I
am
absolutely
disgusted
with
the
way
the
Pharmacist
James
spoke
to
me
today.
I
had
filled
2
out
of
3
items
on
my
prescription
last
week
but
they
were
out
of
stock
of
the
3rd
item.
I
rang
this
morning
to
get
it
filled
and
instead
of
being
helpful,
I
got
spoke
to
in
a
horribly
condescending
tone
and
informed
the
wording
on
the
prescription
was
(very
slightly)
wrong
and
he
couldn't
fill
the
item.
I
tried
to
explain
that
the
prescription
was
written
up
by
the
top
Neurologist
in
St
James
hospital,
and
his
response
was
"
he
may
be
a
top
consultant
in
St
James
hospital,
but
he
doesn't
know
how
to
fill
out
prescriptions
properly"
and
he
wouldn't
be
filling
the
script
until
it
was
sent
through
with
the
correct
wording....
I'm
glad
to
say
that
instead
of
backing
down
and
letting
him
think
it
is
acceptable
to
speak
to
(often
very
sick)
people
like
that.
I
went
down
to
Boots
and
I
told
him
how
disgusted
I
was
with
his
attitude
and
manner.
He
immediately
started
back
tracking
and
trying
to
make
it
out
it
was
all
the
doctor's
fault,
but
to
me,
a
small
error
on
a
prescription
does
not
give
anybody
the
right
to
make
others
feel
small
and
undeserving
of
help.
It's
amazing
how
helpful
he
became
when
he
realized
that
I
wasn't
just
another
sheep
and
that
I
would
not
accept
this
level
of
unprofessionalism.
I
will
never
set
foot
in
this
Boots
and
probably
any
Boots
again..
