If I could rate zero stars I would. The staff don't have a clue about perfumes. They gave me the wrong one and when I went in to get an exchange for the right one, they wouldn't give it to me. I literally went in the next day with the receipt and the old blonde woman was so rude as well. Avoid this place, it's a kip.

Look for Jonathan - best customer service ever! I came to the shop, asked for suggestions not knowing exactly what I needed, and guess what? He nailed the perfume suggestions. Thanks Jonathan.

Amazing staff & support team. Due to some technical issues my order wasn't showing up for collection but the team didn't take long to sort that out and get me going. Never disappointed with The Perfume Shop. Also, the discounts & prices are quite attractive.

The staff was not really as friendly. Lady assisting me kept making faces everytime i asked to try a different tester. I hope it was not because of the colour of my skin as thats how she made me feel. I left and ended up buying my colognes in boots. Its 2020, time for us to look at each beyond the colour of our skin.

Very rude staff. Not focused on Customers. Three assistants all of them busy within themselves giggling. Had to ask them proactively multiple times with specific brands to get the testers. No help. Bad experience.

Well, It has perfumes... But samples are not really available without direct sturdiest assistance which is a shame. Kinda feels like you need to know what you want in advance and the prices are about the same as Arnotts.

I had a really bad experience in another The Perfume Shop, so I went to Ilac Shopping Centre, the girls there were really friendly and understanding of my issue. They made sure to go beyond to help me. Emma, in special, were the best and really helpful. I work in customer service myself and know how differently they could have treated me. Thank you girls, thank you to the whole team!!!! I'll definitely come back to shop there!

Very disappointed with my purchase yesterday. I bought online one gift box with collection from store. I didn’t check the box in store . The box was open and clearly you can see the parfum was used. Very disappointed

Huge variety. Excellent staff. It took me 30 minutes or more to choose 2 perfumes but the staff was very friendly and very helpful the whole time. Good prices too. Try it.
