Very pleasant experience using the papi website. Nicely laid out making it easy to browse the products. I ordered the figaro bracelet and the silver band ring. Both came within a few days. I went to Lahich the first weekend after they arrived. Swimming in the sea with the jewellery on I was worried it would rust or become dull. But both pieces held up perfectly and still look new. Would highly recommend.

Amazing customer service. I ordered a chain and two rings and was unsure about the sizing. The team were extremely helpful when I messaged and were more than happy to sort me out with an exchange if the sizing wasn’t right. Fortunately, everything fits perfect and the quality is unreal - I’ve looked everywhere for rings that won’t tarnish so I couldn’t be happier! Definitely recommend!
