    At Element there is always a welcome. The personalised training system really helps you work to your potential and allows actual enjoyment, which I never thought I’d find in a gym. Darren, Hannah, Niall, Christina and Laura all bring something unique to the table but all help each individual work hard but feel great at the same time. My entire family now have trained there and at ages 14-50 each of us has benefited from it. At Element there is never a ‘Bad’ session only missed ones. We will be members for a long time to come.

    Joined Element in November after a long lay off training from injury. The place is first class. The small group PT sessions give you all the benefits of PT with the added fun of training with a group. After years of training with top level coaches I can’t recommend Darren and the Element team highly enough! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

    Darren is a top professional. He treated a sports injury of mine in one session that allowed me to play a vital rugby match the next day. He helps you understand his treatment techniques and gave me excellent follow on exercises and stretches. I would highly recommend Darren.

    I was directed to Darren for a lower back injury in late 2021. We spent some time trialling treatments to rehab my injury, this led to a supervised and adapted training plan. I now see Darren for treatments once a month to stay on top of the rehab and train with element coaches up to three times a week. I really enjoy the rounded response & encouragement to clients by the team in element. There is a real sense of community amongst staff and clients in element, that I am proud to be a part of.

    Excellent service from Chris, took a holistic approach to a running injury, from massage to weight training, and with his help I was able to go from having discomfort walking to completing a 100km run. Highly recommended

    I saw Physical Therapist Chris for some neck pain I'd been having. Within two treatments over the course of 6 weeks and having completed the daily exercises he prescribed for me, my neck pain was totally gone and I was able to get back to exercise. Would high recommend!

    Element Gym is the most welcoming, motivating, encouraging professional gym facility I have ever attended. Darren and his team are just amazing. The small group personal training sessions are great and really work for me. I feel so great after a workout and this is the only gym I have ever enjoyed attending. I feel stronger and healthier and this is down to Element and their amazing staff and training sessions. A big thank you..........

    I was looked after by Christina in Element Health Fitness Performance and she gave me a sports massage. Very thorough in asking what I was looking for and gave me exactly what I needed in relation to recovery! Brilliant massage and quality service provided would definitely recommend 😊

    I had shoulder pain the day before a fitness competition. I called Element and they managed to fit me in at short notice. Chris did a great job, sorted me out where I had no pain on the day of the competition and he gave me exercises to do on my own to prevent further issues in future. Highly recommend

    I received a massage from the amazing Christina O Reilly who works at Element Health and Fitness Performance in Clontarf. Christina was very professional throughout and was continuously attentive during the appointment. I would highly recommend Christina to anyone looking to alleviate muscle tension or simply indulge in some self care. Christina was respectful throughout and clearly had a deep understanding of the body and was able to tailor to my specific needs, using just the right amount of pressure to target areas where I had most tension. She regularly checked in to ensure my comfort and and the correct pressure was being applied. The environment was relaxing and I left the massage feeling rejuvenated. Overall I would highly recommend getting a massage from Christina.

    Darren and the team run an extremely impressive operation. They are clearly experts in their fields, creating bespoke training plans that are challenging, yet fun, based on their years of experience working with elite athletes in various sports. The small group classes are great - it feels like a personal training session as you are guided through each exercise to make sure you get the technique right, really building your confidence. Equipment is top class and sanitised after every use. For me, the best part was the motivation I gained from joining - within 7 months, I went from doing ~6km runs to running a marathon in October - there is no way I would have done this without the motivation and discipline that regularly attending the gym provided - can't recommend these guys highly enough.

    I just love this gym/community. Every coach takes an interest in how you are feeling on every visit. If not 100% the session is tailored immediately to fit to you. They are so lovely to chat with and really care about attaining your fitness/health goals. I love getting up early to make my sessions, it is the best gym family to have 🤩

    I joined Element's small group personal training sessions a while ago after struggling to find the motivation to go to the gym myself. I couldn't imagine going to back to a chain gym now. Darren, Hannah and Niall have been a pleasure to train with and all the other clients are really lovely. I look forward to every session and know I will have a laugh while getting fit! Can't recommend it enough!

    I started small group training with Element a little over 12 months ago and was attracted by the personal attention as I had limited experience in gyms. Darren, Hannah and Niall have been fantastic with their advice and motivation. Classes are at convenient times throughout the day and are varied with new challenges on a regular basis. I have established a regular workout routine now and my overall fitness has improved considerably thanks to Element.

    I started the Small Group Personal Training 18 months ago and cannot recommend it highly enough. Element is a top class training facility.  Darren, Niall and Hannah are exceptional at what they do and their own enthusiasm for sport, fitness and nutrition is inspiring (and somewhat contagious!). The diverse workouts keep motivation high and demonstrate the years of experience that Darren and the team bring to the table. So if you are a beginner, a seasoned athlete or re-entering the gym environment you will be in safe hands in Element HFP.

    I have been coming here for Small Group Training for a while now and it’s been super for my workouts. I usually go to the amazing Hannah’s sessions but having been with all the trainers including Darren and Niall, they’re all super knowledgeable, motivating and challenging. The booking system is easy to use and handy for someone like me who doesn’t always have a consistent weekly schedule. Facilities are spotless, and I’ve learned a lot through their well planned out strength and conditioning programs. I would highly recommend coming here to anyone looking for excellent trainers and workouts.

    Super organized and and accessible studio with incredible staff. Doing booking and payments online is super easy and makes everything seamless. Don’t put off addressing that injury and just get yourself in the door to see Darren. You’ll be glad you did!

    Darren is absolutely excellent. The best out there for pain relief and sports conditioning. I spent a year going around physios and alternative therapies and for Hip pain and Darren resolved it in two sessions ! I wouldn’t go to anyone else now.

    Through the Element Fitness remote programs I have been able to achieve my fitness goals and establish new ones. Darren has been providing me with remote programs and coaching since January 2021. The programs are excellent, tailored towards the individual’s needs and goals. Darren has also adjusted them to account for any injuries I may have had to deal with. Along with the program Darren is available to answer any questions and provides weekly check-ups to help you track your progress and stay accountable. The TrainHeroic app is an excellent platform for remote coaching and I have really enjoyed using it as part of my training. I highly recommend the Element Fitness remote coaching program to anyone who is considering following a program.

    I started Small Group Training 4 months ago and I am so glad I did. The facilities and trainers are amazing. I have always struggled to be consistent with my training but because Element has plenty of options and an easy to use booking system, it allows me to balance training and my busy lifestyle. I am very grateful for Darren, Hannah and Niall. The sessions are always challenging but “enjoyable”. Their expertise and constant encouragement has helped me to improve both my physical and mental health over the last few months. I look forward to continuing my training with Darren and the gang.

    I've been seeing Darren for a number of years now for pain management. He's extremely knowledgeable and professional in his field. I don't know how I would manage my pain without his help. I am very grateful I found Darren when I did and will remain his client for the foreseeable future.

    So glad to have been recommended Darren as a physical therapist. He’s helped me during marathon training and day to day training injuries. It’s always an interesting visit talking about training regimes and anything sports related! Super helpful and great effect with injury treatment.

    I would recommend him to everyone I know. A really lovely character, who is so knowledgeable, experienced and passionate towards the work that he does. Prior to my first in person session with Darren, he offered me an online one as my original session had to be rescheduled. He happily gave me treatment recommendations before I had even met him! My injury was never going to be a quick fix as it's a repetitive strain injury but since contacting Darren I have already seen some improvements. He doesn't look to get you back as much as possible, he just cares that you make a proper recovery that will get you through the important moments. Explained all the methods he was doing which provided for one a comfortable session but also great insight into his work. Think I found my new physio/physical therapist!
