer that way. Ridiculously unacceptable

Never in my life had a such horrible experience in a retail store. I wanted to return an item because the size wouldn’t fit me well and they claimed it was “used”. The girl even smelled the item in front of my face. Extremely rude and humiliating. Never ever coming back again, it’s pity since the clothes are good.

I love the shop, but I really now think twice before getting in, it smells so bad!!! There is such a strong perfume in the shop it makes me want to throw up. Go easy on the perfume, manager!!!!

Asked a staff member a question while they were putting clothes back, very rude and uncomfortable experience. Blown away by the cold responses, will never shop in store again.

Asked staff to advise where I can find item in colour I was looking for , first 2 staff didn’t acknowledge me at all, just looked at me and kept doing their thing, 3rd staff bothered with reply “go asked somebody else, I’m busy” , 4th staff rolled her eye at me and said “I don’t know, try that area may be” . To point out store wasn’t even busy, there were only 2 more customers browsing around. Very rude, unprofessional, don’t shop there.

Stradivarius is my favourite shop, but it is smaller compared to the other shops I visited.

I was in Str from Jervis and the staff are really rude I told her to look at several clothes that were in the store and they told me in bad manners that they didn't have them... but I saw on the ipod that they did have them and when I told her she answered No and the girl left. she was a regular customer but after this she won't go back

Went in on a quiet Tuesday morning at about 11.30 and wanted to try on a couple of things and there were about 5 staff members in the dressing room who told me the dressing room was closed. I asked when it would be open again and they said at 12pm. I came back at 12.20pm and was once again told the dressing room was closed. I complained that they told me to come back after 12 and the girl made no apologies and told me to come back in an hour. Not good enough. Customers are expected to hang around town for hours on end in the hope that the many rude staff will decide to open the dressing rooms. Terrible customer service and experience!

Asked to leave cause I had smoothie in my hand!! I said I won’t drink it security still insisted I leave !

My wife likes this place and reckons that they have good clothes at reasonable prices.

nice clothes and good prices, but I was surprised with the vat, I bought 5 clothes I had to pay €80 but I paid € 100 on my bill they charged me €20 just the vat. With those €20 I could buy other clothes in other stores.

#Scam# never shop there again beware I ordered trousers in their on line sale last week I received message to advise they were ready for collection went to get them,a shop advised they didn't have order called customer service they confirmed that on their system it was delivered to the store but said they would double check, in the meantime I went back online and saw the same trousers were back for sale at full price so in other words they kept my order as sale was finishing and could put back at full price never shop there again and I was always a loyal customer and last order I ordered 4 tee-shirts and only 2 arrived with no explanation

The shop is very clean. However because of its rather small space the line to changing room was extremely long. So be prepared to wait a bit. For some reason the music played in store was also extremely loud.

Love it and the staff are always so nice. In the fitting room, at the till, they are great! Always helpful and smily. Comparing to Zara which is from the same group, Inditex, and the staff there is awful. You ask for size or anything and they give u a horrible look. But I understand how difficult must be working in fast fashion.

Cheap dresses.... With lot of varieties. Quality is not that good but it's good enough for pricing
