I would give it more than five stars, I really enjoyed my stake and the atmosphere of the place was amazing. The staff were so friendly they made our experience much enjoyable. They have blankets and heaters for the outside tables. Will visit again for sure 👍🏻

Stopped in for a late lunch on a Thursday and certainly a great choice. La Maison menu is just right and nails the Brasserie feel. Portions are good and certainly a nice bit of inventiveness in the dishes. I tried fish of the day which was a mid size fillet of halibut served with absolutely delicious Sweet Potato and cheese gratin. My wife had mussels followed by risotto both of which she could not look up from! I enjoyed a very nice Belgium beer and my wife two generous glasses of wine, service was exquisite and combined with a tasteful interior La Masion should be on you list for a taste of French excellence. Don’t forget to leave enough time to enjoy desert and perhaps a second bottle of wine!

Spectacular - makes that special occasion a memory forever! The welcome is warm and the food is out of this world. An outside terrace on a busy side street in Dublin makes it a must for people watching with a delicious Rosé. Inside options include a very special upstairs room which is a fab setting for family or friends get togethers. Standouts in very strong lunch and dinner menus include unbelievable scallops which are rich in flavour, monk fish, a black sole dish (to share) and the best Cote De Boeuf in Dublin. Service is super warm, our server Victor was amazingly attentive. A must visit when in Dublin. Pricewise its mid range, so probably more for that special occasion than regular eats.

Had such a pleasant experience at this restaurant, the food was delicious and the service was exceptional. We chose to eat at the terrace and were pleasantly surprised that they had heaters outside. La Maison has now become one of my go to places in the city center. Would definitely recommend.

Another perfect meal in La Maison. Onion soup delicious, ham hock terraine and scallops perfectly cooked. For mains striploin steak fab flavour, duck and halibut all beautiful. Leanne at front desk calmly dealt with a booking date error. Loved this spot and will be back

Lovely experience at La Maison, arrived at that weird time between lunch and dinner and sat outside, worried about the weather but the heaters did the job and there are soft blankets. We had braised pork belly, tuna tartare, striploin steak and Venison all of which where good. Venison was the favourite. The steak could have come with more bearnaise and the braised pork belly tasted it was fried, (crispy fat layer) but all tasted good. Lovely atmosphere outside with the lights twinkling and the sound of some piano street music. We will be back.

Went for lunch with my mum & gran. The service was fantastic and the food was so delicious. The scallops are a must. The homemade chocolate that we got with our coffee and tea was such a lovely touch and scrumptious. Can’t wait to go back

Good menu and high quality food. Excellent staff, friendly and efficient. Good location on a pedestrian side street with a pleasant atmosphere. We ate early. The restaurant and the locale were quietly busy with a gentle buzz.

Albeit the dishes and flavors are very traditional, without frivolities or surprises, everything was very tasty and well executed. I had a 3 course dinner, starting with good scallops, a decent steak with a side of one of the best fries I ever had. I finished the dinner with a delicious custard tart. The service was great and the staff friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend anyone to try it out and I plan to return soon.

La Maison in Dublin easily became one of my favourite restaurants in Dublin after having one of the most memorable dinners I’ve had in a while. The quality of both the food and the service was outstanding. To start, we ordered the scallops which were beautifully cooked and retained its delicate flavours and textures. For our mains, we got the halibut which was cooked to perfection in my view and also their duck which was super tasty. For our dessert, we got the cheesecake which was also excellent. We really had a great time at La Maison!

Me and my friend went to La Maison, a french restaurant located in Dublin 2 for dinner. We had booked our table on Open Table. Make sure you have your table booked because they're mostly full. We ordered John stone Sterloin (Medium rare) for the two of us and it tasted mouth watery. 5 stars to the flavours added and 3 stars for the overall dish as the beef 🍖 was quite chew-yy. But it was a great experience! We had also got a bottle of wine (Vermentino) for €36. It was nice! I must say, they served the best and the most simple dessert called 'Creme Brulee Classique Francaise'. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT and ordered a second one. MUST TRY! This restaurant felt a little over-priced for their dishes. However, it is worth a try as everyone has different taste palette. They serve a few chocolate plates along with the bill.

All the dishes were amazingly delicious, scoring 9.5 out of 10. With a variety of wines 🍷 I ordered coquilles Saint-Jacques (scallops), and they also scored a perfect 10 The duck with potatoes and caramelized onions was exceptionally unique. Even though it sounds simple, the sauce adds the perfect flavor, and the texture of the meat deserves a 10 out of 10. I wanted the scargot but is not any more on the menu Also I wanted the moules and its only serve in the lunch, so sad. The chocolate dessert was a 9 out of 10. The salted caramel dessert received a score of 8 out of 10. The prices were a bit high for the location. I would expect to pay around 40 to 50 euros per person. €€€ average expensive price The restaurant is located near some noisy pubs, so I requested a table inside the restaurant. Unfortunately, it seemed to be reserved, but it was empty.

I went here craving French onion soup. The food was absolutely amazing, I loved everything. It wasn't just "okay" or "acceptable", I would go back to eat there. We got some black and white chocolate in the end as we were too stuffed for dessert. The atmosphere feels kinda fancy, everyone was dressed up, it's nice. The only downside is that the tables are a bit too close, I felt like I could almost hear what the people next to me were talking 😬

Lovely restaurant in a good spot, staff were very nice. Cocktails are delicious. We had scallops to start which were beautiful, my husband had the steak which was lovely, I had the monkfish, it was nice but there was one piece in batter that was very rubbery, I told the server and he said he'd inform the chef, that was the last I heard of it! We had 2 starters 2 mains, 2 Cocktails and a bottle of wine €155 you also get free bread

My only complaint was that the meal was over too soon. Prices are a little high, but not at all unexpectedly so for the calibre of restaurant. The wine was excellent, the food was delicious, and the staff were lovely. Definitely recommended for a slightly nicer evening out.

Beautiful restaurant with authentic French food, all cooked to perfection. Good choice on the menu even though I don't eat meat. Pleasant dinning room, comfy chairs and super attentive staff. Already looking forward to going back soon! Would highly recommend.

Great service and I had a tasty cod dinner.. my wife's chicken was a bit bland though. Two mains and a bottle of red wine was 87 euros.. so a bit pricy, otherwise would have given four stars.
