Fantastic service by Tobins! I brought in a handmade ring I'd found in a market which was covered in sharp edges and solder marks, to the point where I couldn't wear it as it caught on everything. When I picked it up it was quite simply a brand new ring, perfectly smooth and glowing bright. I was charged an exceptionally reasonable price for the work and couldn't be happier with Tobins' service. (I had previously tried another jewellery repair shop in Dublin 2 and they made a big deal about how what I wanted wasn't possible yet wanted to charge twice the price to do less work!!)

They repaired my chain and watch - I actually thought my watch was probably irreparable, but it looks and works great now! it was a fast service and I was happy with the outcome and cost. Lovely to deal with too. Ty!

After great reviews I took my channel set ring in to have diamond replaced. Website “if it is broken we can fix it” Not the case. Didn’t want to touch it. Could replace diamond but it would be shinier than the existing ones! All diamonds would move if end diamonds were to be taken and used to insert in top of ring. Stones graduated so wouldn’t work. Not interested in resetting all the stones. Thought they would have undertaken precision work as advertised !! Very Very disappointing.

My engagement ring snapped and I needed it fixed. While I was at it, I also decided to get it resized together with my wedding band. Although it is the holiday season, the staff at Tobins Jewellery Repair were extremely fast! The lady behind the counter was incredibly sweet and helpful! And the work they produced is immaculate! I am extremely grateful for the service and help. My rings are as good as new! In the future if I ever require a fix with my jewellery, I am definitely going back to them!

Cannot recommend them enough. They turned a pretty ugly ring into the most stunning ring! I showed them pictures of what I wanted and they listened and discussed it with me, providing their own professional opinion - and they really know their stuff. I was so impressed by their expertise, and have already told all my newly engaged friends about them.

I brought a white gold ring to get polished and they did an amazing job, it looks brand new now and I’m very happy with the result and the service they gave me, they were very nice ! I definitely recommend !
