Went in a couple of weeks ago with my little sister to get her ears pierced. The young girl dealing with us at first was lovely but then her supervisor came over and he was quite rude. When we asked about the earrings we were told a different price by him and when we said no and went to leave he turned around scoffed at us and laughed under his breath. A little bit of manners goes a long way, if that's how he treats everyone who leaves the shop, unlucky for yous

I was walking around the store looking for a gift bag, and I could realize the staff member felt I was dodgy because she started following me, staying at the door until I left. I understand store has security procedures and I am not against them, but it is really uncomfortable when the costumer can realize it. Something for management to work with team!

The store has good collections, well organized and decent discounts for loyalty members. The billing staff was kind.

Customer service is none existing and so slow do mot order click and collect! I will not be back to this shop .
