When I went to visit the Liverpool Store in the ilac centre I was instantly greeted with fantastic enthusiasm from one staff member Mikey Byrne. His love and knowledge for Liverpool football club was apparent, along with a clear desire to ensure all my needs as a customer where met. Unfortunately I did trip to the floor in the store, Mikey with no hesitation helped me to my feet ensuring I was okay, his attentiveness to all my needs where greatly appreciated. Finally I purchased the full home kit per recommendation from Mikey and I couldn’t be happier. It gives me great confidence in the 5 aside now! Will be back, thank you again Mikey, YNWA🔴🔴‼️

Really bad experience. Travelled an hour to get into the store, wanted to pick up the New Jersey’s for me and the kids. Staff are all just kids, using foul language and seemed to be hanging out with their mates rather than serving customers. I asked one staff member if they had my size, who seemed to be annoyed I was bothering them, if they had my size: “it’s just what’s there” I was told. Decided to just go with a larger size and at 4.50pm on a Fri, went to the counter to buy 3 jerseys, and wanting names/numbers, only to be told that they wouldn’t, and it would have to be tomorrow. I believe the shop closed at 6, and they didn’t want to be kept back, which was even despite the store not being busy. I begged considering I had 2 disappointed kids: “nothing we can do” they said. This store is nowhere as good as the great vibes and positively and smiles that you get when you shop at the Liverpool store at Anfield or in the city centre. Won’t be back.

You can buy gift cards here but can't spend them online, didn't have the jersey I wanted, had it online but told no you have to buy in store and wouldn't order the jersey in.

Although slightly small one finds a little bit for everyone and every age.

Would have to agree with previous review. Brought my son here for his birthday and spent quite a lot of money. The security guard followed us all around the shop. He was literally looking over our shoulders the whole time. My husband had to ask him to stop following us. If it hadn't been the childs birthday I would certainly have left the store. Very disappointing and upset my child aswell.

Got my daughters kit with a name on it on the 29/08/22 and she wore it twice and the letters l came off it and the two aa are starting to come off not happy with the Quality and the value

Never ever have anything in Stock. Return A Shirt they dont do refunds. Which then I have to put money to my return to get A voucher. Because vouchers only in 20 euro amounts . Avoid and just shop online

It's quite a small store, they don't have the full collection of items you can find online.

Gone way too expensive Brexit or not, 35.00 for a good T. The gear is awesome , but 170.00 for 3 items is outrageous even if it's official merchandise. I'd have no problem paying half the price for the same items in lifestyle or Elverys. It's the novelty. It wore off when the stuff got taken out of the official bag , where that was even a rip off.

Staff unhelpful, rude and dismissive. Went into buy a present for someone was made feel very stupid over questions I asked. Wont be back and def wouldn't recommend it

I came here to get some Christmas presents, one of them was delivered here after I bought it on Liverpool website and the other I bought while in here. It was absolutely packed - despite the fact Liverpool were playing, what sort of fans are they! - but staff were helpful and found the item I ordered quickly.

Utterly pathetic staff in this place, went in Sat morning bought the home kit for my 11 year old son for a ridiculous price and ordered printing which wasn't going to be ready till Sunday. So called in Sunday they forgot the shoulder badges. Couldn't hang around town for two hours, asked my sister to collect on Monday. Guess what no socks in the bag, surprise surprise. Better off getting the kit at the markets or off someone on FB. Use the savings for a couple of match tickets next season.

Unfortunately had a bad experience in ilac center shop. Felt so under pressure as if staff thought i was robbing stuff. All stearing from upstairs and staff being cheeky. Not good customer care at all infact shop was EMPTY bar me spending €140, maybe they should remember that..... and to have we dont care if you dont come back says it all. 1 staff member was helper but dont know why others bothering working in a shop
