    Amazing academy. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming and fun from the get go. Full of sound heads. Coach Oisin McCabe has a vast well of knowledge in not only the martial arts but also fitness and nutrition. He meets everyone at their own level and guides them to where they want to go based on their own individual goals. Great spot. Would highly recommend.

    Amazing gym and amazing people. I've had the privilege to see it grow from very early on and I'm even more excited to see where it'll be in the future. I can't recommend it enough for everyone and all levels.

    An amazing team and coach! Oisin has so much knowledge around absolutely anything you can think of when it comes to martial arts. A very dedicated coach and team who pushes you to be the best version of yourself! Always a pleasure to train here and from the very first day here it has been such a fun welcoming friendly atmosphere.

    Oisin is an amazing coach who is so knowledgeable in every aspect of Mixed Martial arts. The team is extremely friendly and the club is accommodating to everyone of all levels & backgrounds. Whether you would like to just learn martial arts as a hobby, or compete at a high level, you will be catered to.

    A very welcoming, friendly, driven and supportive environment. Coach Oisin McCabe is an extremely knowledgeable coach who meets people where they are at in order to train them to where they want to be. Would highly recommend CMA for people who wish to compete, have a love for martial arts or want to try something new.

    En excellent Martial Arts Academy with a fun and friendly environment for both beginners and advanced levels. Coach Oisin McCabe had an excellent knowledge and passion for the Martial Arts and I always feel like I've learned something new after each class. Would highly recommend Compound Martial Arts for anybody either already involved or looking to get involved in Martial Arts. You will not regret it!

    Oisín is an incredibly knowledgeable coach and makes it a fun learning environment. Cannot recommend CMA highly enough. Whether you're looking to do it for sport and competition, self defense or just for fun it will all be catered for here. Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiujitsu, Wrestling, MMA.. Great way to get fit and have fun doing it.

    Very friendly club. Tons of well structured technique leading to complete gameplay. A lot of experience on the mats from kickboxers, jitz nerds, wrestling and judo. Open 6 days a week. When Oisin isn't instructing hes competing or studying technical breakdowns. Beginners course is great value too 🤙
