I visited the store today to buy a nail polish, while I was going from isle to isle I noticed the security guard an older white Irish man following me up and down. It made me so uncomfortable I asked him if there was a problem and he said no and then I asked why he was following me and he said “it’s your imagination” it’s one thing to explain in a polite manner that he has to check the isles but to gaslight me is so inappropriate. Never going back

Make sure you double check your medicine before you take it. They gave me wrong medicine to take and were not willing to deliver the correct one. Rude staff over the phone making zero effort to make the situation right.

I had to ask the cashier to break a 5€ note to get change to use the scale. Although she was very chatty and polite to the Irish lady in front of me in the queue, she didn't say a word to me after I talked, wich is unusual and suspicious by itself (I have been using Boots pharmacies scales for around a year and the few times I didn't have change the cashiers didnt have any issue breaking a small value note for me, so I genuinely believe she just didn't like my accent since Ive found myself in similar situations before) Unfortunately, the scale also didn't work properly so I let the cashier know. She gave me a refund with the same attitude as if I had begged for it although I didn't even mention it. For €1'50 I actually didnt even think about it! She kept repeating that she could do nothing about it (another thing I didn't even expect from her, and didn't even mention) and when I asked if she knew of another Boots pharmacy with that kind of scale she just kept on saying "I told you I can't do nothing about it! " in the most passive aggressive way to a question that wasn't even asked?? It felt as she thought I was blaming her for the scale not working? Also, she blamed Covid for the scale not working but Ive been using Boots scales every month during lockdown so not sure why she would feel so attacked she would need excuse/kinda lie about something so little. Definitely the couldn't worst Boots representative Ive encountered untered, wich is saying quite a lot actually. Never going back to use the scale, services or buy products🤷🏻‍♀️

The staff was so badly mannered it was time to close and I was after bying some baby food I went on the scale to check my BMI they were angry and annoyed and asking us to live and not just one but 3 of them imagine how long it takes to check the high and weight on the scale worst service in my life what a shame

Excellent service provided by Mercy. she was friendly and really efficient as she helped me to find a product that wasn't in display with a nice attitude and always smiling. 10 stars service

Boots Ilac is my local chemist. But with my experienced today to collect my prescription was awful. Two pharmacy technician ladies was in the tilt chatting for ages and making facial signal telling each other whose going to serve me despite I'm the only one from the tilt that time. Effing lazy bit#$@es!! Until, the lovely foreign chemist approach me and asked if I need help. These 2 ladies have no prefessional ethics serving customers. At the end of the day, they are working for the customers without us CUSTOMERS!! of the shops business will go to bankruptcy and they will loose their job. Customer Service in BOOTS Jervis are way better and professional.!!!

I have met the rudest sale assistant in my whole life. I have called boots made huge Complain, due to the staff told me there is no mananger available that time. The worst experience ever! Definitely I will not shopping there again!!!!!

Racist security. I went to this store with my husband and children. The security followed me and my children everywhere we went. When I say followed, I mean he stood less than a metre behind us as we looked around. He didn't follow any of the white skin customers, just me and my children. For perspective, I run my own successful company and have a degree in accountancy. I have never stolen anything in my life and I certainly wouldn't be in a position to steal from boots. This man is a judgmental, discriminatory, racist.

Worst experience! They had a promotion for a product but after I paid I realized that the promo didn’t went through, so when I ask why they said that it was a mistake. So I ask for my money back, and they can’t give you your money, they will keep my money and give me a refund in 3 or 5 days!! total scam! Please avoid this branch or check your receipt twice after you paid. Staff is rude and not helpful at all!

Great store which had exactly what I was looking for (The Hand Made Soap Co hand wash) at an excellent price. Good range and helpful staff.

I placed an order online totalling a little over 200EUR. The package has not been delivered at all, but Boots refuses to help. When I call in, I am being told only the email customer service department can solve the issue and when I email them, I'm being told the tracking says delivered and they can't do anything about it. When I ask them for proof or who signed for it, I get the same standard email as response. No response at all to my questions, just a repeat of ''the tracking page says delivered, nothing we can do, thanks for understanding''. Consequently, I have told them they are in breach of European Consumer Rights as they have not met their obligation of delivery, to which I also get the exact same response.

Lectured about the use of across the counter sinus medication, told how it affects some people. The nice lady points out other across the counter sinus medication, that does the same thing, and has the same ingredients in it. ( Which I assume can cause the same problems ). My reply was alright, can I buy it. The counter assistant goes to the pharmacist, when she's finished talking to him, he shrugged his shoulders saying, ok then sell it to her I know the counter assistant and pharmacist know a lot more than I do about across the counter sinus medication, and the current regulations. When I've occasionally taken this across the counter sinus medication before, there's never been a problem. Thank you Boot's for being so thoughtful, embarrassing and creating along queue in your store, so I can but something in your store.

In this boots staff is not good. Their behaviour with customers is inappropriate. Today i was there and 2,3 staff members on floor, i asked her about some stuff and she didn’t serve me she ignored me. At the end when i was on till to pay her behaviour was very rude and after finish scanning and take payment she changed her counter and didn’t put stuff in the bag even she didn’t provide me the bag. Please try to avoid go on this store. Thanks

The pharmacist today at 11:30h refused to sell me an antistaminic , i was in the pharmacy lane and she told me to go to normal/regular lane. I will go buy somewhere else then...

Stock was missing... that is to say that on the shelves I was looking at, it looked like products were not replaced once sold.

The staff at Henry Street (and also in the Jervis) are extremely polite, helpful and kind! They are working hard all the time, yet they are always there to help, with a smile on their faces. Brilliant service.
